Happy hour prices - only .25 cents off per plate at happy hour
    Hannah B.

I love the variety here. They have such unique rolls. As other reviews say, chefs are constantly swapping out plates so nothing seems to sit for too long. The servers are attentive and ready to refill your drink, grab you something, or cash you out whenever you need, unlike some other revolving sushi places. One thing to note - the happy hour is only .25 cents off per plate, not the best deal lol.

I just love the way the sushi revolves around so you can literally just choose what you want, when you want. No need to wait for service, just grab what you want when you see it. The general ambiance is sleek and modern. Makes me feel like I'm in another country.

Good spot if you're looking for a quick meal with good prices. There are tons of options on the conveyor belt so everyone can get what sounds best to them. The chefs were really friendly and the staff was attentive.

It was a chill vibe. The food was a 6/10. The rolls were pretty good, there isn't one I didn't like about it. I would recommend the California tempura role and the eel roll. I really enjoyed the squid salad as well. Service was alright. Overall it was a very nice experience.

Came back after many years! Love having different rolls and not basic ones and I feel like this place has a good variety. A lot of the rolls seem to have cream cheese which if you are fan of that, then you won't be disappointed! Also love that the prices were decent as well. Service was quick and the place itself is pretty big.

As someone who's a bit picky, that meant I had to sit and wait quite a while for the specific items I wanted to come around on the belt which was kind of frustrating. That said, I've figured out the hack: come right when they open for lunch after 11am. It's a completely different experience. You can order exactly what you want, and it comes out almost immediately. Way more enjoyable and efficient. Even during my first visit, I still had fun. The little robot that delivers drinks and wasabi is a cute touch and definitely adds to the experience. The concept itself is great, it just depends on timing. Food-wise, it's a bit hit or miss. I do NOT recommend the spicy tuna or regular tuna. The quality hasn't been great in my experience it tends to have stringy fat and sometimes tastes fishy. On the other hand, the spicy yellowtail hand roll is consistently my favorite. It always looks fresh with a nice color and texture. The app is also a little confusing. When you try to pay, it still redirects you to a QR code and opens a webpage instead of using the app directly, which makes you wonder why you even need the app in the first place. One more tip: double-check your to-go orders. They've forgotten utensils, soy sauce, and wasabi for me before. Overall, the staff are really nice, even though interaction is pretty minimal. If you go at the right time and know what to order, it can be a really fun and satisfying experience.

It was relatively clean, and the staff were constantly moving around and keeping things picked up. We were seated pretty quickly, and our waiter was great -- friendly, attentive, and quick with getting our water and checking on us. We came mainly for the conveyor-belt sushi, so we just picked what we wanted as it came around instead of ordering from the regular menu. For the weekend, the sushi was $3.50 a plate, which I believe was a Friday, Saturday and Sunday special during September. I'm not sure if that's an ongoing weekend special or just a current promotion, but either way, it was a reasonable price. The sushi we tried was delicious. We noticed they were regularly rotating the food on the belt, which was nice to see. Everything we tried was good, and nobody at our table had any complaints. They also seemed pretty quick about cleaning and clearing tables once people left. The atmosphere was probably one of my favorite parts. It was fairly quiet when we were there, with soft, modern, chill music playing in the background. It made for a relaxed dinner and didn't feel rushed or overly loud. The boys had lemonade, which was okay. It was a little more tart than sweet and could have been better balanced, but they still drank most of it. I just had water. We also tried the cheesecake, which was very frozen -- almost like an ice-cream texture. I had to let it sit for a little while before eating it, but it was still good. I didn't check the bathrooms, so I can't comment on that. I also wasn't feeling well that evening, so I didn't get to try as much as I normally would. Overall, though, it was a good experience. The location is easy to find right off the freeway, we were seated quickly, the staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean and relaxed, and the food we tried was good. Everyone was friendly when we left and said goodbye, which was a nice little touch. I'd give O2 Sushi about 4 to 4.25 stars. I'd definitely recommend giving it a try if you're looking for a casual sushi spot with a relaxed atmosphere and conveyor-belt options.

I have a gluten sensitivity, and yes - I can't have wheat, or regular soy sauce. No problem, I know that, am am careful when eating out. What is less well known is that the fake crab mix tends to use wheat as a binding agent to keep all of the little fake crab meats mushed together, and that makes for a really gross (and frankly extremely unpleasant) aftermath once I've ingested said allergen. All this is to say, most sushi restaurants specify "krab mix" or "krab" or something like that to indicate that it's the cheaper version. Great! This restaurant uses the word "crabstick" - I also understand what that means. Fake crab without a GF notification - got it! I will pass on that. What I don't understand that while THEY DO SELL REAL SNOW CRAB, there's a little TWIST, my friend! Sorry to say - the SNOW CRAB HAND ROLLS ARE A LIE! The kind that would send me unwittingly to the porcelain throne in extreme discomfort and misery for several hours? How could you have known that they were lying to you, I hear you ask. That's the genius move on their part! You couldn't possibly have known that until it had already been paid for and delivered! How is that their problem outside of this overthought review, you might also wonder? Well, it isn't their problem, it's mine, because I just had to throw my whole perceived dinner in the trash. I was not happy with where we were seated, as it was facing the wall in the small bar area. We are people watchers by nature, so it's always fun to be in a spot where we can look around the room effortlessly. However, it wasn't the end of the world and I certainly didn't want to wait any longer, the food looked wonderful & I was starving! I do not remember exactly which rolls we got, but... all of them were EXCELLENT!! Everything was undoubtedly fresh, and made with quality ingredients. I thought the black rice was really neat!
