The lighting had a warmth to it and had beautiful artwork. The Sus Hi workers/servers were extremely polite and gave me assistance immediately. Food 5/5 Ive never had sushi or any kind of seafood in my life so I was introduced to the create your own bowl in which I got white rice/brown rice, raw tuna, chicken, raw salmon, crab, and other delicious seasonings and sauces. I literally scooped every grain and piece of food inside the bowl(I nearly ate the paper bowl it came in) because of how delicious it was! We also got a sushi roll. That was very tasty as well... I was pretty full and couldn't eat the whole thing, but it was delicious Service 5/5 the Sus Hi servers were amazing with big smiles and happy to be helping the customers with their orders.. very beautiful people and that's what I love.. I ordered from Sus Hi Eatstation on DoorDash for the first time, and I'm honestly so glad I did. I wasn't sure what to expect, but everything exceeded my expectations from flavor to portion size. I got the Party in My Mouth Bowl with garlic brown rice, less-sodium soy sauce, avocado, spicy krab, and a side of white sauce. The flavors were perfect together the rice was warm and seasoned well, the spicy krab had the right amount of kick, and the avocado was fresh and creamy. The white sauce on the side was a great addition and brought everything together. I also ordered the Livin' on the Veg Bowl with the sauce on top, and that was honestly the highlight. The veggies tasted fresh and crisp, and the sauce added so much flavor without being too heavy. You can tell they put effort into balancing every ingredient. Both bowls arrived neatly packed and still warm, which I appreciated. The portions were generous without feeling overwhelming, and everything tasted high-quality. First time visiting and I was pleased with my experience. It definitely is a fun, playful concept. Be sure to channel your inner ninja when you enter. Ordering was easy using the kiosk. Plenty of customization options. I had the Fry Me a River Burrito. The size is very impressive. I took half home. Kind of bland tasting without additional sauce slathered on top, though. I will go with a bowl the next time. We preferred the Loaded Rice Tots over the Truffle Rice Tots. The young lady working the front counter was phenomenal. I went here to grab lunch on my break since it was close and I'd been craving sushi. I remember trying a different Sus Hi location and liking it. I decided to try the torched dragon roll which had tempura shrimp and was topped with salmon. The order was ready in the time promised. The roll was just okay to me. It was light on the salmon and not assembled very tightly. It also didn't really have any kick of spice. It was very average and on the pricy side for a smaller roll in my opinion. I might return again just for convenience and try one of their bowls or burritos, but it's not my first choice for sushi. read more

I really like this place, the food is so good and I love the customization options. The ninja theme is fun and I appreciate being greeted with a "welcome ninjas" when we come in. For whatever reason, maybe something in the sauces, but this place really messes with my stomach so I haven't visited as much as my taste buds would like me to. Love this place! Perfect fast casual spot for lunch or dinner. I like that they have a lot of vegan options. The staff is also very careful with how they prepare the food to avoid any cross contamination. I once ordered the flaming hot cheeto burrito and was told about how it wasn't fully vegan and I really appreciated that. I'm not plant based but I try to go that route as often as possible. I tried the infamous "Sus Hi roll" OMG this is the best mash up of a volcano roll plus tempura fried. I like that they did not over fry the roll because the fish was still a slightly raw texture in the best way. So delicious with a miso soup on the side. I don't even know where to begin with this restaurant my special needs son absolutely love sushi as a single parent. I cannot order sushi very often because it's super expensive. This restaurant among other runs just like this is exceptionally expensive so I ordered it for him because he was getting ready to start Thanksgiving holidays now keep in mind. This is not the first time I've had an issue with this the first time I had an issue with this restaurant, I took it with the grain of sauna and I was like you know what maybe they were busy maybe they didn't have qualified people now this store is a fucking train wreck the first time we had an issue they got my order completely wrong and it made my son sick and I got some bullshit apology from the manager after they overcharged me and it took two weeks to get a refund and get charged for the right amount tonight 11/22/2024 at 7:50.pm I ordered from the restaurant again against my better judgment and a third-party was supposed to deliver it i.e. /Uber needless to say it didn't get delivered, and I left a tip, which I don't do very often so not only did guy who didn't speak any English steal my food, but he kept my tip as well so now I had to call the store back and again get some b/s apology, and and ask them for a solution their response oh, you can come into the store or we can give you a refund, but it takes days to get back. Let me just say I will never visit this restaurant again be aware that if you order from this restaurant on Chickasaw Road in Orlando, Florida, you may not get your food. You may get the wrong order you may get sick. You may get an allergic reaction to the food and their response is to have some mediocre young kid who is a manager give you some bullshit response I've already reached out to corporate, but I can guarantee you. My husband wanted to try it and I was skeptical - not always a fan of the "fast" versions of certain foods. I gave in and tried the Salmon Slayer deep fried burrito and I will go back again and again for that specifically. Maybe I'll try other things eventually but that thing is so good!! I have been dining out at all types of restaurants for the better part of my 28 years on this planet (I'm bad at math). I have NEVER (let me repeat softly... never) experienced the level of service that I received at a counter-service restaurant than I did from the amazing ninja staff at Sus Hi Eatstation on Chickasaw and Lake Underhill. I won't go into all of the details but they all went above and beyond what I would expect from even a 5 Michelin Star Restaurant (I know they only go up to 3 which doesn't make sense). Ordering on their new kiosks is like playing a mediocre video game, only this time you get a delicious reward. Each prompt is clear as is any additional charges you may incur for choosing an option (why do some places hide it?). In customizing my burrito, I went through 8 pages of options in picking what I wanted. If you're getting a sushi burrito, you absolutely MUST get it fried. It's the best $1.50 upcharge you'll ever spend in your life. They coat the burrito in something and fry it to crispy deliciousness. It's crispy and crunchy. I personally wouldn't order it To Go, but that's me. If you're Vegan, they have Vegan Spicy Mayo and Vegan White Sauce! And plenty of Vegan proteins to put in your burrito or bowl or belly. They also have other vegan options (edamame dumplings) which are clearly marked on the menu with green V's. They have plenty of vegetarian as well. Also, it's not ALL sushi. They have chicken and steak too so if you aren't totally into Sushi, you can eat other stuff. Chicken Cheese and Rice for a picky eater. Why not! Do you like Ninja Movies? (invoke Peter Graves tone from Airplane) Even if you don't, go pay these ninjas a visit and get some delicious food served by some of the best fast casual staff I've seen. The food is really tight, especially for the price point, and the portions are very good. It's in the Publix plaza near Florida East hospital. We've never eaten in, but the pick-up process is a breeze. They had sanitizer and outdoor seating. They have a lot of great options and the make your own sushi is a fan favorite with my wife. As a side, the last time I ran in to pick up our order, a small girl yelled out "WELCOME TO THE EATSTATION!" which I've determined is annoying by adults at Moe's... but by random, not employee, tiny, micro humans at a sushi place is adorable. I've had Sus Hi Eatstation a few times but my first time dining in since the pandemic. Upon entering there is a hand sanitizer and a table and chairs outside for outside dining. Inside there is a kiosk to place your orders, avoiding talking through the glass. Huge plus! There are many different cooked options other than fish if you're not a sushi lover. I went with a small bowl with spicy tuna and spicy salmon. Lots of topping options and some up charge if you wanted. I went with edamame, mango, seaweed salad and cucumber with a few different sauces. So many options I can't remember. For appetizers I tried the spicy cauliflower which was definitely spicy, lots of robust flavors but very appetizing. You can definitely get the burrito and with all the options and for an up charge they deep fry it! Yes! Who doesn't love anything fried!! The roll was huge and stuffed to the brim :) My boyfriend had a tempura chicken and shrimp sushi burrito. Stuffed with rice, cheese, jalapeños and a spicy sauce all rolled up into a tortilla and then FRIED. Yes!!! Holy moly was it good. He absolutely loved it and it was enormous. We could have split that between the two of us and been stuffed. The service was good and extremely helpful as it was our first time there. I walked in, they had a designated spot for to-go orders, I found my name and walked out. I was a little early too and my order was already ready! I usually get the bowl, it's my favorite! You choose a base (rice, lettuce or a combo) protein (various raw and cooked options) and all your toppings. It's like an Asian Chipotle. They have tons of different sauces to choose from as well as toppings for your bowl. If you get cheese and want it melted the scream FI-YAH! Which is fun, lol. For a burrito, bowl or roll it's basically the same process, they make it however you want it. I haven't tried a deep fried burrito yet but I want to! It looks so good! A solid 4, consistent flavors, friendliness, and yumminess. This whole Covid thing has our life so different. You can't sit in anymore probably because so small. The bowls are always super big and I would recommend getting a small and adding a protein versus large. I honestly wanted to try everything on the menu but I'm glad I only ordered this as it was definitely way more than enough. You could make two meals out of it. It's also nice that they give you the option to order it not fried although I didn't understand the pricing since it is listed as a fried burrito with a price of $11.25 but if you want it fried they charge an additional $1.50. Would not recommend for a few reasons. I'm actually really sad this purchase didn't work out. I have had food from the location on Alafaya and it was great. One of the burritos had huge chunks of wasabi inside. Which caused my friend to choke and lose her appetite. After 7 minutes her face is still red. The other burrito salmon was ordered and it was slimey. She said it was not fresh and could not finish the rest. My poke bowl had almost no protein. Which was concerning because I paid extra for more. Over all horrible experience and now we have no food after waiting an extra hour for it being delivered. read more
