I ordered from here via Postmates and honestly was very pleasantly surprised. The order got here very quickly and the Poké bowl was absolutely packed with food especially at that price point! Will definitely be ordering here again whenever I have that sushi craving.

I need my money back really disappointed no carrots or avocado smh I'm kind of mad did AI make this shit

Disappointment washed over me as I eagerly approached the much-anticipated sushi bites in town, only to discover it was nothing more than a ghost kitchen. The initial excitement of exploring a new culinary gem quickly faded as I realized there would be no cozy ambiance, no intimate tables, and certainly no authentic sushi bar experience. The absence of a physical restaurant space meant missing out on the traditional charm of a sit-down establishment. Instead of the warm greetings and the inviting aroma of freshly prepared sushi, I was greeted by a nondescript storefront with no seating in sight. It was a stark contrast to my expectations of indulging in the art of sushi while enjoying the ambiance of a traditional Japanese eatery. The disappointment deepened as I grasped the reality of the ghost kitchen concept - a place solely designed for online orders and takeout. The lack of a communal atmosphere and the absence of skilled chefs crafting sushi before my eyes left me yearning for the dynamic and engaging experience that a traditional sushi bar offers. While the convenience of ordering from a ghost kitchen has its merits, the absence of a physical space to savor the culinary delights robbed me of the immersive dining experience I had anticipated. The sushi may have been top-notch, but the absence of a proper setting left a lingering sense of disappointment, reminding me that not all culinary adventures live up to the expectations set by the promise of a new restaurant in town. Very disappointed.

One of the best sushi spots I've had a in a while actually. We didn't really do any appetizers and went straight in for the fish. Started off with a couple of hand rolls, we did the crab hand roll and O toro hand roll. Crab hand roll wasn't as impressive, I've had better to be honest. I didn't let that experience ruin it for me because the toro hand roll was delicious. I think they add a piece of mint and it complimented the hand roll. Very crunchy nori wrapper and good rice to fish ratio. For our sushi we started with chu toro tuna, salmon belly, and halibut. Super fresh melt in your mouth quality. Halibut was interesting with the truffle, first time definitely won't be the last. We ended it with red snapper and black snapper. Absolutely amazing, I think the black snapper or the red snapper was slightly charred. It was so good. To say the least, this restaurant was worth it!

Nice of the chef to switch out roe for halibut for me on my omakase. However, probably the worst omakase I've ever had. No creativity, nothing felt premium, chewy fish, flavors didn't mesh, and half of it was salty. The miso soup wasn't scorching, which i appreciated at first but that meant the last few sips were fairly room temp. The real crab handroll was good. If the price point was $35 sushi set I'd give 5/5 but this is supposed to be premium omakase. I've been to other Sushi Enya locations and had good experiences, so this was very disappointing. Stick to the rolls and nigiri.

Long story short, our dining experience felt rushed. We waited about 45 min- an hour for a table. Once we were seated, we were pushed to order right away. I had come here before but it was my husband's first time dining. He needed more time to decide and look over the menu. Well he didn't get much of a chance to look at what he wanted to eat because the server was standing there waiting. Literally staring. What would you like to order? I explained to her that it was his first time here and he needed time to look over the menu and asked her if she can come back later. She proceeded to say it will take longer to get our orders in and delay the kitchen staff. That didn't end there. Right after our food was served, one of the servers came by to ask if everything was ok and if we needed anything. We said no. Shortly after, the server dropped the bill at our desk. Mind you, we were not even close to finishing our meal. I understand there are other customers waiting for a table but you shouldn't be rushing the customers currently eating. They clearly prioritize turning tables faster to make profit. It was not a pleasant or enjoyable dining experience. I would choose another sushi spot.

It was definitely not what I've expected or ever experienced in a Japanese restaurant. We were quickly greeted by the staff and be seated by the wall. The upholstery of our seats were torn. The area where we were sitting was a bit too dark and could definitely add more lights for customers to see their menus. After giving a look at the menu, our server asked if we were ready. I said it's our first time so we need some time to look through the menu. She replied ok and left. We mainly ordered sushi items. Servers brought over each item one at a time. When I almost finished mine, my family is still waiting for theirs. You do see the staff walk by the tables constantly. However, I would hope the servers would ask how is everything and if we need anything else. Overall, sushi tastes fine. I probably won't be back given the experience that we had.

While the fish quality here is great, you will get more bites that seem a lot more experimental with flavors and garnishes. I didn't like every single bite but I expected that. A lot more focus on creative cocktails and drink pairings instead of just sake or wine. This is a great place to try Japanese whiskey, they even have little lockers where regular patrons can store their expensive bottles they've bought for when they return, and you are welcome to grab an additional drink and chill in the space afterwards if you'd like. The chefs here were a lot more personable and fun with more of a bar vibe than a traditional omakase. Service was great, dedicated bartender was great, and though it's not the best sushi I've ever tasted, I would still bring someone back here for a unique experience. Brought my friend here for her bday and we left full and happy and a little drunk so I'd say it was a successful night!

I don't think I've come close to finding another place quite like this that can match the vibe, menu, team, and sushi like you find in Japan, especially at a place like Toyosu market. For those who have been to Daiwa Sushi, this reminds me of it so much! I stopped by Monday around 1:15 and the place was still packed.
