In my opinion, this place has the best deal for all you can eat sushi in the Baton Rouge area. I like the fact that you order from the menu, and everything is made relatively fresh. There is no food that is just sitting around under a warmer like many buffets. It is quite pricey, but I think it is worth it for all you can eat sushi every once in a while. It is $25.99 for dinner and it comes with a soda or an alcoholic drink. There are a variety of rolls to pick from, but my girlfriend and I usually just order sashimi. The rolls are super packed with rice, and it can get quite filling. The quality of the sushi is definitely not the best but it is not the worst. In terms of service, it can be a hit or miss. There have been multiple times where our service has sucked, but there have been times where it has been great. The wait can get pretty long on the weekends. Besides sashimi, I would definitely recommend trying the spicy Kani salad, tuna tataki, yellowtail jalapeño, and mango salmon. The mango salmon sauce is BOMB. I repeat BOMB. Although I don't usually order rolls, I do recommend the LSU roll,Snow-White, and Nemo roll. The Nemo roll is a new addition to the recently updated menu at Sushi Masa. After Sushi Masa, you probably won't want to do anything for the rest of the night. It can get pretty filling which makes me pretty tired afterwards! read more

Best sushi for a great price. We went for dinner and did the all you can eat. Our server was great and the menu was perfect because we love the option to practically try everything. My favorite part was my red bean Ice cream and fried cheese cake. But no complaints about any of the menu items his favorite was the spice shrimp and his chicken noodles. I have gone empty on my drink at least 3 times and have waiting over 10 minutes for a refill. I have seen the waitress probably every 20 minutes. The sushi was good. The lo mien noodles were the worst noodles I've ever had in my life. And I've tried out TONS of sushi/hibachi restaurants. I am a waitress at a local restaurant and I actually enjoy giving tips to my servers because I know what it's like. However this place is an exception. I am not happy with my visit.
