The sushi was very good. We tried multiple types and each was great. The rice was red or purple because of beets I think.

Why did I not know about this place!! The best takeout Sushi in the area, hands down. Sometimes you just feel like sushi.. and this is the ONLY place that brings it on speed, taste, presentation, and service!!! We had to take a few minutes to read the menu because we were not familiar with the combinations but do not overlook the specials hanging on the blackboard!!! I couldn't read the sign but if you ask the owners are super nice and will read it to you. What we got: M-GO (mango on sushi? Yeah!), Lion King, Salmon Roll (classic and our litmus test), Rainbow Roll, and Dragon Roll. If you show up and order at the counter, you gotta wait a few mins while they make your order but SO worth the wait. They do take phone orders if you wanna phone ahead and that is what we'll do next time. What made our experience over the top was a special gift of fried dumplings! Thank u!!!

They have a few tables inside if you want to dine in, but it seems mostly a takeout business. I got the spicy noodle bowl and seaweed salad. Both were terrific! The spice level is as advertised "very spicy", but not too much. And it was not all spice; plenty of flavor. They brought over a complimentary soup along with the noodle bowl. It was flavorful and far superior to most free soups I've had. The staff was nice and attentive. Next time I'll try the sushi and sashimi.

I walked into Sushi Go one day with my son because I was curious. What I found was a satisfying Sushi restaurant that can prepare a wonderful meal to go in minutes. We were not prepared for the large menu and spent a long time reading through the names and descriptions. The young lady behind the counter was delightful and joked with my 8 year old son as we decided. She knew the menu well and explained rolls we had questions about. We ordered more rolls than we could eat, but figured we'd try out some new things. We had the Crunchy Roll, the Angry Wife Roll, the Superman, the Moonwalk and the Hot Mama. It was more than we could eat and we had to bring the rest home. The rolls were prepared well and the food was delicious. It's amazing how fast they got the rolls to us, yet they were exceptional. The rice was pink. I'm not sure if this was a one time thing with food coloring or what, but I never thought to ask. Just thought I'd mention that because it threw me off a little. This made no difference in the taste of the food and actually looked nice. This place is more so geared for to go orders. You can dine in, but keep in mind the dine-in experience is limited due to the place being geared to faster service. After dining here with my son, I will order take-out from this place and will drop in for my Sushi fix when I want to eat at home. It's a great concept and a great way to feed the family with authentic and delicious rolls on a whim.

To the right there are two huge kiosks. Plus a menu board above your head. Extreme overload IMO. I'll address the ambiance, this place needs a cleaning. Crumbs on table and seating. A young lady came to front and asked if it was my first time. I'm sure I appeared overwhelmed. (I was). She told me to use my phone to access the QR code at the table. AND to seat myself. AGAIN, This was extreme overload. I only wanted to order and pay cash. No physical menus in sight. The QR code is Apple Pay. Ugh. I'm old school and don't have all this stuff on my phone. I need it simple. I need a human connection. Not being able to see my food being cooked should have been another warning. What are you hiding?? Everyone wants a tip for doing nothing! Come on. I will never be guilted into leaving a tip for doing nothing. My shrimp rolls were brought to me with 2 packets "of to go Duck sauce". How original is that? The Tuna Rolls are covered with some mayo mix. The offer she did give me after the tuna rolls were delivered was Sriracha sauce, Louisiana sauce, or packets of soy sauce. Ugh. Really?? My food was terrible. I left 6 rolls of 7 uneaten. Odd number to deliver to the table. One bite of the tuna rolls and I knew it was best I NOT eat anything. Sushi is something this place should NEVER serve. Eat here at your own risk. Maybe the hibachi is safe. However, I'm not willing to ever take that risk. The business stayed busy with outgoing orders. To dissect the Chicken Teriyaki Bento: the chicken teriyaki had a nice flavor and wasn't dry (which is a pet-peeve of mine), the salad had a nice, citrusy dressing that just opens up your sinuses, and the gyoza was very juicy. A very filling meal, to say the least. The Unagi Don was delectable, with every bite a creamy and umami mix. Then, the "I Love You" roll literally just melted in your mouth. Service: No complaints! When I pointed out the mistake and asked for them to be replaced, the staff refused to take the incorrect order off my bill. Instead of fixing their own kitchen error, they forced me to pay for both the ruined rolls and the remake effectively charging me double for one meal. Making an order mistake is one thing, but making the customer pay twice to correct your own error is completely unacceptable. Save your money and go somewhere that actually respects its customers and stands behind its service.

HOWEVER, that recently changed thanks to a new appointment we've recently had change our family schedule, where we end up nearby on certain days, and we've decided to make it a habit to come back by here since it used to be our literal favorite Hibachi spot. Turns out - it still is! It definitely still doesn't get nearly as much attention as it should, but as other Hibachi restaurants have started switching to cheaper menu options like the dreaded switch from the amazing MUSTARD dipping sauce I LOVE, to the horrible white goo that some goober called "Yum Yum" sauce (should be called "Yuck Yuck" in my opinion), Nosoo kept the mustard sauce! They also still have the delicious subtle ultra-thinly-sliced mushroom or "Suimono" soup and didn't switch to cheap overly salty tofu-riddled yellow broth like - again - most other competing local Hibachi restaurants seem to have done. In closing, I'm glad Nosoo is still there, still yummy, and still providing the best overall Hibachi menu out there all these years later. TL;DR - THEY STILL USE THE SUPERIOR MUSTARD DIPPING SAUCE AND NOT THE "YUM YUM" GARBAGE!
