My salt and pepper shrimp some parts were very salty and I usually like salty food. And my string beans look like had some old string beans in there. That were darker than the rest of the string beans. Was not a fan of the taste of the Shanghai meat buns. Also try to check out on the app but it wouldn't let me and told me it would queue my server and she never came. We tried to call her over several times and even asked for boxes two times. But she helped somebody else instead. Also, the pricing on this place is really expensive compared to other places. We only had four dishes and paid almost $100. The place was a little nice clean. Parking is a little rough. If you come after 6 PM, you can find street parking.

This third attempt to dine in at this establishment was not a disappointment. Finally able to make a reservation and getting in the door. The first two attempts was chaos due to lack of communication and procedures. I want thank Fatima who was hosting who was pleasant and seated us in a timely manner. Kim Lee who was our waitress was very personable, pleasant and provided great customer service. She explained thoroughly on the service, menu and other things throughout the evening. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout the entire experience. The owner, Todd, was especially kind and sweet, taking the time to make guests feel appreciated and welcomed. As for the food, everything we ordered was bomb. The soup dumplings were so delicious and flavorful. Sorry I have no pictures as the food came out we devoured them BUT my personal favorites were Garlic Green Beans, Chive Pies, all the soup dumplings all are good, pork chop fried rice, and honey walnut shrimp! As for the desserts my favorite was the matcha dumpling, which was the perfect ending to an already amazing meal. I had an awesome experience at Supreme Dumpling Ala Moana, and a big part of that was thanks to Jin, the bartender. From the moment we sat down, he was friendly, welcoming, and attentive without ever being overbearing. Jin makes excellent drinks, gives great recommendations, and keeps the atmosphere fun and relaxed. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does and cares about making sure every guest has a great experience. Even when it got busy, he stayed professional, efficient, and made everyone feel taken care of. If you're stopping by Supreme Dumpling, definitely grab a seat at the bar and ask for Jin. Everything was exceptional and our server Lily was very helpful and her suggestions were great, being that it was our first time there. We ordered the regular pork and the combo, paired perfect with lots of ginger and black vinegar. The mushroom garlic broccolini stir fry, chicken soup, and spicy cucumber tasted great and was good to balance out the meaty dishes. We had the wagyu beef xiao long bao, honey walnut shrimp, shrimp fried rice, mushroom garlic broccolini, mini pan fried dumplings , spicy cucumber salad, spicy pork wontons and the tan tan noodles. Heidi was our server. She tried to help us with our baby when we requested for high chair. Gingers that they have so you can eat with the dumplings aren't small strings - they're decent size. I ended up liking the chicken out of the assortment since we didn't know what to get. The chicken chili oil is cold but tastes good. But let's talk about the drinks they're strong but I love that. I need to visit Supreme Dumplings again to try the items I missed: the Chocolate Melt dessert bao and the Signature XLB Assortment, as they were out of the Black Truffle and Chicken bao and the Crab and Pork bao. FIRST time customer - Growing up only 2 blocks away from this location 70 years ago I vividly…read morerecall walking with my POPO and mother headed into Chinatown to spend the morning shopping at the open MARKET and after to have LUNCH at either Char Hun Sut and or Tin Tin - Our favorite order was soup'n noodles , a steaming HOT bowl of "Won Ton Mein" and or "Wor Won Ton Mein" - Mmmmm - After the KAPOLEI Chinese restaurant in KAPOLEI "closed" so abruptly and PERMANENTLY I was shocked and extremely UPSET since very few "old school" Chinese restaurants here on Oahu still cook the type of dishes that my CANTONESE pallet craves and savors - Still reeling from this loss and desperate to satisfy my hunger for just a DELICIOUS bowl of "Won Ton Mein" - So desperate for this specific cuisine I went on line searching "YELP" to search for a recommendation and came across this restaurant "Lam's Kitchen" - I drove from my home in EWA Beach (West Loch Fairways Townhomes) into Chinatown in the old RIVER STREET neighborhood hoping that this restaurant would have something that would satisfy my desperate craving for a great bowl of "Won Ton Mein". I arrived at noon and was very lucky to find a metered parking spot across from the restaurant on the very first try - As I entered I noticed that the room was very crowded and that here was only ONE open table so I sat down immediately and ordered the "Won Ton Mein" as the waitress approached me with a menu - I have to note that although this restaurant was located inside of a very old building the interior was a very sharp contrast - Everything appeared fresh and modern with very basic hand built picnic type bench seating and dining tables constructed of varnished raw wood (very spartan but practical and comfortable) - The bowl of soup was of average size and appeared very sparse with not much color - There was "NO" Pork Char Sui slices, only steaming hot clear chicken broth, a clump of thin Vermicelli white opaque noodles accompanied with a few small pieces of both chopped Mustard, Napa Cabbages and slivers of Green Onions - Extremely simple and basic. There were exactly "4" individual Won Ton that were filled with a tiny chunk of SHRIMP mixed into minced PORK HASH and regular spices (basic Soy sauce and Sesame Oil) - The "won ton PI" was very thin and light and the saimin noodles were made of the same Rice Flour mixture also - The broth was hot and savory but nothing special only because it was so "bland" to the taste. Although the restaurant was crowded to its Maximum Capacity within 15 minutes of my arrival it had practically "emptied itself out" with only myself a one other table of 6-dinners getting their food too. I will probably return to eat at this restaurant if and when I get another pressing urge to satisfy one of my insatiable cravings to drive all across Oahu from EWA Beach to Chinatown in the city of Honolulu . The "PLUS" about this visit is that it was clean and the service was average but not disappointingly "long" despite how busy and crowded the entire restaurant was when I first arrived

We also appreciate that the inside of the restaurant is clean and well maintained. We like the set up here at the Waikiki location because we can refill our own veggies and noodles. My favorites are sliced lamb, short rib, fish cake with roe, tong ho and wide potato noodles. They have a housemade noodle which is so soft and chewy, definitely a must. This location also has a full bar and desserts which just puts it over the top. We love an unlimited snack and sauce bar too. I start with garlic, cilantro, scallion and add soy and ponzu, then top off with some chili oil or sesame oil and garlic sauce. My son loves the fruits and soft sweet bread whereas my adventurous spirit loves crystal chicken feet. Make sure to get validated for parking in discovery bay. The marina is a quick walk across the street where the fireworks are visible on Friday evenings. Chong ching is the go to for a happy and fun night with family or friends who want a beer tower. Definitely a reliable, fun and delicious time.

Parking is easy in the Whole Foods parking garage. Then just a short walk to the restaurant. Service was good. Yet they brought out my sashimi dinner before her Burikama was grilled. It would have been better if they held my sashimi dinner until her Burikama was ready. Ambiance is modern. No linens. Paper napkins. This keeps their cost down and they pass those savings to their customers in reasonable prices. Well done Rinka! Highly recommended!

This restaurant is also on RESY and I wasn't able to get a reservation online for the night. Luckily we were able to be seated right away! And the waiters and waitresses were very friendly and prompt. There were not many people there, and the ambiance was nice but relaxed. Shared the Chicken Karaage, a spicy tuna roll, qnd Washugyu Yakinuku for two and it left us very content. I enjoyed the White Yuzu Ale with the meal. The chicken was crunchy and came with a nice side salad, and a small bowl of extra seasoning- which I definitely recommend using on the chicken. The spicy tuna roll had 8 pieces, and came out fairly quick. It tasted fresh as well. The Washugyu Yakinuku comes with a plethora of small sides including tempura (shrimp and some vegetables), salad, pickled vegetables, and two slices of salmon and tuna each. The Beef is to be cooked by yourself over the flame, which lasts only 20 minutes so be sure to do this right when you get it. The beef tasted fresh and delicious but a bit fattier than expected- there also is a small bowl of sauce that comes on the tray and I recommend dipping each piece of meat in the sauce after you cook it to your liking. There is a lot of free parking in the vicinity at the Whole Foods parking garage or the parking garage attached to the movie theater across the street. To note- I have had their takeout here once as well and in my opinion I believe their food is better at dine in.
