Tea, water and menus were brought to the table promptly. Our server was very pleasant and took very good care of us. I ordered tempura udon and my husband had the tempura appetizer. Both of our meals were very good. I liked the broth in the udon. It was very flavourful. The tempura came on the side and consisted of 3 good sized shrimp, potato, carrot and acorn squash. Our server topped up our tea and water and checked on us to ensure that we had everything we required. Considering the quality of the food, service and portion sizes the prices were very reasonable. I also had the Unagi Donburi for my main course, and it was perfection. The unagi meat was piquant and succulent, the rice was great, and I even like the mango pieces it came with. The service was very considerate, especially during the busy haul. The waiter served me whenever I needed it and even replaced my chopsticks when I dropped one of them. The interior design of the restaurant is memorable; it had blossoms hung up and TVs playing Jpop music videos. I highly recommend Kojan for the great Sushi and Korean food.

At least this would mean that you are transparent and honest about what you are serving. This restaurant is very small; there are four tables that can seat four people as well as a counter next to the window with nearly a dozen stools. This is the first Japanese restaurant Ive been too that serves sushi rolls without rice. I thought it couldnt be done and I was glad to see it was possible. I cant remember the name of the rolls I ordered but one was wrapped with cucumber and the other was wrapped in seaweed and deep fried. I was able to enjoy my rolls without worrying about going overboard on the carbs. The hubster ordered a spicy tuna roll and a Mexican roll and those were good too. We also ordered sashimi. They were medium sized, not bite-sized or the typical larger slices. Fair enough. The customer service was good and there was even complimentary green tea. The fact that Sushiteria can make rolls without rice is enough to make me return soon.
