Music is quiet, which is ideal for talking with the rest of your table. The waitress was friendly. We ordered wine and my friend's Bordeaux tasted stale, and I was brought the wrong wine. We were given miso soup that was cold. We then ordered the crab rangoons and didn't love it. They were very heavy on the filling with limited breading and it tasted mainly of mayo- similar to a chicken salad. The sushi was the saving grace. I had the California rolls which were super good and fresh. My friend has shrimp tempura and spicy salmon, both were very good.

Owner is a liar! Runs the business on lies. The lunch menu is all half portions and they DO NOT specify this ANYWHERE.. Called to complain and instead of working with me he decided to be a smartass instead and tell me he could have charged me full price instead of doing the lunch special. Then telling me the my soup makes up for the missing pieces. After 15 minute phone conversation about false advertising he gave me $1 off my $30 bill. There are WAYY better sushi places in the area that will serve you with respect. Also, I have ordered on quite a few occasions, this is not my first order. read more

I recently dined at Sushi Time, and it was an exceptional experience! I ordered the Yellow Hot Tail, Rock 'n' Roll, and the Naruto Yellow Tail (wrapped in cucumber, no rice), and each dish was absolutely delicious and incredibly fresh. The flavors were vibrant, and the quality was top-notch. A lovely bonus was meeting the owner, Sally, who was so warm and welcoming. Pretty good and very friendly staff which are very attentive to keep you enjoying the sushi delights. From the Godzilla roll and plum wine it is a fabulous place to check out. The bar stools are there to get close and personal but it is just as good to sit by the window to see the main road and the locals hanging out on York. read more

As far as sushi in a suburb goes, this is the best sushi spot in Elmhurst. It is a small cozy spot to get fresh sushi and fast service. The specialty roles are worth the money here. read more
