I've been a regular here since I moved to the area back in 2019. Used to live in the San Francisco Bay area so I'm a little bit of a snob when it comes to sushi. The ambience isn't fancy, but the food is consistently good. Honestly, to me at the end of the day, that's the most important metric. Consistently hard working staff who care. There's always a wait but it's so worth it. The pricing is very reasonable and I like that the smaller sizes of each individual dish allow you to have more variety without getting super full. During the pandemic, I made sure to order lots of takeout because I wanted to make sure this lovely local business made it through. Very happy to see them thriving. I now live about 20 minutes away but when I crave sushi, Sushi Hurray is always my go to spot. Just recently returned with a friend the other night who just moved back here from Idaho. She is the person who originally took me there when I first moved here. We had a lovely dinner. And as always, it was great to sit in our favorite booth, enjoy our dinner and catch up. It's hard to pick a favorite item. I tend to pick up some different items that are going by on the conveyor belt and then I generally order a few things that I'm craving. Friday night they have uni and I do adore that so I try to stop in on a Friday at least once a month. Takeout is always an option too if you're in more of a rush. Absolutely recommend lunch or dinner at Sushi Hurray!

Located in a small shopping complex Exterior & Interior are what you'd expect for the this type of complex/restaurant. This is your typical conveyer belt sushi restaurant. Some booth & some bar style seating. Service was good as the employees are friendly & welcoming. Prices were a little more than expected, but it is West Linn. IYKYK. Although it stayed busy some of the Sushi I got off the belt did not taste fresh. My recommendation would be to order something not from the belt. Rather than take a Pic of everything I ordered, I took some photos of the Menu.

Sushi Hurray is great for what it is--fast, INEXPENSIVE, eat at the counter sushi on a conveyor belt. While the quality level isn't as high as the higher end or traditional sushi restaurants, this convenient place is worth a visit if you want sushi to-go or just a quick bite by yourself. Take a look at their menu to get an idea of the options. Overall, great value sushi.

Great choices and yummy first time ever sushi. They have normal food that rotates too like grapes, oranges and great Mesoo Soup

allllriiiiight. went during happy hour, lowkey worth. but idk if they were having an off day with their miso soup, it was wack. but the other stuff was GASSS it was heat. self refill water too. honestly for conveyer belt sushi i thought the fish wouldn't be as quality but it is!!

If you don't finish with over $47 of sushi in this place you have a serious problem! I love this place. It's Always clean, the sushi is made fresh right there and if you want something special that isn't on their menu, you can ask for your own. Prices are cheap but build up quick because you're making a tower of RED GREEN YELLOW WHITE AND BLACK PLATES. Totally worth your time and money. We always come out full.

Wish they had a bigger selection of dishes. Otherwise....food was great and so was the price!

Decent sushi, tasted pretty fresh but lack of selection on the conveyor belt, you have to ask the chef to make what you want.

Pickled cukes in rice vinegar with sesame seeds gave a lil' pucker and both come complimentary with combo meals. 5* My lunch set was awesome included 2 rolls with a ton of Classic Rolls from which to choose, many would be deemed special in other houses. The Chili Chili Bang Bang is Bomb! That tiny tempura jalapeno offers a zip of heat and delicate crisp in a very unusual soy wrap roll of tamago sweet egg, blackened tuna, avo, red tobiko, and green onion that is just simply superb! Their version of the Oregon Salmon roll with avo, green onionand no cream cheese but surimi instead which was a lovely change up. Ck out their Spicy/Mango, Philly, Boston & Salem choices if you crave the cream cheese! My awesome pic is amiss as the Yelp app didn't save properly :( We missed our frothy pour as the liquor license is still in process, changing owners this September so a few more weeks the server thought. Dining room is naturally bright with 3 glass walls and filled with tables much like a cafeteria. Could use some furnishings and plants to cozy the room out, and a/c a bit chilly I found on a warm day. We wanted to sit out on such a beautiful day anyway but be warned to bring your own blanket lol or dress for fall when warm outside! Prices are great and most importantly your catch of the day Sushi/Fish is fresh and fills a need for sushi choice in the Oregon City-WestLinn area! Arigatou ありがとう Momiji!!

This afternoon I ordered the Yummy Yummy Roll and it truly lives up to its name! With avocado, spicy tuna and tempura shrimp inside, and salmon, spicy mayo and masago on top, every bite had the perfect balance of spice, crunch, and deliciously fresh fish. The portions are generous here as one roll was definitely enough for lunch. Even though I visited on one of the hottest and busiest days this summer, the food cart served up my sushi quickly and with stylish presentation. I can't wait to plan a return visit to work my way through the rest of their menu. If I could change one small thing, I'd add miso to their offerings. I feel like sushi and miso just belong together! Thankfully, another cart in the pod has you covered if you feel the same way. Be sure to check out Good Sushi OC... as someone who has eaten sushi at least once a week for the last twenty years, I assure you this place is worth a visit!

The family obliged. We started with the gyoza and takoyaki. The gyoza were the best we've had. We had been wanting to try takoyaki for awhile and figured we'd finally give it a try. It was tender and delicious. We also got 3 sushi rolls and loved them all, some of the freshest tasting sushi we've had. The katsu chicken was good, though the rolls and appetizers knocked it out of the park so far by that time we were spending a lot of time the rest of the meal talking about how good they were. The service was fast and friendly. We weren't familiar with Lake Oswego but it's a very nice/upscale area, away from the city. It reminded us of a few cities we have similar to it in the Bay Area. The restaurant itself is not tiny, but definitely intimate. The lighting is nice in there and a light was brought to our table, which was a nice touch. Tada is in my top 3 sushi spots I've ever tried, and the Bay Area (where I'm from) is no slouch when it comes to sushi. I would definitely come back if in Portland again and do a full course of sushi.
