I've been here a couple times when in the area. Most of this sushi is very good. If you come in when it's busy, Sushi is guaranteed to be fresh and warm. When it's slow, it's a bit soggy and cold from sitting on the belt so long. Otherwise, everything I've tried was delicious and I will most likely be back. Staff is nice but nothing too special. Always have to wave them down but that's fine when it comes to sushi belt places. read more

I love this place. I only wish I'd learned about it sooner. The fish is top quality, the prices are great, and when you call in, they tell you how long it's going to take, so you dumbasses like Leo who gave them a bad review for how long his order took don't have to be surprised. Okay, this is by far my favorite sushi place. I live in milwaukie and pass about 4 sushi places on my way to Sushi Hurray, but it's so worth it! Their happy hour is daily from 2-5p and all the plates are $2.10 or less! I literally go here at least twice a week because the price is so good and the food is so amazing!! Mediocre food from mediocre price amazing for five bucks you can get a lot of sushi which is actually pretty well-made which is actually really surprising. They also have a happy hour which pretty much means the food is free and happy hour is right as I get back from school so it's kind of perfect timing. Plus conveyor belt sushi is kind of cool. I really enjoyed the sushi here, it was very fresh and the sauces available were plenty. They even had gluten free options. it was a quick healthy option to fast food. I am not the fan of track sushi. This place is the best one I have been to. No rice fed machine all hand rolled. They have good assortment of rolls. They have no problem making anything you like. I still prefer a normal sushi bar but this is closer to me when I want a quick sushi fix. read more

I got really bad food poisoning from this place. I'm only 17 and could have died from this shop. My mom called and they asked " is she allergic to sushi" like no I'm not I have been eating sushi for about 2 years now and have never gotten sick. They do not care about there customers. Growing up with plenty of sushi options has made me a stickler for quality. This place is one of the best I've found since moving to the area. My wife grew up in Oregon and didn't really eat sushi until we started dating. We both agreed that Sushi Hurray is a hidden gem. I usually avoid the "sushi boat" style of restaurants since things can go around for an unknown amount of time. Everything tasted really fresh though. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. You can ask them to make anything on the menu and they do it right away. We just got home from our meal there and I'm already thinking about when we can go back for more! read more

We're pretty sure this place is one of our favorite sushi restaurants in Oregon. Never disappointed with their selection and fresh ingredients. If you like spicy, try the Ninja roll. Their peppered tuna is also very good. Very clean atmosphere. You rarely have to wait more than a few minutes to be seated. Highly recommend. read more

I was a bit disappointed after reading all the positive reviews. There wasn't much variety and the salmon didn't taste great. It's by no means the worst sushi restaurant I've gone to, however there are several conveyer sushi restaurants near Clackamas Town Center with better sushi for cheaper prices. Excellent sushi go-around, they maintained the timing of the duration, food that was on the belt, so the sushi was very fresh and the chefs there are very clean and attractive to the customers needs, always a great mixture on the belt without loading it with imitation crab, lol! The quality is very good; especially for conveyor belt sushi. go during happy hour (2-5 daily), where the plates max out at 1.85, otherwise it can get pricy if you like their specialty rolls. They have a specialty roll that is wrapped in cucumber - it's so good; def try it if you end up trying this place out. This is pretty close to where I live and I frequent them quite often!! I never went to the original Sushi Boat but I moved here right in time for its grand re-opening.
