I trusted what they told me and believed that certain services were going to be free or covered. In the end, I was charged for everything -- including procedures that I did not want. They were not upfront about what they were going to do or what I would be billed for. I strongly recommend double-checking your bill and clearly confirming any procedures before agreeing to treatment. Don't assume anything is free unless you get it in writing. Unfortunately, I trusted what they told me, and now I have to pay for services I did not want and procedures they said I would not be billed for. They will tell you that the doctor is "helping you out," but in reality, that was not my experience. I feel like I was overcharged and misled. Proceed with caution. Make sure you ask detailed questions and get everything in writing before treatment.
