How about starting with the fact this is a take out only pizza place. The menu has pictures like it is a sit down restaurant with plates. How misleading!!! Only found out when we got there it is a counter. The website says this place is a restaurant. A restaurant has seating and a bathroom. This is a take out only business. Amazing!! I can't imagine how anybody could give this less than five stars... I ordered from there a while back, not even sure why. I think it's because I used to go to Alma in the same plaza and happened to notice it one day. I was completely blown away from start to finish. Everything that we ordered was absolute perfection, and I am not easily impressed. What really made my experience fantastic was the owner. He took my call asked if I've ever been there, and I said no it was my first time. He was so excited and delivered the food himself with a dessert thrown in for us to try. I wish food didn't have calories and I would be ordering from there every day if you're debating whether to try this place, run do not walk. A two minute drive from the cummings center is this gem. Solid pizza and calzones. Haven't tried anything else yet but I'm sure it's good. Stopped in for lunch a couple times and grabbed a couple slices and a drink for a really good price. Looks like they have a nice range of desserts and ice cream. Oh my goodness! What a wonderful meal I just had! How I wish I had tried this place sooner! What an amazing experience from start to finish! I stopped in after reading reviews online and I was not disappointed. I ordered and read my book while waiting. I'm so happy I stopped in. I ordered chicken piccata. First time here and the staff was super friendly and funny. We had some laughs. I ordered an Italian sub. I'm super picky with Italian subs, this was a great sandwich. The bread was crunchy on the outside soft and fresh on the inside, there was a good amount of cold cuts and the veggies were spot on along with oil,vinegar and seasonings. I'll definitely go back. I'm excited to try the pizza and calzones. They smelled and looked amazing. The interior was new and very clean. I sure hope people get out and support this place. This place is the real deal. I deliver for Uber Eats and was just picking up an order and the owner stopped to chat and ask about school, work, etc. Super friendly guy. He then offered me two slices of piping hot pepperoni and let me tell you, I have not had a slice of pepperoni pizza that good in years. Perfectly crisp crust with just a little bit of chew and a real nice, fresh tasting red sauce with some melt in the mouth cheese blend. It just doesn't get any better. It is takeout only but you will appreciate the privacy of your own home or car to allow you to let loose the way only Tuscan Hills Pizza demands. 5+ stars. read more

This place was recommended to me. I gave the place a try. I am a usual customer of Rev in Beverly. They offer brick oven pizza. So that is what I am used to. We went there one night to try their Sicilian pizza and liked it so much we went back the next night to get 3 Sicilian pizzas for a party. The first night we got pepperoni, green pepper and onions. It was great. Tasty and crispy. The next night we got a pepperoni, a cheese and a pepperoni with onions and peppers. I live about 40 minutes from there but will be going back. I stopped by this pizza place in Beverly, I got a couple of pizzas for my family. The atmosphere looks very authentic Italian. After eating the pizza, given the fact that this place states it's authentic Italian cuisine.The pizza didn't taste at all like I was expecting. The crust was floppy, the sauce had no taste at all, and it looks like the cheese they use is very cheap quality. I did leave a tip in cash, but they charged my credit card a tip as well which is ridiculous. When I called to inquire why I was charged the tip on my credit card, the person I talked to couldn't understand what I was trying to explain. I don't recommend this place at all, not only was the food NOT AUTHENTIC like they are claiming, but they defraud the customer with their credit card. Be careful and check your credit card after what happened to me!!! I will not be coming back to this place. read more

this place was good the first time I had it or so I thought... fair size calzone for a fair price definitely shareable amongst friends- so long as your friends are okay with food poisoning. I walked into this place last night nov.13 with my wife- who did just give birth a week ago, baby in nicu wife just discharged so I figured id take her out for a slice because that's what she wanted- and business seemed to be as usual. I noticed some burnt pizzas in the slice area and burnt calzone slices there too. that's typical of a pizza place so overdo is sometimes it happens. but it wasn't until I saw the main cook come over to the cashier with a prepared meal and the sauce container for it fell into the trash. if it fell on top of something visible in the trash I could've potentially excused this action. like if it landed on a fresh napkin or a plate or something but that so was NOT the case. when I tell you this 6foot 5 man reached the entirety of his arm into the almost bottom of the barrel pushing through slop and slime the whole way down, pulls this sauce container out and doesn't even attempt to give it a good look over or anything, and serves it with the food. it looked like a to go order because I never would've let that man serve that food to any human being. I made eye contact with the guy as he did what he did too and he just saw no flaws in the way he did his job. truly disheartening when you can't even go into a pizza shop and buy a slice anymore. where have our standards gone ? also to note the place is super tiny and cramped, they boast the ice cream bar they have there and when you go in the have 14 empty containers and 5 flavors that have a couple scoops a piece. random people sitting around like they own the place like theyre watching you? this place seems like a front in my opinion. We have lived in Beverly for 20 years now. There are a lot of pizza places in Beverly and I think we have tried them all over the 20 years. Never really impressed with most of the pizza in Beverly and we are always looking for a new pizza place to try. My wife suggested that we try Tuscan Hill, and it did not disappoint. The first time we tried it my son and I picked up 2 pizzas (1 peperoni and 1 shrimp scampi). They were both delicious! The shrimp scampi pizza was rediculously good! Love their red sauce and crust as well! My son and I saw sooooooo many jummy things when we picked up the pizza we knew we had to return soon. The next weekend that came around we ordered the same pizzas and went to go pick it up as a family this time (my wife, my 2 kids and me). We were all like kids in a candy store. We wanted to try EVERYTHING. We walked out of there with our 2 pizzas that we origianlly ordered PLUS an order of meatballs, chicken fingures, fries, conollis, 3 different kins of Richardsons ice cream in addition to the 2 pizzas we initially ordered (we wanted to order more but it was already getting out of control:-). EVERTHING WAS AWESOME! Chicken fingers were REAL chicken, pizza was good AGAIN, meatballs were really good and the canollis were delicious. WE saw so many other things on the menu and pre-made desserts that we wanted to order and I think its safe to say we will be back in the very near future. This is not a paid review. Just a family very excited that we found our new "go to" place in Beverly. The staff was great and we got to talk to the owner as well. He was so nice to my family and from our short conversation I could tell he values family like I do. The ambiace was a very cool, a little small but very clean.
