Where to start, holy smokes!…read more Inquired about a late model BMW X5, photos showed Bridgestone Alenza Runflat tires, vehicle description named "runflats" on multiple areas, even the Dealer description. We were sent a quick video taken by Jason Rosinni, quickly skimming past the tires. I got so excited about the X5 that I sent them a deposit and booked a flight to Knoxville. After my son, who is a tire expert, saw the video, he told me that they replaced the Bridgestone Alenza Runflats with Ironman Imove tires which are the cheapest tires on the market. After asking Mr. Rosinni about the switch in tires, he told me that the Bridgestone's were bald and they had to be changed. Ok, but why send me photos of Bridgestones valued at over $400 a tire installed, when they were replaced with a $143 tire? Also, the vehicle was originally sold with runflats and needs to continue to have runflats or provide a spare tire which Grayson did not. This is NOT the image BMW is striving for, and it makes me sick thinking about my experience with Mr. Rosinni. I had the most amazing experience buying my first brand new BMW in 2006, I just thought all BMW dealership were reputable, unfortunately, that can't be any more untrue. I got my $1,000 back from Grayson but had to eat my $500 airfare. NEVER AGAIN.

They scammed my 74 year old handicapped mother out of 43000 for a 2024 Infiniti QX60. Walter Grayson will not return calls after you talk to him and let him know what's going on. Infiniti said it will cost 10 to 15000 to fix the car. Also said the car wold never be the same. We took the car to South Carolina and thank God we didn't die. The only reason we found out about this is the check engine light came on and the car was trying to die on us. So when we got back we took it to Infiniti. Watch the video posted. The radiator is put up with zip ties. Very sad when you can't trust a so called reputable dealership.

Was told via email and by phone this spring that I had free services to use (e.g., oil change). When I arrived for my oil change appointment, I was told it was going to be over $200. I went to an oil change place instead. Last week I was told that my rearview mirror (which had popped loose) needed to be replaced and that they would order the part. They said it would take an hour to fix and be about $120. On the day of the appointment, I tried to move to an earlier slot and accidently chose the next day. When I called within 2 minutes of my mistake to keep my original slot, I was told "AI won't do it" and that they "might" be able to work me in. So the new part was there and presumably my opening had not been given away in two minutes, but they wouldn't book me because the computer said no. I went to another dealer that afternoon, and they put the original mirror back on my car. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. No charge. I really don't know what to think about the situation, but I won't be back to Autonation. I keep thinking about my 2024 new car purchase from them, and the price I was given onsite. That onsite price was higher than the emailed price I had been sent an hour or so before by the same person I was talking to onsite. I showed him the email (sent from his email address), and he seemed annoyed, but gave me that price. It was the first of many concerns that I should have heeded a while ago.

They prepared an assessment and spend several hours solving my problem. No replacement parts were needed and finally they surprised me with with no costs. I'm serious, I paid nothing. That's service I only know from my own service point in Germany. Thanks guys. Well done and my motivation to rate five stars which is absolutely unusual for me.

POOR experience all the way around. Spent 2-3 days working with their nonchalant attitude, and…read moreclearly got the vibe they could care less to sell a car and make their clients happy, only to be bait & switched in the final hour. If you want an honest and pleasant car buying experience (which I is hard to come by in the auto industry unfortunately), please choose another dealer. Was extremely upfront in desiring a car they had on their lot I wanted to purchase (and make a quick decision on) and was even ready to make a multi hour trip to get it, shared more information that I needed to about another deal I had on the table in the spirit of transparency and ultimately received a promise of a price that was then reneged on in the final hour (due to a "mix up"), as well as extra padded costs added onto the final price. Untrustworthy all the way around. They'll charge you double what most dealers will charge you for a customer service/doc fee and then they'll charge you another $600 for an MBK package for a coating THEY chose to put on all of their cars which is non-negotiable (last time I checked, the buyer should have that option). They'll also avoid your request to break down the "taxes and fees section" to make it cumbersome to know what you're paying for what. In the end, I was ready to pay more money for a car with merely a different color scheme than a deal I already had on the table (and was ready to make a lengthy drive to get it) all for them to ultimately screw up the deal over $500. $500! They obviously care more about ego than selling cars. And oh, by the way this was all over a 2026 leftover! Honestly, I dodged a bullet, as I imagine I would've been met with more dishonesty once getting onsite. Do yourself a favor - don't deal with the immature and inexperienced salespeople here (they're a dime a dozen anyway) and find yourself someone with more experience from another dealer.

And that he can get anyone and everyone financed regardless of credit. That he has every name brand and model in stock and just give them a call. So we did and he directed us to come visit him at Ole Charlie Motors. Which turned out not to exist. It turned out to be Ole Ben Franklin Motors. Us believing his story, that he had just purchased the dealerships, all of them, that he was waiting on the signage to be replaced; however, he definitely wanted to sell us a vehicle and was very forceful and demanding and wanting our personal information prior to even looking at a vehicle. We felt violated when he demanded our drivers license licenses, Social Security cards, proof of income, proof of insurance, and the like. Come to find out, there is no such thing as Ole Charlie Motors. He has misrepresented himself on every social media site there is. As we were walking around the lot, there were several unsatisfied customers who forewarned us to not purchase from this dealership and especially Charlie. Seven independent different people came up to us and said this. They even let us listen to voicemail messages of his constant calling which bordered harassment. All seven individuals had not had their vehicles for more than two weeks. One person only had the vehicle for two days and wanted to return the vehicle and get their trade-in back. Of which he denied and declined. This individual does not seem to be a manager; however, he is not in management at all. He is not an ethical sales person, nor do I think he has an ethical bone in his body. We were given his true identity by four of the seven individuals that approached us, they even stated that he is initially from Decatur, TN but told them that he recently moved to Knoxville, TN. It appeared to us and the other individuals that were there, that approached us independently, that Charles LoCicero was under the influence of some type of narcotic. We took our business elsewhere and are extremely enthused with what we purchased. We do not need subprime lending and we are so grateful and thankful to the people that approached us. There still are good people left in this world. My suggestion, do your homework in advance, and definitely go to a reputable dealership that carries many brands/factory accounts, for example, Chevrolet, GMC, Ford, Nissan, BMW, Land Rover, Jeep, Dodge, etc. If any of the seven people that approached us read this, we thank you so very much! We owe all seven of you and your significant others lunch.

I went through the finance department who I thought was legit. He told me the finance company would contact me and set up payments, so I left with paperwork and thanked them. Then a couple days later the finance guy calling and person who sold it to me said they forgot to take my downpayment and i had to come in again to pay them. I did. Then a month later I still hadnt heard from the finance dept and my payments were going to start in 2 weeks. I contacted the financer who said they never received paperwork showing I had a loan with them. So I contacted the finance department multiple times in one week who was not responding to my calls. Then when i reported it to his boss, he tried saying he tried emailing me but couldnt tell me what my email address was. I asked about the finance dept bc I need to set up payments as its due in 2 weeks and I need to set it up. He said he just sent the paperwork (id had the car for a month) to them and should hear soon. Ironically the next day they contacted me so the dealer waited a month to send over the paperwork. Had I not pressed them would they have? Then two weeks later I went to make a payment and i looked over my paperwork. I realized they charged me dealer fees when it was on the website dealer fees included and was agreed with the person who sold it to me that I wouldnt pay more. They charged me for the key fob replacement, they charged me for theft protection on my car i never asked for. They added things I never agreed to and was told just sign here. Then while averaging the numbers i noticed they overcharged me in taxes for state and local. I checked with knox co and they said i had to get them from the dealer. The dealer said that i wasnt overcharged and that I wasnt getting my money back and that was it. I confronted the person who sold me my vehicle. I told him the finance dept there said you told them we agreed to those items on the bill of sale when it was just the opposite. He said he had to and had no choice. They also increased my payments that were supposed to be 100 dollars less. Do not go there they either dont know what they are doing or they are friendly to be corrupt. AVOID.
