While scrolling Facebook, I came across an ad for Icon and decided to check them out since they were running a special at the time. Davir and his team walked me through the whole process and helped me find what worked best for me instead of trying to just upsell the most expensive package like others did. After going over what options were available, I scheduled an appointment to bring it in. They were great about sending info on the product as well as reminders for the appointment. When I arrived to pick up the car, I immediately noticed the difference; it was like it had just rolled off the showroom floor! Seeing what good work he was doing we added on a hardscape pad for our larger BBQ. This all started with Miguel responding to my inquiry quickly and giving me an on-site bid within a few days. We discussed price and timing and he disclosed that he was expecting a baby and might need time off around that time. Our schedule was flexible and we were happy to accommodate the birth of his newborn son. We have lots of photos. You won't believe how much hair he had at birth! :) Way beyond doing a great job on the project, I found Miguel to be a good communicator, professional, intelligent, and thoughtful. He also has excellent taste in terms of what would look good and we nearly always deferred to his good judgment. I first noticed his thoughtfulness and his "eye" when he was trimming the Palo Verdes and the Elm. He's not a professional tree trimmer but he did an outstanding job! I believe they did a good job on my car. The reason I did not give five stars is that I had to change my daughters #2 dirty diapers twice and in the men's restroom there is no changing table. I don't know if that was the case for the women's restroom, but I am a man, and that is not my place to be. I know this issue is out of the hands of most people working at that location, but the one who has the power to make a change, there is plenty of space in the means room to add the table.
