After two years in Texas, we finally found a spot that truly impressed us. Safe to say, not a single piece was left on the table. We both ordered the sushi bento along with the Lion King roll, and every bite delivered. Thoughtfully prepared, beautifully balanced, and full of flavor. We'll absolutely be back.

They have limited seating but seemed delighted that we wanted to dine in - very friendly and engaged staff. We ordered 2 of their Special Rolls, and some Miso soup. My wife got a Lion King roll which she really enjoyed and I got a Panic Roll - heavy on the Panic. Right after we finished our soups (just the thing on a cold evening), they presented us a complementary House Salad, tossed greens in a ginger dressing with other tasty things - it was excellent! I will definitely order one next time (unless I try one of their other salads). Beyond the friendly staff and excellent food was the outstanding value. Everything is very, very reasonably priced. We bill was about $34 for 2 excellent special rolls (seems like most places charge $18+), 2 miso soups and 2 drinks. This place rocks!

As i listed to idle conversation with people, everyone seemed to be remarking how good the food was so im sure it wasnt just me. Their all you can east isnt advertised on the menu so i had to ask for it personally but the minute i did they had a sheet ready! You mark down all the things you want. Ill live write out my review as i receive and eat things: 1. Ahi tower is one of the best things ive ever eaten. it brings SO MUCH fish and crab. I really thought it would be mostly rice but nope. GREAT portion and SUPER delicious. will be thinking about it for a while 2. Ninja roll.. AGAIN how is it so good? perfect amount of spicy!! also they somehow made the salmon on top creamy? 3. Yokohoma roll had less flavor than the ninja but it felt fresher! its perfect for when u want fish but not too much flavor 4. Washing roll was surprisingly so good!! everything ive had so far has been FANTASTIC but i normally hate krab. they mixed it in a way that made is actually really yummy?! almost bbqy but idk how to describe it 5. eel avocado roll might be my favorite? it had a LOT of flavor. ill be honest it didnt taste much like EEL but more like whatever sauce they put on it. it wasnt sweet at all which is nice considering eel usually is be warned anything you dont finish will be chard a la carte so make SURE u dont order as much as me because i couldnt finish what i ordered The place itself is cold (which is a big plus for me when im eating) and looks like a family spot. idk how to describe it but you can just tell its a couple familys go to sushi place. theres tons of parking outside too! They also have a spot for you to sit on the sushi bar to watch the chefs cook! it was really cool and i even saw a couple people request to be sat there Everyone was so sweet and attentive i loved it :)

HOWEVER, that recently changed thanks to a new appointment we've recently had change our family schedule, where we end up nearby on certain days, and we've decided to make it a habit to come back by here since it used to be our literal favorite Hibachi spot. Turns out - it still is! It definitely still doesn't get nearly as much attention as it should, but as other Hibachi restaurants have started switching to cheaper menu options like the dreaded switch from the amazing MUSTARD dipping sauce I LOVE, to the horrible white goo that some goober called "Yum Yum" sauce (should be called "Yuck Yuck" in my opinion), Nosoo kept the mustard sauce! They also still have the delicious subtle ultra-thinly-sliced mushroom or "Suimono" soup and didn't switch to cheap overly salty tofu-riddled yellow broth like - again - most other competing local Hibachi restaurants seem to have done. In closing, I'm glad Nosoo is still there, still yummy, and still providing the best overall Hibachi menu out there all these years later. TL;DR - THEY STILL USE THE SUPERIOR MUSTARD DIPPING SAUCE AND NOT THE "YUM YUM" GARBAGE!

The hibachi is flavorful and cooked perfectly, and the sushi is always high quality, clean-tasting, and expertly crafted. You can tell they take pride in their ingredients and presentation. The staff is incredible. Super friendly, attentive, and genuinely accommodating. They go above and beyond to make sure guests are taken care of. If you show up with patience and basic decency during peak times, you'll be treated exceptionally well. As for the 1-star reviews posted over Valentine's Day weekend, those lack credibility. Anyone with common sense knows that Valentine's Day is one of the busiest weekends of the year for hibachi restaurants /anywhere/. Judging a restaurant solely on an extreme holiday rush ignores what they consistently deliver the rest of the year. If you want fresh sushi, great hibachi, and a welcoming atmosphere, this place absolutely delivers. Highly recommend through and through.
