Went on the weekend before Christmas for a late lunch. They have a lunch menu until 3 pm. The service is great as more than one person waited on us so we always had refilled drinks and anything else we needed. The ginger dressing on the salad is amazing and the salad is a great portion size as well. The lunch prices are reasonable (most between $10-$15). The sushi prices are the same as most sushi places. We are in Naples on a mini vacation. We live in Fort Lauderdale and have several sushi and Thai places that we love. While walking around downtown we saw this place and decided to give it a try. Wow were we impressed. The food was fresh, fast and delicious! The portion sizes are very generous and the service was amazing. I highly recommend the tuna tataki, we devoured it in seconds. The seaweed salad is fresh and very tasty, one of the best we've had. The spicy tuna role was filled with a large portion of tuna and was simply amazing. We also had a avocado roll, which generally I do not like seaweed on the outside because I find it difficult to eat. However, though this roll had seaweed on the outside it was amazing. The seaweed was treated properly and very delicate making it easy to eat. It is such a simple roll but honestly delicious. The service here was spectacular. Our server constantly checked on us, made sure our water glasses were full and thanked us several times. If you are in Naples and near downtown please go to this place. Don't go here, the wait and smell kill this place. You get a reservation on line and wait in line an hour, just to tell them your reservation was made for 7:30 and it's already 8:30. The food might be ok I don't know, the wait will kill you and the hostess was terrible. She never paid attention for 20 minutes at a time. Their reservation system is absolutely horrible. We left and got right in to L'Olivo in 5 minutes. We were really craving some sushi and wanted to check out the Christmas festivities on 5th so we dropped in to this place despite the meh reviews. It was literally the most bland sushi ever. We also ordered pad Thai because you can never go wrong with pad Thai. It tasted very very fishy. Not good at all. Our server never came back after taking the order so we had to go find a manager to bring our bill so we could go somewhere else. We felt like we picked the worst place on the entire street. So many great things to say about this location. To start off with, I've been to the one in Bonita about 2 years ago and never went back because of the poor service and overly oily food. I'm glad our friends wanted to make a stop here on our day of celebrating some graduates. We walked in with a party of 12 without reservations around happy hour. They quickly seated us which was really nice. Our service was excellent. Each of the staff members that interacted with us had a big smile and great fun attitude. The manager happily took my friends glass and replaced it after a mishap attempt at a Saki bomb caused them to get stuck together. The veggie roll was on happy hour special and quickly devoured. The vegetable pad Thai was perfectly flavorful with a nice variety of veggies! Everyone seemed happy with their food selections as well. I'm honestly really amazed at how well they handled our very loud and very hungry party. Our server even came by to put in a last drink order before happy hour was over!! I ordered the Pad Thai lunch menu, and honestly it was the worst Pas Thai i have ever had in my life. The texture was way to sticky and "plasticky". I could not finish my plate and left very disappointed, the soup that was brought also as part of the lunch special was disgusting. The food is delicious and fresh at Sushi Thai. Best Asian food we found in Naples so far. Ordered the lunch special - Thai red curry with chicken and it was amazing. The curry sauce was well balanced and made perfectly and according to your spice tolerance. I went with the medium and it was on point - not too spicy. They served it with a chicken noodle soup, and we loved the broth. They have lunch specials before 3pm, including weekends for a very reasonable price [11.95]. Can't wait to return to try the sushi! Prior to shoveling Sushi Thai Too's food in our faces, my sister and I were told that this place wasn't all that great. Hmmmm.... I'm questioning the person who told us this judgement as my sister and I actually really loves this place's food and our experience was only enhanced by our awesome waitress who was extremely attentive and accommodating. Honestly, we sort of felt like he had an awesome personal assistant. Things to note: #1: while FL is muggy AF... This restaurant is COLD AF... So you might want to consider bringing a sweater, or prepare to order lots of food (that warmed me right up). #2: Thai food, Japanese food, you've got your fair share so don't be scared you're going to leave hungry. #3: if you want modifications on a menu item, just ask! Our waitress totally kicked butt in the accommodating department and got all of our orders correct. #4: if you ask for specialty sashimi, ASK HOW MUCH IT WOULD BE before completing your order. We ordered 12 pieces of eel sashimi, which were delicious mind you BUT... It racked up a $48 bill... And for someone who buys these fillets at Asian markets, I know fillets actually cost around $17... So hello CRAZY UPCHARGE. #5: if you don't eat rice, don't be scared to ask for hand rolls WITHOUT IT! I order these at every Japanese restaurant I go to, so I guess you could say I am a salmon skinado... And my rating of these = 4 out of 5. Super crispy and hit the spot for the crunch factor, however, I wish they were a TINY BIT LESS FRIED, so I could taste at least some of the fatty deliciousness that is the salmon meat on the skin. Still loved them enough to order 8 of them (my sister and I shared). #6: Hamachi Kama is an appetizer not to be missed, it's the collarbone of a Hamachi... And so dang succulent. That being said, the ones offered at Sushi Thai Too are pre-salted, so if you're not a huge fan of salt, you might not like the Kama offered here. To me, it was okay, but of course, I finished it all ;) To the person who said this place wasn't very good. You're delusional. You clearly don't know anything about sushi/Japanese food... I ordered a Dragon Roll, Miso Soup and a Green Salad with the Ginger dressing for delivery. They informed me of the $25 minimum order for the delivery. I was told that they would be here in 35-40 minutes and to my delight , they were here in 20 minutes! -The Dragon Roll was visibly appealing and was excellent beyond my expectations. -The Miso soup was hot (temperature wise) and also was excellent. -The Green Salad wasn't impressive to me in that it consisted of fair looking iceberg lettuce, 2 slices of a cucumber and a small to fair amount of carrots. Went here during the July 4th weekend and it was a bit packed. We were seated pretty quickly and our server Keith came by and provided our drinks while we drooled over the menu listings. So much to choose from! I chose the panang curry, mild with beefy in it. My friend's ordered sushi and drinks. I did not get to taste any of their rolls but each looked amazing. Now.. my meal was great! The panang curry was filled with green beans, red peppers and lots of meat. I had to request another little bowl of rice and even then there was a lot of sauce left over. It made me wish I was closer to home so I could use it all up - it's so tasty. With the soft drink I had my meal was around $20. Our server Keith was so awesome once I mentioned that it was my best friend's pre-birthday get together... he brought out a huge serving of their fried ice cream which was delicious! read more

OMG - where do I begin? Traveling on vacation from South East Florida. The last night of our vacation we wanted dinner from a Thai Food Restaurant that delivered. After a quick Google and Yelp review, we decided to order from Sushi Thai Too. I called their delivery phone number and ordered the following items: Tom Kha Soup with Shrimp Tom Kha Soup with Seafood Chicken Satay Red Curry with Shrimp Masaman Curry with Mixed Seafood After supplying my credit card number, I thought to myself - That was way too much $$$. The total was $92.79. I quickly got a phone call back. The same woman told me that she over charged me. She informed me that she voided the transaction, and then she gave me the correct amount of $74.83. She told me that she voided the original transaction and would charge the correct amount. After I hung up, I received a call from my credit card's fraud department. Apparently, she tried to run the correct amount three time with no luck. I denied all charges, and confirmed with my credit card that no charges went through. The same woman from called back from Sushi Thai Too, as my original card was placed on hold. I confirmed that the amount was not charged more than once. The final call came from the delivery driver, as he could not find my location. When he arrived, he wanted me to sign the receipt for the original amount of $92.79. I only signed the receipt for the correct amount of $74.83, and verified that the other charges were voided. The sad part is that all of the food was very delicious, with all of the flavors on point. I visit Naples quite often on vacation, as I only live a quick 1.5 hour drive from Broward County. I've been going to this restaurant for years, always for dinner (low light does wonders) and I just recently went for lunch, The restaurant looked very dingy in the daytime and the restaurant was ridiculously understaffed with two waiters for the entire restaurant so obviously service was absolutely horrible not to their fault but poor management. The sushi was oddly room temp and I ended up getting very very sick that evening. The two stars are for the two workers who had to bust their butts. Won't be back here. read more

The atmosphere doesn't match the other places on 5th Avenue and we have had mediocre service once but this is the best value on 5th Avenue BY FAR. The food quality is fantastic and the cocktails are affordable and inventive (Ginger martini and Wasabi martini are my favorites). They have the best happy hour of all the Sushi Thai locations.
