The atmosphere made me feel like I had been transported somewhere else. The hostess and waiter were very nice and explained everything thorough We started with Coke, a Sprite, and the Jalapeño Bombs ($9) as an appetizer. They were good, but I probably wouldn't order them again. For my entrée, I had the Angry Dragon Roll ($13), and it was BOMB! Everything tasted incredibly fresh and flavorful. My husband ordered the Shrimp Hibachi ($22) and upgraded to fried rice for an extra $1.99. It was just as delicious. Sushi Kingdom also offers all-you-can-eat options with different tiers, but we decided to order à la carte this time. After seeing all the amazing food coming out, I definitely want to come back and try the all-you-can-eat menu! My favorite part, though, had to be the food delivery robots. I've gone to sushi kingdom 4 times. Twice for lunch and twice for dinner. Each time I went for dinner, the food and service was fantastic! I prefer nigiri and it's always 10/10. I ordered a roll the first time and it was alright but I realized I was wasting room in my stomach for the amazing hot bar and cold bar. Some of my favorites from the hot bar include kbbq short ribs and the seafood boil. I'm always excited to see what they'll have. The cold bar is pretty consistent with salmon, white tuna, and tuna tataki sashimi & rice/wonton hand rolls & kimchi & peel and eat shrimp & fruit. The times I went for lunch were not my favorite. A lot of rolls, nigiri, hot bar options, and cold bar options. The cold bar options are cool because it includes desserts and even unlimited boba. You know what, I can't even be mad at Sushi Kingdom. But I'm also not pining to get back here any time soon. I could see how this place is likable for lovers of an AYCE spot (amazing price for lunch), but the sushi quality is pretty average. The patrons were overwhelmingly American and the flavors definitely catered to a more American palate. All of the rolls we ordered tasted the same somehow, and the flavor profile didn't really change too much. I love sushi, but I wouldn't come here for the sushi alone... that's for sure. The best thing that I had here was the teriyaki steak, which they stacked with onions and drizzled in a decadent sauce. The hot bar is also very diverse, and you can get a lot of Asian fusion fare with decent taste (albeit the quality is debatable). My favorite was the sesame balls. Again, think Americanized Asian fusion. Not horrible, but definitely not as good as the original. They even have a bubble tea and dessert bar. The little cakes tasted EXTRA artificial and were so dry they could choke a child. No bueno. I did enjoy the environment, and it was nice to linger in the vibes created by the restaurant's interior and talk with the hubz. It is really large inside and well-decorated. The bathrooms were very clean, which is always a plus! The service was so-so and accompanied by a robot which I personally just don't like. I've been to Sushi Kingdom a few times now, and it never disappoints! The food and overall experience are always top-notch. This time, I went on a Friday night -- it was busy, but surprisingly there was no wait, and the staff kept everything fresh and replenished often. We enjoyed a little bit of everything -- crab legs, filet mignon hibachi, the amazing lobster roll, and the Sushi Kingdom roll, plus plenty more. Everything was delicious and high quality. The atmosphere was clean and inviting, and the service was fantastic -- super friendly and attentive throughout our meal. There were three of us, and it came out to around $40 per person, which felt very reasonable for the amount and quality of food. As a fun bonus, we even got a free plushie for spending over $100 -- such a cute touch that made the night even better (especially since it was my mom'a birthday month (birthday guest eats free if you have a party of at least 6)! Everything my wife and I tried was good. The crab legs could have used a little seasoning but they were good as well. The bathrooms are super clean and the staff are very friendly. They have a robot that brings your food to the table and that's pretty cool as well as a hot bar you can go to and a dessert bar as well. Ok this is serious--if you're like me, you've probably wondered for years if there is ANYTHING like Nori Nori out there in the world of AYCE buffets in Georgia. Sushi Kingdom has...emerged. Guys--not to hype this up, but I was screaming inside when I walked in on 5/4 all around and saw covered hot plates, snow crab legs!!!, extensive desserts, and sushi counter full of little plates to grab, the bubbletea, and a taco-sushi BOAT. Here's what sets Sushi Kingdom apart: 1. Most prominently, an answer to that search for good quality, fresh-made-on-demand AYCE sushi! I can't believe it, my roommate was looking for this so hard and a week after he left the state, we hear that this opens! This model for AYCE sushi is superior to the buffet setup because the sushi is that much fresher and not sitting around or exposed to germs. The sushi selection is great; a good mix of cooked and raw rolls. We didn't even make it through a third of the offerings! 2. Keto-friendly!! Many buffets try to slip in all these carbs to fill you up, but Sushi Kingdom's sushi chefs make their sushi with the least amount of rice needed to float it in your mouth. Not to say they skimp on it, but it's JUST RIGHT. They should be commended for it, because SO many places do NOT get this right. The rolls are generous on avocado and content, and delicious and fresh. OOoo...the other thing that was keto-friendly is...the teriyaki and hibachi are served WITHOUT a rice or noodle base! Allows you to focus on the meat & veggies. However, you do have the option to grab fried rice or noodles at one of the covered hotplates. 3. Snow Crab legs: OK, this is only on weekends, but OMG. AYCE snow crab legs for $38? On TOP of AYCE sushi and everything else?! Best deal in town. Their crab legs were also good-looking; red, moderately fat/big, plenty of claws. They provide the tools and warmed butter dishes too! 4. $18.99 lunch special: ok so no snow crab for the lunch special, but it seems like you get everything else for half price?! You just have to go, come on. 5. Sushi Loveboat: if you eat with at least a party of 6, you get to do the Sushi Loveboat. You can probably chk the photoroll for that; as I couldn't get that. It looks stunning, and to get that at a buffet place--absolutely AMAZING. There is something else that also requires a party of 6 that I can't remember right now, but it's unique to Sushi Kingdom. 6. Soups and appetizers: these were really good! What was notable about the salads: they did NOT use iceberg lettuce yay!!!! They used mixed greens. There were 2 soups on the menu--we were only able to try the corn & ribs, but it was nice and light, a good palate cleanser. They were served in these cute little "caldrons" with lids, so it stayed hot! I think just 1-2 ribs and maybe smaller pieces of corn would be fine, mine was a little too overloaded, lol. Was curious about the beef soup...! 7. Serving sizes: Really liked how these appetizers/sushis were also served in smaller sizes, so that you can pace yourself, share it, and minimize risk of waste! 8. The seafood: big! The shrimp in the covered hot plates still had the casing on, but someone had actually gone in and DEVEINED them from the back. These were quite large shrimp, possibly jumbo? The other shrimp in the hibachi/teriyaki plates was also delicious and deveined, for those who care about this. Here's my suggestions: 1. Maybe tone down the sugar levels in the bubbletea...I know this is controversial since it's going to come down to Asian vs. nonAsian tolerance for sugar levels, lol. Or, perhaps use smaller cups (cuter! save $$?) so people can try diff flavors? Like I would've even been happy if there were small 4oz baby cups of bubbletea with like, 5 bubbles...for tasting. Maybe consider using the small boba or even sago? At the same time, the full size cups are a nice takeaway that can save customers from a separate trip for bubbletea...so, I get that's a delighter too. 2. Desserts: rather than have too many, perhaps focus on quality. I saw a few too many quarter-cut cakes or what looked like....cinnamon rolls? Some looked a bit dry. I'd rather have just a few tasty things waiting for me at the end of the meal, than a lot of stuff I don't want to eat. My suggestions: --The mango pudding bowls: I liked the look of them, but the taste...maybe a light sweet clear rock-sugar syrup would be better than mango slush? --The almond jello: this is a CLASSIC and I was so excited. But it was kind of watered down and the texture was not as "Q" if you know what I mean. Would love to see that classic, soft, strong almond jello. Even if you have to top it with those canned peaches/cherry like they used to...would be a cool thing to see! 3. Put wasabi/ginger/low sodium soysauce on each table, and stacks of napkins. I am not gonna lie .. I ate plates and plates of Snow Crab legs. The decor, service, and overall vibe was great and our server was super quick and pleasant ! I took ONE photo of the inside and I got so distracted because when I walked over to the hot bar there were STEAMED SNOW CRAB LEGS. I'm pretty sure I ate my weight in that so I didn't get pictures of all the sushi my friends got. I would say the quality of the sushi is what you expect from an AYCE place. The restaurant has cool aesthetics and a nice vibe. The food, however, was just okay; Not the best, but not the worst. I think the lunch price is very fair especially with the amount of variety you can order, but I'm not sure I can justify paying anything more than that, especially with the lackluster service I received. I came in and wasn't greeted by any of the hosts and the manager ended up having to seat me. The restaurant wasn't busy when I visited and there were about 3 servers just standing around while their coworkers were waiting on tables and helping bus people clean up. My drink was never refilled and my plates weren't cleared (which can get embarrassing especially in an AYCE setting). Maybe one of the 3 servers just standing around could've offered to help, but they didn't. The bathrooms were also very slippery with no caution signs. As a new establishment, Im hopeful that the team can get it together. But please, when a customer says "thank you, have a good day" when leaving, don't just stare at them, acknowledge them. read more

The venue was so clean and modern and vibey! We came here on Sunday afternoon and it's dinner pricing all day ($38) with all the dinner fixings so of course I got the tuna carpaccio, yellowtail app, hibachi filet mignon combo with scallops (big ole beautiful fat sea scallops) with the tastiest hibachi veggies, lobster roll, Naruto roll (the ONLY roll we didn't like- tuna didn't seem fresh), and of course the crab legs! Would 100% return for lunch over and over again to just get their AYCE hibachi and boba bc they are both so good and great quality! Their crab legs were sweet and tender (at least when they brought out a fresh batch) and they made more boba drink fresh on request too! The service was excellent and attentive. Highly recommend to try on a Sunday afternoon so you can get the best service and attention with minimal crowds. read more

Service was great and fast. Food was good but the selection of food at the hot bar was mediocre. The selection was limited with lots of "filler items". There were no mussels, menu looked different from before. I looked at the pictures from Yelp and a lot of the items were not offered anymore. Upside, they added a low and middle tier if you don't care for crab legs. read more

The interior of this restaurant is so pretty! The dim lighting and cherry blossom decorations made this experience very relaxing. There are a variety of hot foods that you can grab at the stations and sushi rolls are to be ordered. I loved the baked mussels and fish tacos. The sushi rolls were decent but were made really big which filled us up fast. We recommend ordering the Filet Mignon Hibachi. There is also a milk tea station (dine in only) which I've never seen before at an AYCE sushi restaurant. I didn't try the milk tea because I was so full but they had many flavors like taro, original, matcha, etc. The servers were friendly and accommodating. read more

Came to Sushi Kingdom for lunch and it was great! There is plentiful free parking out free and we were sat quickly. For $20ish for lunch per person, it was a great deal and they even had nigiri as well. The inside is decorated so well and was kept clean! They had a hot bar with buffet items such as cream cheese rangoons, egg drop soup, noodles, wings, and etc. They also had a free milk tea as well you could grab with desserts! Honestly a great selection. Service was pretty slow here and we had to ask for refills or stop waiters to even try to order. We noticed it would take them a long time to bring our orders out after ordering after the first 30 mins which wasn't great. The nice thing here is everything is made "fresh" and it's not sitting out and each roll they give you has a few pieces vs. a large normal roll in case it's not great. I think the fish quality is on par (I think better) than other AYCE sushi places and I would definitely come back for lunch. I don't think this place is worth it for the dinner price. read more

We went to Sushi Kingdom on Friday evening. The dinner price has increased to $39.99 per person, and the menu seems to change a bits. Only dinner includes snow crab and seafood boil. The bar in the middle has a variety of hot items like fried vegetables, chicken wings, garlic oysters, galbi (savory-sweet short ribs), steamed sea bass, stir-fried shrimp, fried rice, lo mein (or a similar stir-fried noodle), egg soup, cajun seafood boil, and snow crab legs. At the back, there's milk tea (classic, taro, matcha, strawberry, and mango) and desserts, including tiramisu, brownies, egg tarts, mousse, and more. The front, manned by the sushi chef, features sashimi, sushi tacos, and wraps, with condiments like eel sauce, spicy mayo, ginger, and wasabi. I highly recommend the tuna sashimi. To order from the menu, you'll need to go through your waiter. The robot is there to deliver foods. We ordered the Jalapeño Bomb (my favorite) and the pork gyoza (about 4 to 5 pieces) for appetizers. For sushi, we tried: Sushi Kingdom Roll - 10/10; Godzilla Roll - 7/10; Kingdom on Fire - 8/10; Caterpillar Roll - 10/10. As a side note, I'm not a fan of rolls with cream cheese. We also ordered the NY strip steak (9/10) and stir-fried chicken udon (10/10)--both were great and delicious. The seafood boil was a disappointment; the crawfish was bland and tasted old, and while the snow crab was decent, it lacked the expected sweetness and freshness. I wouldn't recommend the oyster. On the plus side, our waiter was fantastic--very attentive and fast. It was not crowded when we were there. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! Me and my girlfriend went here for some good sushi, but oh boy were we wrong. I'm not sure a shortage of rice, but they sure treat everything like there is. Ordered a tuna hand roll and was given a roll of nasty tuna with the occasional grain of rice. Then ordered a shrimp roll and somehow got fish bones caught in my mouth. I saved the worst for last, the miso soup. I don't exaggerate when I say it literally tasted and smelled like human urine (don't ask how I know what that tastes and smells like). Literally had to go to the bathroom to throw up trying to finish it bc for all left over food you get charged EXTRA. Other than that, my waitress was really sweet and would earn a 5 star if it wasn't for the "food" I had. read more

This is an all you can eat sushi spot, and they have a lot of options for you to order. From the sushi menu, to the hot/cold bar, you can be here for hours and still be trying food. This is a cool ssa place to me. It's super clean and everyone is very friendly. Johnny was my waiter and he took good care of the table. They do have the little robot that brings out sushi but he brought mine himself. He kept my water glass filled and everything was all good. Calamari and seaweed salad - it was good. It was a cold salad so if you don't like the cold, this may not be for you. But it's a nice size if you are going to try to taste. Spring roll - these were not too great. Only because it felt like they had been sitting there for longer than necessary. If they came out hot, they probably would be good. Chicken wings - not sure what these were...lemon pepper wet, spicy, sweet, there was a lot going on but they were great. They were kind of small, but the flavor was major. Fried rice - this was...rice. Nothing major. It was decent, wasn't dried out or anything. Filet mignon roll - this was good! I ended up ordering another one after the first. Kingdom on fire roll - these were pretty dope. Very good flavor. Golden caterpillar roll - this one was just okay. It had a strange type of flavor that gave off too much "seafood" got me, oddly enough Amazing lobster roll - this one was solid. I would have liked more, I actually did order a second one. Best one of the trip! This spot is clean and well kept. It has free parking (in a strip mall situation) so you dont have to worry about that.
