Evidently it affected the server as well because the brought two incorrect dishes and one wrong drink to our table. This caused quite a bit of confusion when it was time to pay because the server and manager became defensive, indicating it was our problem. Ultimately they took it off the tab but it was way too involved. The loud music also impacted the dinner conversation because we had to shout to each other. I think this miscommunication could have been avoided by reducing the volume a bit.

I knew she was lying. She finally said his name is Tyler but that he wasn't in. I asked for the corporate telephone number and she got it for me. Still no apology. This girl is the rudest girl I've ever encountered in a long time. I do not understand why people work in the service industry if they hate people or their job. Sounds like the morning shift is slack if they are known to not open on time! I spoke to someone higher up and he was very surprised.
