The rolls here are amazing! I love how fresh the fish are, and how most of the rolls use snow crab instead of imitation crab. Been coming to this place before 2020 when it was AYCE, we still love it and love going during happy hour.

Most recently I ordered from here the Alabacore Special Roll (crab meat, avocado, fresh albacore, pickled onions and deep fried onions) & their Miso Ramen noodles. The albacore roll was delish, it had a lot of onions which I appreciated! I really liked the tangy sauce that came with it too, it enhanced all of the flavor and ingredients of the roll. I also did like the miso ramen, although I was hesitant at first from ordering because of negative reviews I've read on here of it. Honestly, I could see why some people may not have liked it. Compared to other specialty ramens out there, theirs was somewhat basic, but I still very much enjoyed it. They gave hearty portions of noodles and it tasted good, not the best but it was still satisfying. Overall, it was a good meal and I was most satisfied with the albacore special roll! read more

Completely dissatisfied with the customer service we had experienced. We went for the 3:30-5:30 pm happy hour special. During this time there is a 20% discount on your order. When I received my bill, it did not include the 20% discount. When I asked the waiter as to why I did not get the discount, his reply was that it was 3:27 pm when I placed my order. (I was 3 minutes too early for the discount.). The time stamp on my receipt showed that I paid at 3:51 pm. (This was within the happy hour time period.) I hope the extra $17.00 or so dollars that Sushi Pop made by not giving us the 20% discount is worth loosing long term customers. We will not be going back again. read more

I had a pick up order for a Bento Box and it was worth my $19.99!!! I know some people may feel thats expensive, but they packed my box with all kinds of goodness. The meat and rice were very savory and the fried shrimps with veggies were to die for!! All in hall, it was amazing!! So me and my partner went in and ordered a few things for takeout. Nothing crazy, I ordered a bento and edamame and my partner ordered 2 rolls. We ordered at 8:00 pm and didn't get our order until almost 8:50!!! The wait time was outrageous. There was only 1 server on shift, it was unfair to him he had to balance an almost full restaurant. There were about 9 tables in there AND he had to run all the food to them AND package the to go orders. Thats a lot especially at a busy time so we had sympathy for him. He gave us a free drink for waiting which was nice. The server told us it was the edamame that was taking a long time to be ready but when we got it, it was cold and undercooked and so was the meat in my bento, I assume because the order took long to be ready. I'm really really disappointed in my takeout experience. There needs to be another server on shift. read more

This place is a joke. No wonder at 7pm prime time dinner. The place is empty. We ordered 3 items. 2 items came out in 15 min and the 3rd never showed after waiting 30min. Other guest that came in and sat down ordered and received their food within probably 5-10 min. Funny thing is I asked the server where my food is and he says oh he's just now plating it after I've asked three times I told him go ahead and cancel that let me get my check When I had mentioned that other guests were walking in and getting served right away.
