We came here for brunch. The service was alright it did take a bit for our drinks to get To the table but that's fine. It was pretty empty when we went but the restaurant is nice. They have some swinging chairs in the back which is a cool touch. I ate the ceviche and it was pretty good it just needed more lime. The lomo saltados spring rolls were meh. Not soo tasty definitely not my fave. I'll definitely be back to visit

I came here for brunch with some friends. At first, the restaurant looked empty and we thought it might be closed, but our server welcomed us in and told us to pick any table. The cute décor around the restaurant, especially the swing chairs, immediately caught our attention. They offer unlimited mimosas and sangrias for $18, which is pretty rare to find these days. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, making it a great spot for a casual brunch.

Suviche has several different dishes, many with shellfish Ingredients. If you are allergic to shellfish like myself, then the menu can be somewhat limited. Regardless, the restaurant was able to accommodate and I was able to enjoy lunch amongst my friends. I ordered the chaufa with chicken, without the oyster sauce. While I'm sure I missed out on a bunch of flavor, I still enjoyed the dish. The server was nice and understanding. And the place was kind of quiet for a Saturday afternoon.

The food here was pretty good. I ordered the SuViche roll (had just a little too much mayonnaise on it) and the Perfection roll (was a bit of a better choice between the two). The Lychee Gimlet was also pretty tasty. The music inside can be a bit on the louder-side, but service and vibe is pretty good and normal. My waiter Benjamin was actually super helpful, kind, and patient.

THE PLACE: Located in Doral City place, plenty of street parking & parking garages are available. SuViche was stunning inside - both stylish, comfortable & picturesque. There are tables, booth and even aa table with swings. THE FOOD: We went for the brunch, and while there were so many options- we went with "the lomo saltado a lo pobre" - generous portion, great mix of flavors, and the juiciest steak. THE SERVICE: Our waiter Nigel (?) was the absolute best! He was knowledgeable on the menu, gave recommendations & was quick with ordering & grabbing our items. Gratuity is included on the checks.

I love that SuViche has a brunch menu now! There is also soo many options, from; chicken and waffles to steak and eggs (Peruvian style). I was able to enjoy the chicken and waffles, the chicken was perfectly crisp. I loved that the maple syrup had a lime ají (spice). It really gave it a nice twist on chicken and waffles. The waffles were also sweet potato which was different but good. The other plate I tried were the eggs with potatoes which were okay. The cocktails were good! I really enjoyed the lychee martini. My friend ordered the lychee margarita and it honestly tasted terrible, too strong and not well balanced unfortunately. If you want a cocktail that will always taste amazing at any Peruvian restaurant, definitely go for a pisco sour. Overall, the service was good. I will definitely come back for brunch soon!

Came here on a Saturday night with the family. We ordered the edamame which was great. The two rolls we ordered, the truffle and heat rolls were good, but a bit too spicy for us. The bang bang shrimp poke was really good. The drinks we ordered were very nice, a beer chelada and fresh passion fruit juice. The service was subpar. The waiter barely checked on us during the meal. The overall ambiance was nice with the decor and seating. Overall it was pretty average for sushi and Peruvian food.

Really cute spot (hanging chairs, cute decor!) and fantastic, kind service. The food overall was good -- not many gluten free options, but good fish options. The fried shrimp was really good & we enjoyed the sushi options too.

At work, we ordered lunch from Suviche to try it. I ordered the Arroz Húmedo. It was good but not what I was expecting. After reading the description I thought it was going to have strong flavors of red and yellow peppers but it was lacking flavor. I would have to go back and try the ceviche and rolls next time.

Last time at this location I had a ceviche but didn't love it (it was okay). This time I tried the tuna poke bowl and really enjoyed it. I added some eel sauce, which made it extra flavorful, and the seaweed salad topping was a great touch too. Service was very friendly and the restaurant is nicely decorated. Very different and much prettier than their Miami Beach location.

1st time here, and it did not disappoint! Love the ambiance in this restaurant, comfortable and quirky with hanging chairs. Enjoyed the Happy Hour menu and the service was exceptional with Luis...He is great!!!

    Spicy mango drink...really good.

Come on now.... You have to be pretty confident to name your restaurant after a signature dish. That is especially true when it's something like ceviche. I had my doubts. It wasn't very busy... But it is a Monday. When you first sit down, the restaurant might be a little confusing. The menus seems to have a lot going on and unless you are familiar with Peruvian food, you might throw up your hands and wanna walk away. Don't. Because this food is incredible. The staff is very friendly. That eased our initial fears over the menu. The waitress explained everything in as much detail as she could. That made ordering much easier. For dishes, we ordered a shrimp ceviche in their signature sauce ... fried mahi-mahi bites... and a crispy rice topped with spicy salmon. For the drink, I got some mango chili pepper thing --- The mango chili pepper drink was incredible. It was, at times, sweet and juicy... Hot... And salty... I wanted another one, but I have to pace myself this week.. but it is definitely worthy of more than one... The mahi-mahi bites were covered in pickled onions, which cut the richness of the fried dish... the fried yucca also added a great flavor element. The sauce on the bottom of the plate made the dish worthwhile. The fried crispy rice was an out of body experience I was thinking... Am I really eating this now... Is it really that good? It seemed to be an amalgam of styles from Bobby Flay and Jet Tilla from the food network. I did not try the ceviche, but Vik said it was a ten out of ten. She offered me a taste of it, but I felt guilty because she seemed to be enjoying it so much that I didn't try it. There is outdoor seating if you wanna sit outside in the warmth... This was our choice... People will walk by, but everyone moves at their own pace and rhythm and there is enough privacy to have a great meal and a good romantic time if you choose to do so. Overall, I found it outstanding and worth the money. But be careful, they automatically add an 18% tip and if you don't mention it, you might end up tipping double.

Guess we came at a good time cause later we did see more people come in. For starters, the staff here were all so professional and welcoming. Shoutout to MARIA for being the sweetest! Great recommendations from her. I loved the food so much. Mix ceviche -- so refreshing and loved the variety Jalea Bocas house (fried shrimp, fried fish, fried yuca fries) -- a little bit of everything and fried perfectly. Paired with the sauces. Skirt and fettuccine -- cooked as I requested (medium). Packed with flavor. SO FREAKING GOOD. Arroz cremoso de aji Amarillo with lomo saltado -- unique dish that worked so well. Recommend! Spicy margarita -- best drink here. Mezcal mule -- my mom and I didn't really like it because it was too smoky. Maria was kind enough to swap it out for us with another spicy margarita and didn't charge for the mezcal mule. Love the ambiance. They have daily promos on some of their items so be sure to check it out. I highly recommend this spot. 10/10
