Good prices and service for South Beach area. We went on a Sunday evening around 7 pm and were seated immediately. The Happy Hour prices were excellent. We got the SuVame seafood ceviche, Tuna Tataki, Perfection Roll, and Spicy Tuna Roll. All came out FAST! Everything was flavorful and fresh, except for the tuna tataki, which I found a tad lackluster. If you're looking for either authentic sushi or authentic ceviche, this is not your place. But it's a solidly good fusion place, and the prices and quick service bump it up to 4 stars for me. read more

This place is awesome!! And three things I thought I would never say about a south beach restaurant- Low-key, friendly, and great prices! (especially if you catch a happy hour!!) We were in south beach for 5 days and ate here 3 times, if that says anything. Caught them during happy hour by chance on the first visit to grab a snack to-go, my kids enjoyed the 'almost perfect' roll. (My daughter says it should be renamed 'perfect roll'.). We also had the spicy crunchy tuna roll and the tuna tataki. All were so fresh and delicious. Returned the next day for the same rolls plus the nectar roll which was awesome, and the beef empanadas which my son loved. Our last day of vacation we had to pop in one more time, tried the happy hour ceviche (can't remember the name!) and the SuViche roll which were both delicious as well. The chef was more than accommodating-y friend wanted his salmon cooked in his sushi roll and they did it- the food was good every time we have been there. We've been lucky and parking meters were available in front of the restaurant every time. The spicy sauces are authentic S-A. The Devore is not great and the plastic chairs are uncomfortable but the food is great! read more

We come here once a week. This place is full of surprises. Today I had the seafood rissoto, they were kind enough to remove the scalops from the plate (because I don't lke it) it was delicious. What a shame! We really enjoy the Wynwood location. The food and service are just terrible at the South Beach location that also lacks any charm, just feels like a cheap chain. In addition they include a 18% service charge for a party of two when we had to ask for utensils and our water glasses weren't refilled once. read more

Needed an afternoon meal before dinner and was looking for a place near Lincoln Road. Found this place through Yelp and what a great find! Simple, casual spot. Fresh and delicious food. Everything we had was very flavorful. Wish we had a spot like this back home. We enjoyed ceviche, tuna tartare, and the samba roll. we wanted to place a take out order for the office. 12 lunch orders. They offer a lunch menu that appears on the website. We tried to order online and the lunch special menu was not there. We call and were told that you need to eat in to order from the lunch menu. I spoke to Gus the manager, he said they don't do the lunch special menu for takeout. I told him that this is a order that would be well over $200 dollars. He said they can't make an exception. I said your website doesn't specify it's eat in only, His response was, "you couldn't order it online". i know that's why we called. Got no where. We now place the order online. We go to pick it up. They don't have it and tell us we must have ordered from the wrong restaurant. We say no we have a confirmation, it tells us where to pick up. They start calling the other restaurants. They don't have. Someone finally check and saw that the order was place on line, but orders over $150 need approval. Not sure who approves them. We finally get the food. We get back to the office and one lunch is missing. Total order was $270. They're not willing to make an exception for a $270 lunch order, they didn't have ready, argued that we placed it at the wrong place. Apparently they don't need our $270 lunch order. Will not be going back, lots of other restaurants that would be thrilled to have a lunch order that large. We order take out pretty much everyday. This was our first and last with SuViche. This restaurant Sits on the corner next to The Abbey Brewing Company. The food is a cross between Japanese and Peruvian, and is decent. The service is excellent, the waitress even delivered my food next door at The Abbey, so I was able to enjoy my Manhattan, and my Perfection roll, nice touch ;) read more
