My family just bought a new home with a pool. The cartridge filter was leaking and we weren't sure what was wrong with it. We've never owned a pool before so there was no prior experience. I called/emailed multiple pool services with no responses. Pools By Mitch replied to my email within a few hours and stopped by the next day to check it out. Mitch explained exactly what was wrong, gave us links and suggestions on where to purchase the items to be replaced and how to clean our pool because it had a build-up of algae. When the new filter arrived, he stopped by the next day and helped replace it and taught us how to maintain the pool by adding shock. Service wasn't too expensive either. We would definitely recommend them and reach out again in the future if we come across any other issue!

I called pools by Mitch, within 5 minutes I received a call back. Michael explained what he thought may be wrong with the pool, told us what to do and said the team would be there the next day. They showed up on time, taught my fiancé how to use the pool, told us what we needed and fixed the pool! Further, they checked out our heater, letting us know we needed a new one. Michael followed up after he finished everything. We we're very impressed and will tell everyone to use pools by Mitch!

He asked for a $894.00 deposit to order the parts. He said as soon as he ordered the parts they would be in in three days and he would schedule an appointment for installation a few days later. I mailed the check on May 2, 2017. I had to contact him numerous times by both email and phone. After stopping payment on the check, he finally contacted me. Very unprofessional. I have since went with another company.

Dave was the only one who was quick to respond, and despite not being an existing customer, happy to help. He talked me through some troubleshooting over the phone, and the issue was fixed in minutes. He saved me quite a bit of money on an unnecessary service call, and was happy to do so.
