Fun night out spot for a South Beach outing with South Beach prices! First things first, be prepared to drop some cash. That being said, IT'S WORTH IT! I had a delicious vegan veggie fried rice and the tiniest tastiest waygu taco served on a lemon half along with some unique cocktails. There is a bar in the front where you can wait for your table and once you are all the way inside, you'll find cozy booths and tables among blasting music and exciting lights; it feels like a club, so not a place for deep convo. My friends and I were celebrating a birthday and had a great time. The staff there is beautiful and we had a great server that had excellent recommendations. Definitely stop by for a drink if you're doing a SoBe trip with friends!

Personally, one of my favorite places to eat around here. Not only is it delicious but it's also just a vibe. From the lighting, the music, the aesthetically pleasing presentation of the food, down to the acrobat performer. The performer was amazing. Come check it out. Great for date's and birthday's. They have booths in a C form that fit about 6 people give or take. Great for the gram if you're into that type of thing. It's located right next to a lounge if you're looking for the next move nearby. The staff was nice and welcoming. My favorite is the Bok Choy. It was a first for me and definitely not the last. So flavorful!

I LOVED this place. The service was top notch. The music was great. The ambiance was perfect. The food was delicious. I wish I lived in Miami. I would be here all the time. We had reservations at 7:30 and were some of the first people in the restaurant. If I ever go again I will probably make my reservations later at night. Be warned - it's a loud, fun place. Maybe not somewhere you'd go for a quiet romantic date night. I went with my friend on a girls trip though so it was perfect for us. We got king crab tacos, a few sushi rolls, truffle spaghetti and the creamy rock shrimp. Everything was fantastic. I will be recommending this place to anyone looking for a good restaurant in the Miami area.

I came here Monday night, thought it'd be a good place to continue my birthday celebration. From the pictures online it looks much bigger. But it's a very intimate venue but they utilize the space well. I had a reservation for 9:15 got there a little early but was sat exactly at my reservation time. My waiter came over immediately and I was ready to kick my outing into gear. I ordered a few drinks and noticed that they were blasting this techno type of music. Now I'm thinking did I come to a restaurant or a club/lounge. It didn't bother me at first but every couple of mins they would turn it up even more. Nonetheless the staff was super nice and my waiter was very attentive. For drinks I ordered 2 passion fruit lemon drops and I must say Wooow it was that good. And also a passion fruit mojito also delicious For appetizers I ordered the waygu sliders and baked king crab this right here super delis the flavors just meshed so well. For my entree I ordered lamb chops they were cooked perfectly and seasoned just dripping in juices. It comes with truffle fries which you can not substitute bummer. But the fries are good as well. I also ordered the truffle spaghetti I just couldn't leave without it. I'm so glad I made that decision amazing!!! So remember those bomb lamb chops I mentioned I only ate one and it comes with 4 for the price of 65 dollars. One of the ppl helping with the table asked if I wanted it box I said yes, so he took it to the kitchen and boxed up all my food when I got home to put my food away. I was missing a lamb chop. How do I have 2 when 4-1=3 and not potato. I'm always very weary of ppl taking my food away to box it up but I don't think I will ever let that happen again. I'm so upset still to this moment of writing this long winded review. So if you enjoy super loud music while eating dinner this is the place for you. Me on the other hand I have a soft voice, so I had to yell over the music. And then the mishap with my food is why I only gave it 3 stars. For 65 dollars my all my lamb should've made it home with me and awaited it's time to get in my belly. Heavy sigh**

A group of my friends 8 of us to be exact, were in town from Atlanta celebrating a bachelorette trip. The ambiance was nice as far as appearance but the music was absolutely too loud. I wanted to ask so badly to turn it down because it was uncomfortably loud. The service was terrible. The gentleman never asked if we wanted refills or more to drink. I had to continue asking him. Additionally, I had to ask 3 times where my food was because it didn't come out with the rest of the food. He just kept saying yeah it's coming. But at this point it was well over an hour and I and one other person in my party received their food and they ordered salmon as well. I'm not understanding why it took so long they weren't busy at all! One of the members of our party ordered sushi. When her sushi arrived there was a long blonde string of hair lying across the food. It wasn't hers as she is African American with locs. Lastly, other members of the party noticed there was more than one roach crawling on the bar. When they made the staff aware they just brushed it off. I'm completely disappointed in the food and the service here and I don't recommend it at all.

Loved the dark ambiance and light up walls of this place. I'm usually skeptical of Asian fusion restaurants but every dish I ate met my expectations. They were super flavorful and garlicky. In my opinion, their tuna crispy rice was the best I've ever had. The mushroom pasta was also my favorite too.

A Must-Go in South Beach! The bartender Ignacio knows his specialty craft drinks, the chef is phenomenal the caviar, sushi, chicken, steak &veggies was decedent. Nicola, the General Manager is professional and accommodating exactly what kind of service you would expect in Miami. Perfect for date night, right next door is MYNT you can dance your ass off after dinner. Promoters Rolando and Jesse will get you taken care of for a VIP experience! Go Myntu Go!!!!!!!

Myn-tu Maki is an experience! If you are looking for a great place to start your Miami night, this is a great spot! Me and a group of friends went to Myn-tu together after hours of researching a place for dinner. We wanted something light, great drinks, and fun atmosphere and this hit! We started off with some great cocktails! My friends ordered the 'Everything is better with bubbles' and I hit the 'Pink Lady'. Both drinks were super delicious and fruity! For dinner I ordered the Lobster Maki. The sushi came with a sauce which I'm not entirely sure what was in it but it was a great touch for the sushi. The lobster was cooked perfectly and you could tell the sushi roll was fresh. I also tried my friends dish, Myn-tu Maki, which was suggested by our waiter. It was pretty good however I personally preferred my dish over hers. Now let's talk about the atmosphere. The music is pumping! The staff is lively and you will have great laughs! If you're looking for a calm and quiet dinner, this isn't the place. They go all out to make sure that you are having fun. I really enjoyed Myn-tu and the experience!

If you would like to experience the most amazing dinners of your life.. then I suggest you run (not walk) to Myn-tu!!! Unless you're in heels of course, then please get an Uber! I digress. We came here on an October Saturday night, recommended and accompanied by our friends who had been here plenty of times before. The vibe was top notch, upscale lounge vibes that basically turns into a club at 11ish PM. Enough time for you to enjoy your drinks, food and then enjoy the rest of the fun!! Everything that I'm about to list is everything that we ordered and I would 100% recommend trying! * Spicy Edamame * Tuna Asian tacos * Crispy Rice Caviar * Creamy Rock Shrimp * Hennessy Filet Mignon * Tomahawk * Wagyu Beef Steak * Crispy Baby Bok Choy * Truffle Fries Well, that's all I've got! I plan to go back within the month. Enjoy!!!!

That is the lamb chops thy I asked for Medium rare and came out well done.

Kathia the manager is an absolute disgrace. Came in for a party of 8 order drinks, a bottle, appetizers, and entrees. When it was time for the food to come to the table everything was mixed up food orders missing plates food not being the right temperature. When confronted she ran off and acted upset like she was the one dinning with a bad experience. She sent the waiter to apologize she never came to the table to fix any problems. When dessert came around we have no share plates this was a bday celebration. Please do better this has been the worst experience I have ever encountered with any restaurant This dinner wasn't a promotion table it was a paid reservation.

My husband and I came here for a special date night with my best friend and her fiancé since they were visiting from out of town. Everywhere else in Miami was booked up so this was a last resort reservation that we made earlier in the day. We got a call from the restaurant a few hours before our reservations asking for a credit card to hold the reservations. We were notified that after providing that info, if we cancelled, we would be charged $50 per person. We were also notified that since we were the first booking for dinner (7:30 pm on a Saturday) that we could only dine at the table for a maximum of 2 hours and should we want to stay longer, we would have to move to the bar. I'm not sure how long we ended up staying but we had plenty of time to enjoy our meal. The food was good but I didn't find it good enough to justify the bill we racked up. The boys both ordered the 16 oz Ribeyes and a couple (Lemongrass & Gelena) soups to start. We all shared the Seafood Platter and were surprised at how small it was, specifically the oysters. I have never seen such small oysters in my life. My friend ordered the Wagyu Maki and Lobster Maki and I ordered the French Orange Duck and the Jackfruit Goyozas. The presentation and as all nice and the service was friendly. The general feedback was that the food was very rich and flavors were quite powerful however, I don't think I can justify the cost and for that, I didn't find it a 5 star restaurant. The ambiance was very loud and at one point it seemed like there would be a performance on the aerial hoop that was hanging from the feeling but there was a big hype for nothing. That happened about two more times before we left and was quite a disappointment. Overall, we had a nice experience but I can honestly say that we would not return. Also note, we were charged 20% service charge (assuming for a tip)

Myn-tu is definitely a culinary spot you do not want to miss if you're in Miami!!! The food was amazing, great presentation, and the service was exceptional! Overall I give this a 4 star because of the food and service, however there are some draw backs! I thought the valet service they offer was a bit expensive at the rate of $50. When I handed the attendant a $100 bill, they gave me $40 back and took a $10 tip without me making that decision! I am completely ok with tipping, but the way they just took the $10 as feeling entitled didn't sit right with me! The second draw back was the dining area. The pictures online make this area look larger than it was, when it is pretty small and close nit. Thought dinner, waiters were brushing against my chair and other customers apart of larger groups were placed sitting in the walk way. When I requested a table change to a booth instead of in the center of the dining area, the server informed me that they are unable to do so because they are seating a larger group at that table.... yet 10 min later there was a couple seated there so I'm not too sure what they meant by larger group

    Cheers to friends

Everything here is so Miami, let's start with the reservation, you have to make a reservation which comes with a $50 cover deposit for everyone who will be dinning. On entering you can tell you are in South Beach, everyone is beautiful, the music is loud and the place is beautiful. The space is very small, with tables very close but it works. Now to the food, there are no words to describe how delicious everything was, we were on a girls night out so we order a couple things to share and try. We were not disappointed, I must say I did not have high expectations for the food but I was so wrong, I cant wait to go back for the Duck and Sea Bass, the edamame was so delicious we ordered two. Even though I was caught off guard by the 50$ deposit we still decide to go but once you show up you will have a good dinner and time.

The environment of the restaurant is dark and mysterious, edgy and luxurious, which elevated my anticipation of the meal to come. The complimentary glass of champagne was a nice welcome. When it was time to dine, all the guests for the evening were led down a low lit hallway to the dining room. When the frosted glass doors slid open, they revealed a beautiful chef's table situated in the center of the room. All the lighting, colors, and decoration point your eyes toward the chef as if he was on a stage. The restaurant is small, only a few seats around the table. This was nice because you get to know about your fellow guests. Everyone in attendance was so fun and personable. Now for the food. I will confess, I do not normally even like sushi or crave Asian food of this style. However, I loved every dish that was served to me. They hit all the senses - sight, sound, touch, smell, and taste. Other reviews have gone into detail about the various dishes and how good they are so I don't need to. I just want to echo those points and simply express gratitude to the chef for opening my horizons to enjoy these dishes I would not normally have. The showmanship is just right. The chef jokes with the guests and shows off his techniques but there is nothing kitschy or cliché about it. If anyone is concerned about that, let me allay your fears. There were three birthdays being celebrated that night, one of which was my friend's. The restaurant treated us all with a delicious coconut ice cream topped with caviar and finished with a cloud of gold dust. Seeing my friend light up from the gold dust finish made me so happy. Everyone who had a birthday walked away feeling extra special. Finally, a word about cocktails. The Japanese whiskey old fashioned was stunningly good. I had two of them. They source some very old and rare Japanese whiskeys to make their cocktails so they were certainly special. Would I recommend Nossa to others? Absolutely! They limit reservations to a max of two people so go with a close friend or loved one on a special occasion. It was be an experience you both remember and cherish.

Highlights: * Ultra luxury Omakase…read more* Starting at $295+++ per person * An exciting and exclusive experience dinner and a culinary "Show" Omakases in the Miami area have become almost as common to find as Lamborghinis and Ferraris on South Beach lately and high end venues where you can easily beg for the right to pay in advance and spend over $1,000 ++ per couple for dinner with wine or sake, tax, tip and extras, are becoming quite common. If you're going to drop a grand or two for dinner you are 1. Looking for something really special, 2. Want great food, great service and a special experience, 3. Can afford it or at least for a special occasion. I can't speak to your budget but Nossa, which means "Wow" in Portuguese will provide you with a very unique experience, a "Wow". You pay for a non refundable meal on Tock, in advance. Tax, tip, beverages and extras will be paid onsite later. There are only 15 or so spots per night, 6-8 per seating. Be sure to pay attention to the email instructions. You must arrive in advance (not Miami time). Part of the fun is finding the place. You are directed to a small poke shop where it looks like you're in the wrong place. You ask the cashier for instructions. He hands you an envelope with your name on it. You open it up and it tells you how to find Nossa. There is a secret hidden entrance close by and they will ask you the password before allowing you in. The secret door opens to a small speakeasy type bar with silent movies playing on the wall and you are offered a complimentary glass of bubbles (Prosecco). You are later escorted into a beautiful room, black with red lights, Japanese lanterns, jellyfish art, a large open kitchen and a custom semi circular marble dining counter with a spot light over each guests service area, where you and a few other guests (8 total maximum) will enjoy watching the night's preparations served directly in front of you. Depending on the theme of the night the focus might be on fish, wagyu, caviar, sake or whiskey matching. Chef Max Kamakura of Brazilian and Japanese background starts the show. Expect a lot of smoke, fire and showmanship as he creates 13 or more courses for you. On our visit in August the focus was Wagyu A5, see photo of menu. We had 7 different Wagyu preparations (oyster, tartare, smoking sando, tataki, Shabu shabu, uni, lemon and chasola), with 4 nigiris and dessert. We also took them up on several additional nigiris which were $20 each ++ per person extra, adds up. There is a small wine and sake list or corkage is available for wine collectors. I found it interesting that Nossa ages their own fish. Yes certain fish can be aged if you know what your doing. And like prime dry aged beef the fish can gain amazing complexity. We tried some aged fish next to fresh and it was quite surprising. Chef Kamakura uses an array of special cooking gadgets, smokers, and at times it looks like the lab of a mad scientist or a magician. When he's done you are served in an array of unique and attractive dishes. Nossa is not for everyone, but if you're an adventurous foodie who can handle Michelin prices and are looking for a unique experience then Nossa is for you.

The acrobatic shows began at 8:00 p.m., with additional performances at 9:00 and 10:00 p.m. The acrobat was graceful, mesmerizing, strong, and sexy. When we made our reservation, we also asked for a table with a good view of the show, and they accommodated us with a fantastic front-row view from one of the couches. It was so much better than our previous visit, when we were trying to peer around a pillar and across the restaurant to see the performance. If seeing the show is important to you, I definitely recommend requesting a table with a good view when you make your reservation. Before the show the DJ plays music. The volume was at a good level, loud enough to be fun but soft enough to be able to hear each other talk. Although the restaurant initially feels like an indoor space, the central courtyard is actually open-air with overhead coverings, so there is plenty of fresh air while still feeling sheltered. Tall palm trees, pools of water, couches, and traditional dining tables create a beautiful and distinctive atmosphere. Overhead fans kept the temperature surprisingly comfortable despite the Miami heat. For Miami Spice, we had the tuna tacos, miso branzino, and Milk Tea for dessert -- jasmine green tea crème brûlée with honey tea jelly and lychee sorbet. Dining at Jaya was one of the highlights of our trip to Miami. Delicious food, great service, a beautiful atmosphere, and wonderful entertainment made it much more than just dinner. The ambiance was incredible. It is outdoors so you will need to prepare for the elements. We also had live music while we were there.
