I did ask about the lower price, but was kinda told that it is what it is. I was getting something for a Christmas gift on Christmas Eve, so I just considered the extra $4 my convenience fee so I could feel better about it. It was still a good price, but I was a bit disheartened that the price published on Ebay wasn't honored. I'll probably be back, as I saw other things I may want. I bought 18 new water fittings and someone at the shop ruined so many fittings that they had to use all 18 new fittings. I could tell some one use pliers to take the fittings off the old build. This marred the fittings when instead they should have used the supplied wrench with the monsoon fittings. Alex had a very care less attitude about all the fittings getting damaged. Next when I got the system home the computer would not boot. Kept on getting a CPU fan failure message. I called up Steve and Steve did come over *since I did not want Alex showing up*.
