So I'll start by saying I liked the breakfast from here n I always ordered on the regular. But last time I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and lox I found a hard half inch piece of black plastic in my mouth! I called them and they apologized n sent me a bacon egg n cheese instead. Now I called today to give them another chance. I ordered again a bagel w cream cheese n lox and I stressed when I ordered, "please tell the kitchen to be careful with the plastic wrapping the lox comes in (which they claimed the first piece of plastic came from) n make sure none gets into my food." AGAIN! I feel something sharp in my mouth! I thought it was bone but lox doesn't have bone!!!! It's plastic!!!!! Clear this time! I called back n obviously I'm furious! Jesus, just had the worst lunch any one could of had. How can anyone not make a good tasting cheeseburger deluxe with one slice raw onion on it. To be honest - I have never sat down at this diner and actually had a meal. I have been to this diner twice to pick up food for my boss and both times - the manager Juan - has offered me their delicious coffee at NO charge. His energy is so welcoming. He is extremely friendly and has GREAT managing skills. I also noticed that this diner is well organized and VERY clean. First and last time! I'll begin by saying the waitress was pleasant. My husband and I wanted to try here because he's done deliveries and said they tend to get a lot of orders, we assumed the food was good. I ordered something simple - eggs with home fries and toast w/ sausage. Simple right? The food arrived super fast and it wasn't hot - bit sus. My home fries tasted horrible, they were sour. I thought maybe it was just me so I had my husband try it and he confirmed that they were sour. I don't think they served freshly made home fries. The waitress offered to give me French fries when I brought it to her attention, all she could say was "the cook tried them and they were fine". Meh. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the owner/manager was super friendly and welcoming. However, I will NOT be going back. Found a bug in my salad about halfway through eating it! The french toast was burnt and tasted like stale bread. The syrup was less syrup and more liquid and the conditions weren't cute.

This is our first time trying this place for breakfast. We try to find different diners to go since Mommy likes the diner for breakfast or lunch and we're with Mommy at the time. One thing that's good about this place is that they have a special price even during weekends, unlike other diners that only give breakfast specials on weekdays but not on weekends. The breakfast wasn't bad at all. Even the coffee is good too. I had soft scrambled eggs. Mommy had her usual onion omelette. Hubby had 2 eggs over easy. We all got some orange juice. Like I said, this breakfast special is perfect even on a weekend. We didn't expect this but we found a new place to choose for future. read more

Tried this place last week with a friend. I really enjoyed my burger which was juicy and didn't taste frozen. The fries were plentiful and just the way I like it -- soft inside and crunchy on the outside. My friend had a tuna sandwich on rye. We were asked if we wanted pickles and coleslaw. The coleslaw was fresh and had raisins in it. The place was clean and service was with a smile. Only negative aspect was my friend asked for Diet Coke with lemon. It was served with a wedge of lime. Ok, so I have been coming here regularly every Sunday for breakfast. I love this place!! Not so much for the food but for the atmosphere, convenience, cleanliness, and mostly the friendliness of the place. Don't get me wrong, my breakfast is always delicious (scrambled eggs, Canadian bacon, home fries, and rye toast. And the coffee is delicious and hot) I strongly support this neighborhood spot because in today's economy, we gotta help and uplift our own! I see negative reviews because of service here but that is so far from the truth, I know this waitress and she tries really hard. If you feel she has a communication problem, how about whipping out the handy Google translator (that's how I get by) and giving her a break, she is new. Googled a nearby diner and found this on yelp. Went there for the first time today. My husband ordered what he normally gets a diners , banana pancakes . A solid 3 purely because we order from here so much. On those lazy mornings where we can't bring ourselves to make breakfast and are both off, we'll put in an order for some breakfast. We've also become huge fans of their California burger (replacing the bacon with mushrooms -- shocking, I know) and we'll frequently order that for dinner when we're going to be home late. They don't come with fries but coleslaw and a pickle. I actually like the coleslaw. It's mildly sweet and runnier than I'm used to but a nice refreshing change from the meaty burger. It's not always perfect. We've found a cockroach on some fried eggs once that was promptly refunded with extra credit via Eat24 (I miss that app, y'all!) Even with that completely isolated occurrence, we'll still order from there since they are incredibly fast and accurate numerous times before and after. We always double check our food before taking a bite no matter where we order from and it's never happened again. read more

I was excited when this place opened up in the area. But I am highly disappointed in the food. I ordered the supreme deluxe burger with buffalo wings. The supreme deluxe burger: According to the menu the burger has caramelizad onions. Cheese and " special sauce" I received a hamburger with onions. That's it. There was no cheese and no " special sauce" The buffalo wings: They were undercooked you get 8 with an order and 3 out of the 8 were RAW!!!!!. YUCK! There was no flavor. Omg. I hate to give just a star but this place has a long way to go. A week after it opened I wanted to patron the new neighborhood business and took my family for Saturday brunch. There were about 3 other tables with patrons when we got there. I got a weird vibe when the waitress took forever to write down (while spelling it out loud) "cheeseburger with onion rings". She seemed to have a hard time understanding English. She could not understand what my order was. I had to open the menu and point to the item I wanted: a sample platter of dips (hummus, babaganush, etc) that came with a Greek salad, so the description read. The third item we ordered was fried calamari. About a half an hour later, we received my daughter's cheeseburger with fries even though we had specified onion rings, and our fried calamari. We decided we were not going to make a stink about the fries and to just check the bill at the end to make sure we will not get charged for onion rings. After having most of the calamari, about 10 minutes had passed when I inquired about my dips and salad. The waitress looked at me as if I had just asked for food and again I had to open the menu and show her what I wanted. About 5 minutes later she comes back with a small plate of a house salad (no feta or stuffed grape leaves so it was not a Greek salad). By now my daughter is almost done with her burger. And my husband and I are almost done with the calamari. So the waitress takes the salad back and a man comes over to ask how's everything. I go over the whole story again, show him on the menu what i would like and he assured me he will take care of it and walks away only to never return. We paid our bill that took about 10-15 minutes to arrive (!) and were ecstatic to be leaving this establishment. Worst brunch ever! read more

I wanted to give this place a try because the interior was nice and it's local. When you pay for service you want clean delicious tasteful food. What I got wasnt that. The staff is kind and nice which is why I did not embarrass the owner or manager with what I found on my plate. I should have because I honestly should have gotten my bill COMPD. This place is pure GARBAGE! I went to this diner today it being a new diner it was old dirty and broken up. But lets pass that customer service was the worst! Lady was rude and she tried charging us extra $5 on our bill I attached a photo. I also waited roughly 45 minutes for pancakes when there was only one other family at this place.
