I stopped in here for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. This location is in a plaza with a decent amount of parking. The restaurant itself is not huge inside but has high ceilings. When you order, you order on screens near the front counter. I ordered the chicken bowl with a drink. I grabbed a table near the front and took in the cute photo op wall near the door. The food was brought out to our table. My bowl was decent. I was disappointed in the very few amount of pieces of chicken in the bowl. I had lots of toppings and not nearly enough chicken to go with it. It tasted fresh. I needed to go up to the counter to ask for a lid to take it to go and the staff was very cold to me. Almost making it feel like I was bothering them. I would like to come back to try a roll next time and maybe take it to go.

Absolutely refreshing, filling and hearty bowls. You leave feeling energized, satiated and ready to tackle on your next adventure.

Came here to grab a sushi bowl to go, thought it was awesome they have Mac and cheese bowls!! Will have to try that next time. Ordering on the iPad was easy and it didn't take long for them to make my food.

I probably would give this closer to a 4 but not quite. We don't go to this location normally, and I probably won't go back. I enjoy the Lake Nona location better. The inside of this location just feels bare bones in a way that reads lack of care rather than minimalist. The bowls are always huge, be prepared to take some home. I did have the new tempura chicken bowl and I really liked that, but we also ordered egg rolls and when I bit into the first one grease started pouring out the bottom, and not just a little, more than a tablespoon! It was just too much!

Dang. I can't stress enough how much I don't enjoy giving negative critique. But I was there as a Yelp elite to multiple new locations of Sus Hi Eatstation. I've been so proud of their progress and a huge advocate for their business when I lived here. Coming back into town, this was the number 1 place I wanted to revisit. We went to the metro west location and I'm so disappointed the business model has completely shifted. Only ordering at the machine? The charm and fun of sus hi eatstation came from their business model of ordering at the counter and watching the staff engage and customize your order. Not only did the kiosk suck, we got our order after someone that arrived after us got theirs, finished and left. There was no warmth. The trash was overfilled. Although the food was decent, the 'sauce' has seemed to have left the building.

I haven't been to Sus Hi Eatstation in quite a while. This was actually only my second time visiting. My son and I were greeted once we got to the order station. I browsed through the menu and decided on a salad with teriyaki tofu. My son ordered a spicy steak mac and cheese crunch burrito and beignets with cinnamon sugar. As we waited for the food, we took in the drawings and writings on the wall near where we sat. The drawings feature ninjas and some inspirational quotes. As we were waiting, I noticed a family who came in after we ordered get a bag of food. I thought that it was unusual because we did order before they did. The gentleman approached us and asked us if we ordered food to-go. He had opened one of the boxes and realized it wasn't their food. Once we got home, we dug in. My salad was generous and tasted good. The spicy steak mac and cheese crunch burrito was delicious. My son also enjoyed the beignets. He ate most of those before he even ate the burrito. Overall, the experience went well. The food was good. Staff just needs to pay more attention and make sure the right people get what they ordered.

What a disappointment! I get home and there's no sauce on my bowl! When I specifically asked "sauce on top* (best). Not even the soy sauce, ginger, chopsticks, ponzu sauce in the bag like I had asked. Guess that was money spent on food I won't be eating! Now I remember why is been 2 years since I last got food here... at least I have sauce for my spring rolls!

    Inside

The party in my mouth bowl was ok but it feels like the cheese and the bacon flavors did not belong, different flavor pallets. Nobody greeted or talked to us at all except to call our name when the order was ready so can't say much about the "service." The artwork on the wall was cool, very anime. I probably wouldn't have this again as there are other places with better bowls imo.

Sus Hi is my fav go to !! I could eat this everyday. Love how you can pick from the menu or create your own bowl, sushi rolls, deep fried things and so much more! You can order online and pick up or dine in. Decor is super different and cute and look the photo opp. Also love when you order melted cheese they yell out Fire. Staff is always nice even when they are busy !

We were visiting the Orlando area and decided to try Sus Hi Eatstation. Our daughter said "we must stop here for dinner"... My wife and shared a Fry Me a River Burrito coated with CHEETOS. Wow this thing was HUGE! I couldn't not eat all of my half of the burrito. It was very good and loved the flavor! We also loved the Cheetos they coated on the burrito after deep frying it. Full of flavor and definitely recommend you try this burrito. It's definitely big enough to share. As far as the restaurant itself; we noticed it needed a little cleaning done around the eating area and restrooms. We took our dinner with us and didn't eat it there. Definitely a 5 out of 5 stars on our meal!!!!

Bad business , ordered tuna bowl and I received noodles only bowl . Paid extra for tuna and I didn't get any tuna at all ! Never buying again from this place .

Stopped here with a friend for lunch today. We couldn't decide what to get, so we each ordered two things on the menu and shared everything. I got the Ocean of Cheetahs Burrito and the Lava Burst Roll. She ordered the loaded rice tots and the Teriyaki Steak Chilled Noodle Bowl. Everything was good. Our favorite was the Sushi Burrito! It was so much food, we took some to go for later. I'd definitely order the sushi burrito again. It wasn't busy, so there was plenty of seating. I love all mural on the wall. The staff were nice and helpful. If you're looking for a quick bite, this is a great option!

If you're a foodie and visiting Orlando, this should be at the top of your list. If you live in Orlando, I'm jealous- I'd go here a lot. The vibe is very cool- feels very chameleon: girl's night, date night, big group all trying a bunch of small plates - all yes! I wish I could find the order form that I took so I could properly give credit to each of the delicious things we ordered. There's a menu and then a small piece of paper with pencils and you put in your order at the bar where they give you a number.

I always describe it as bar that just happens to have really good food. A heads up if it's your first visit; this isn't full-service dining. You place your food order at the bar, they'll give you a number for your table, and the food runners bring out dishes as they're ready. Don't expect everything to come out at once, but I've never had an issue with it. Seating is first come, first served, so finding a table can be a little challenging during busy hours. The booths are by far the best seats in the house, but they fill up fast and don't turn over often because the atmosphere is so good that people end up staying awhile talking and enjoying their drinks. They also have outdoor seating, which is a great option when the weather cooperates and it's definitely quieter than inside. My must-orders are the Japanese fried chicken, the Blue crab fried rice, and the Soy garlic butter mushrooms. Every single one is worth getting. As for drinks, the Saturn is my go-to. It's gin-based, perfectly balanced, and super refreshing. They do check IDs at the door, so I'm not sure if that's because it becomes 21+ after a certain time or if it's just their standard policy. Overall, this is one of my favorite spots for date night or meeting up with friends. Great cocktails, consistently good food, and an atmosphere that makes you want to stay awhile.

The beef ribs were mostly fat and still very tough to chew. The chicken was woody breast, making it dry and very difficult to eat. The rice was even worse. They replaced it three times. The first two batches were hard, and the third batch was actually undercooked. The service was by far the biggest disappointment. Even though ordering is done on an iPad, they still kept forgetting items. We had to remind the staff multiple times before the food finally arrived. Every dish took 10-15 minutes or longer to arrive, yet customers are expected to finish their meal within a 90-minute time limit. This is a Japanese BBQ restaurant where the staff is simply bringing out raw meat for customers to grill at the table. There is really no reason it should take 10-15 minutes to deliver each order. To make it even more frustrating, the restaurant wasn't even busy. During our entire meal, there were only two or three other tables occupied, so it's hard to understand why the service was so slow and disorganized. To make matters worse, an 18% service charge was automatically added to the bill. I don't mind paying a service charge for good service, but charging that much when the service is this slow and disappointing feels completely unjustified. Our bill was over $210 for three people, and that didn't even include any drinks. At that price, there are many better Japanese BBQ options available. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back, and I can't recommend this place.

I asked for a sweet tea and he asked if I'd like a black tea or a green tea. I ordered the green tea thinking it would be a hot tea. Instead, it was an iced sweet green tea, very light and almost floral; absolutely loved it! We started with the Shumai and green mussels. There were 6 Shumai in the order and they were of a generous size with ample filling and delicate dough. The dipping sauce was already on the bottom of the bowl, which I liked rather than trying to dip them in another container. The green mussels were also prepared differently as I've usually had them cooked whole with the sauce on top; however, these were cut up into small pieces and then mixed with the sauce and masago. They were a bit charred which I did like. All of the sushi was delicious but the stand outs were the oasis (love me a good lemon slice on sushi) as a fantastic rice- less option, and the Mimi roll as my out of comfort pick. I don't think I had ever had apple in sushi before but I was so surprised by how much I enjoyed it! The sweetness and the crunch really paired well with the asparagus and the spicy filling. Will for sure be back for this roll and the sweet green tea alone!
