Ceviche was fantastic. 10/10. The lomo saltado couldve been better. The meat was tuff and overly greasy. Not enough of that salteed flavor that comes from food that is made on a wok. The chalfa marisco wasn't very flavorful. I would say the white rice and fries were on point

We wanted something different and local. We stumbled upon a small hole in the wall, adorable spot run by a Peruvian family. They were so sweet and lovely. The food was ridiculously tasty. I want the recipe for the Arroz con Mariscos! OMG, it was to die for. So was the Porkbelly Con Chalaca Y Salsa Acevichada and the Ceviche Frito. If we lived close by it would definitely be a regular spot.

Great tasting ceviche and wonderful service. We had Jesus and he was so friendly. We felt like we knew him for a long time. We had the ají Amarillo ceviche and shrimp ceviche. Both were among the top ceviches we've ever had. Only downside was the portions were small. We don't eat a lot so it was perfect for us. The drinks were good too, and those were large. Totally recommend the pisco sour.

Customer service not so good. The place was not busy. I am not sure why he was so upset.

Food was good. The guy was very rude and nasty. I ordered food and he assumed I said it was to go. When I asked for another fork. He said "when a food is to go it is to go." He responded to me in a condescending way. I am not sure if he was overwhelmed by him working alone but no one needs that type of treatment. I hope that this review will help improve his customer service. The ambience was fair. It was across the street from my hotel as I was trying to get something to eat prior to going to my boat tour.

Terrific food in a comfy atmosphere. Something for everyone on the menu. Will be back.

Peruvian ice cream - almost like a crème caramel.

My wife and I are visiting Miami from Scottsdale and we wanted to grab a quick bite for lunch on the first day we arrived. We looked for something nearby and found this GEM. There were a few horrible reviews and we almost didn't come - glad we ignored those idi*ts. We had the salmon and tuna ceviche as well as the Peruvian wings and Ceviche Frito! We came back the following two days and day three Juan gave us a free dessert (Peruvian ice cream - see photo) it was delicious. My favorite was the Ceviche Frito (more like an appetizer) but everything was FRESH AND DELICIOUS!

The moment you walk into this place you are immediately greeted by someone in the staff!! It's a cute quaint spot. Nothing fancy, just delicious food! I went during lunch and had my order in less than 15 min!! On the menu for the day was an ice cold Inca kola and a delicious shrimp roll!

Tapas with salmon and little cilantro-rice squares. Delicious!

Wow! What a little piece of Peruvian cuisine heaven in Miami Beach! This experience was not only delicious, but Felipe managed to make it even more enjoyable! So let's start by saying we were near the elephant migration (Art Basel beach exhibit 2024) exhausted and looking for food ... and we arrived just as the restaurant was opening. We got the best table inside by the window! We got lucky as the place quickly started to fill up! Good things tend to fill up quick here! We shared an appetizer: there were many very cute and delicious and also good looking choices so we picked the salmon bit one : see the picture: it looked and tasted spectacular! The table next to us chose another one of the bite sized tapas and it looked and (they said) also tasted delicious. I saw pisco fours brought out, sangrias, so they have some awesome wines and cocktails as well- this time we just had a soda. Then we each got a ceviche. My friend got the regular ceviche which she devoured. It was a nice portion size and very fresh and good... and I got the "leche de tigre" because I was not as hungry but I do love the ceviche juice... thinking it would be smaller... well it came with a nice sized fried calamari, shrimp and "choros" omg I was already full and had not even touched the ceviche and the leche de Tigre underneath!! Yummm!! I totally recommend and I am Peruvian: we are harsh cook judges when it comes to our traditional foods, and this little restaurant passed the ceviche test with flying colors! Thank you Felipe for the great experience! Enjoy!!

Amazing!! Our server was so helpful and attentive. It was our first time having Peruvian food and he explained everything, including some recommendations. When the food arrived, we literally devoured everything! It was so good and while starchy it didn't leave you feeling heavy and full after it all. Next time I'm in Miami, I'll definitely be back!

A lot of the ceviche dishes were very similar, but good. More variety would make it a lot better.

If you love cruising which I do and you love craft beer, you will absolutely love District Brew House. It is located on deck 8 towards the front of the ship. When I was on my cruise, it was the best kept secret on the ship. If you have cruised on a mega-ship like the Escape, you know getting a drink, especially in a frequented club or on the pool deck will usually mean long lines. On the Norwegian Escape, me and my friends did a test. One group of my friends stood in the line in prime time in the evening at Spice H2O on Deck 17 towards the rear of the ship. My group left them, walked all the way to District Brew House on 8 in the front of the ship, ordered drinks and came back. The group at Spice H2O were still waiting for their drinks. From that day on, we made it a point to stop in District Brew House before going anywhere else. Things you need to know about District Brew House on the Norwegian Escape: 1) They have draft beer and craft bottles 2) It wasn't too crowded and the service was great 3) We had the unlimited drink package and all our beers were FREE 4) At night they had a piano player from 9 pm until... 5) In 7 days you can try every beer they have, if beer is all you're drinking

Unfortunately, neither lived up to expectations. We started with the "jumbo" wings, which were anything but jumbo. We received only flats, and they were some of the smallest wings I've ever been served. After bringing this to the staff's attention, we were told the manager would take 50% off the order. However, when the bill arrived, we were informed that the manager had already left and the discount could no longer be honored. Instead, we were given only the $4 happy hour discount, despite being promised otherwise. For our entrées, we ordered the brisket sandwich and the half chicken. Neither was worth ordering. The chicken lacked the crispy texture it was advertised to have, and the brisket was bland and without flavor. The sandwich was also supposed to come with truffle fries, but instead we were served cold, plain fries. After mentioning it, the solution was to bring us a side of truffle oil and Parmesan cheese and ask us to mix it ourselves. The service was equally disappointing. We asked our server twice for drink refills, but she never brought them. We eventually had to flag down another server just to get our beverages refilled. Overall, this was a frustrating dining experience from start to finish. Between the poor-quality food, unfulfilled promises regarding the bill, and inattentive service, this restaurant fell well below the standard I would expect from a Miami establishment. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one. I sincerely hope management addresses these issues because the current level of food quality and customer service is simply unacceptable. and quality is embarrassing for miami.
