An hour later I called them to see where it was and they said it was delivered to house #4 and that someone took it and signed for it! They never checked the signature! They got it incorrect! And someone got the delivery and It was charged to my debit card!!!!! Last time I'm calling! Can't recommend this place as they took over an hour to bring us our food. Close to 90 minutes. Place had grease smoke everywhere from the kitchen and the popcorn maker up at the bar. Great place for some pizza. We get a small pizza and the antipasto typically delivered. Not the fanciest atmosphere and I doubt known for their customer service either. Also not cheap for delivery. But if you want a decent pizza and salad it's a good choice especially considering the other delivery options in Danvers. It's more of a dinner place that delivers rather than a typical pizza place. We had a rehearsal dinner and we had the most wonderful meal and service. We had Teresa as our waitress and she did an excellent job taking care of our tables. Everyone loved her. OK, so I like Supino's because it has a friendly atmosphere (feels like one of those local joints where everyone knows your name), and Ron the owner is one of the nicest guys you'll EVER meet. But I have to say that I am stunned that anyone would ever call the food here "excellent." Steve C. must be a close friend of Ron's to call it the "best food on the North Shore." Heck, it's not even the best food on Route 1 North in Danvers. The fact is, this could be a great place if they ever figured out their own little Kitchen Nightmare. Came here based on a recommendation from a local. (Traveled here for a clinical trial) We did not dine it it was a carry out order. will say the price is fair. you receive big portions. the food was fresh and prepared in a speedy manner. Their wedding soup they carry every day was not very flavorful but everything else was fairly tasty. We didn't dine in so not sure on the service. The staff that took care of placing our order was friendly though. The place definitely looks a bit outdate for surely far as the sign, inside decorations etc. Not very eye appealing. When I walked into this place, I thought I was in a biker bar. No offense to bikers, of course, but I just expected average food. It's a little gritty, and there are lots of Keno players drinking cheap beer. But I was amazed by the food. It's was REALLY good, and our waiter was profession and responsive. We ordered the Mozzarella sticks, which I never have. They were homemade, light, and delicious. I had the Chicken gorgonzola for my entrée and it was excellent. My business colleague and I enjoyed dinner here the other night. I am not from the area, so it was a pleasant surprise as he had not been there before. The Wings for the Wednesday wing special were nothing special, but the dinner entrees we ordered were huge and very good. After a basketball game we decided to come here with the whole team, parents and siblings included, we were sat very quick in the back room ( to the right when you walk in the door). We had 3 table one of which was 12 kids, the servers were great!! OK, I read the reviews here - the good ones and the many bad ones. Went anyway! Heard there was a Wednesday wing special, and my son loves wings so we went. I actually called ahead to confirm this and the woman who answered said yes they have a ten cent wing special, which I did not believe (this isn't 1984). They honored what may or may not be their old special of 12 for $4.95. While my son had the wings and shared a couple with me, I ordered a chicken Caesar salad - not a good move if you prefer not to eat raw chicken. I agree that it's not only loud but dark in the dining room - I had to use the flashlight on my phone to confirm that the chicken was raw on the inside, unfortunately after I'd eaten a number of pieces. The waitress was very nice, apologetic, but no manager bothered to come over. Maybe serving bad food is just the norm. I won't go back but I doubt they care, they had plenty of people in there. I gave it two stars rather than one because the chicken wings WERE cooked. If I were you I'd ask for them crispy! read more

All I could think was; the chef/cook hates his job. There's nothing cooked to order, frozen veggies, wilted lettuce and no pride in the food served. We went for Easter Brunch. Very disappointed! First the set up was terrible. People waiting to be seated were blocking the buffet and was very hard to get by. Then most of the food was warm at best and tasted awful as it should have been hotter! Sooo overpriced. I ordered delivery for a small spinach feta calzone and a Caesar salad. Came to 23$. Was not worth the money. The salad was rotting did not look fresh . I ended up tossing it. Here are the Cliff notes... one visit to this place ruined my Sunday. Read on, if you want to find out how. Visit - a Sunday at lunchtime, after the NFL season, so the place was not very busy at all. Based on that, you'd think we'd get better service, but the waitstaff was nearly unconscious; we were a large group (5 adults, 5 kids) and had a bunch of kids with us, and had to ASK for kids' menus. I had to ask twice for a coffee. I think most of my group was oblivious to the quality of food and service, but I was Hungry and expected better (based on my companions' recommendations). My dish was the Steak Tips Marsala. The only good part of the meal was the fries; there was a pool of oil/grease/butter at the bottom of the plate, limp green beans for the veggie, and the steak tips were tough and mealy. Very disappointed. Perhaps I should have stuck with the "typical" Italian fare of pasta with a red sauce, but... My daughter had the Ziti with Meatball. My first impression was WOW, what a big meatbeall... great! But I'm not even Italian and I make better meatballs (and sauce, or gravy, if you insist). This thing was mushy and flavorless. Again, very disappointed. The atmosphere of this place screams Sports Bar, not Italian Restaurant. Gee, I wonder why, could it be the HUGE bar in the middle of the place, surrounded by giant TVs, Keno, scratch tickets, and the self-serve popcorn? I don't have any particular complaints with sports bars... I go to sports bars... but this was not what I expected. If you want to be an Italian restaurant, BE an Italian restaurant and nothing else. If you want to be a Sports Bar, be a Sports Bar and nothing else. But don't try to be all things to all people. That's where this place fails in the atmosphere department. Their website proclaims that they are an "Italian Restaurant" with "Gourmet Pizza"... There's nothing gourmet about this place. Bertucci's is closer to gourmet than this will ever be. If you have an ounce of Italian blood in your body, you should be offended by this place and its food. I've been among people of Italian heritage all my life and their cooking knowledge has been passed down to me. What I experienced here was not Italian, it was some mass-produced quickie version of what they think will pass for Italian among the general public. The owners should know better. The sad part is, I have to go back. I'm not even going to get into why. Just wish me luck and patience. read more

Such a lovely place when walking through the gates. The exotic trees were phenomal. They were on display at every stop! For a zoo, it wasn't that crowded! The crowd only surrounded the ticket booth and the monkey exhibit. The monkey exhibit was absolutely stunning. They came up right to the glass. My son was amazed! They were energetic, swinging from trees, unlike the Franklin Park Zoo which wasn't as lively. The lions den was my personal favorite! They really nailed the savannah theme. It felt like I was truly in Africa. All of the other exhibits were very run of the mill. I was not impressed at all by the koalas. You could barely see them in the trees. That is really my only complaint! It is a great zoo to check out if you're in the area! I highly recommend it! Also! Do NOT forget to ride the elephant! When I told the waitress she took it back to the kitchen only to return with my original meal. She claimed the chef said that's what they serve for Fettucine! Funny how there were other entrees on the menu that were served with actual Linguine! Service was poor. When we received the bill we were charged for my dinner as a Veal dish. Our first time here after riding by for years. Staff was very nice and pub atmosphere fine with us. The food now that's another story. We ordered gnocchi, lasagne, a burger and steak tip dinner. The burger and steak tips were horrible and were basically left untouched. Burger was dry and like cardboard and the steak tips to tough to cut or eat. I would have thought the waitress would have asked if there was a problem with the food when 2 dinners were left totally untouched. They must be used to it and didn't want to hear it. The lasagne and gnocchi were ok but quantity doesn't really make up for quality. Maybe this is just a better pizza and beer joint. We won't be back. read more
