Repair technician came into home with preconceived notions that it would be a mouse issue with our dishwasher. Found issue was coming from around the motor gasket that was causing the leak. Ordered parts and requested that we remove the dishwasher from under the cabinet to allow for servicing the unit. I removed the dishwasher the day of appointment to install the parts and did observe 5 or 6 mouse droppings and absolutely no signs of chewed plastic or insulation. Technician removed and installed parts that he ordered told me I was all set and then left. Did not show me any parts that could have had any type of mouse damage or even mention mouse damage for that matter when he was leaving. I reinstalled the dishwasher under the cabinet, and started a cleaning cycle on it and about 5 minutes into the cycle the dishwasher indicated a leak again and shut down. I contacted the technician and informed him of the issue he stated he would put in a report through their technical app and get back to me and would follow up later. 10 days later I contacted him again and was advised LG was declining the repair and that they were supposed to have reached out to me, when I ask the reason for the repair being declined he said mice. Followed up with LG and got absolutely nowhere with them. So now I having to purchase a new dishwasher as this one is useless and not being covered by warranty for an issue I was not shown any damage having been caused by mice. read more

I can't say enough about how well my dryer repair went with Suzor Electronics. Very honest and knowledgeable about all of our appliances. He knew exactly what our problem was with the clothes dryer just from my description over the phone. It was nice because he came prepared with the necessary parts to fix it & he did exactly that. I like that he kept me updated with a text about our appointment and his estimated arrival time. Extremely polite & punctual. I plan to use him for any of our future repairs. He's a one man show. In this day and age, I am a firm believer of supporting local, small businesses. So, when my newly purchased dishwasher failed to work properly, I was delighted that the place I purchased it from recommended Suzor Electronics to have it looked at. I called the number and after multiple rings, no one answered - I was given the option to leave a lengthy message and someone will get back to me. However, in the answering machine/voicemail greeting, it was mentioned to also try contacting them through their web site. Seeing that everyone and their mother, brother, aunt, uncle, and first cousin twice removed has email and/or a Internet-enabled mobile device, I figured that would be the better way to go. While the website had a mid-1990s feel and look to it, I was able to submit a quick, easy online form requesting service. The form had all information needed and return contact info as well. Within a few hours or so, I got a reply stating my appointment would be the following day between 1PM and 2PM. Perfect. 3PM the next day comes and no one from Suzor has called, emailed, or showed up. I know things happen, so I gave them the hour leeway as a courtesy. I call and got the same voicemail/answer machine, so back to email. I get a response that another customer had "an emergency" issue that needed attending to and the tech lost track of time. Excuses aside, I requested an appointment for the following Monday, a week out. I know they can't be that busy, so a week out is plenty of time to make the appointment and prevent excuses for not making it. The agreed time was 9AM-10AM. Fine. 10:20AM the next Monday rolls around and again, no one shows, no email, no call. I call the place that sold me the dishwasher and was polite, yet forceful about this debacle. They gave me another company to call, which I did, and setup another appointment for the next day. As a final course of action, I emailed Suzor back stating my displeasure at their lack of professionalism. I get a response back at around 11:30ish stating the serviceman was allegedly on his way when he was called by the place I bought the appliance from because I called them upset. Then, it was mentioned that they weren't sure why I thought it was a no-show. Really? Seriously? I had to read the email three times before it truly sank in. The email thread with all the agreed upon times, dates, etc was there which is what amazed me. I replied swiftly, sternly, yet intelligently that you don't stand up a customer twice. Once, ok, life happens (even in this case I think I am giving too much credit), but twice? Sorry, nice try. This was the worst experience I think I could have had, but a telling sign. I have the sneaking suspicion that even if they made it to my home, the repair experience would have been an event in of itself. In closing, if anyone refers you to Suzor for any kind of repair, I would ask for another place. If you go through Suzor, your experience may vary, but I wouldn't expect it to be much different from mine. read more

I wish I didn't have to kick off the reviews of this company with a negative one, but I had a very unfortunate experience with Suzor Electronics. I called for warranty service for my new LG dishwasher that wasn't working properly. A very nice, professional repair man from Suzor came out the following day to look at it and told me that I needed parts which would take 4-5 days to arrive. A week and a half later i *TRIED* to get in touch with Suzor - ever time I gave up waiting on hold after about a half hour. Email requests for status updates went unanswered. Finally, I did get through three weeks after the visit and was told that LG laid people off so they were not fulfilling parts orders. After a few more days, I finally picked up the phone to call LG directly - their customer service was great and responsive and confirmed that NO PARTS had been ordered for my dishwasher. At that point I asked for another repair company, so they sent another company. They correctly diagnosed the problem as a stuck sensor switch and the dishwasher was working within minutes. I don't blame the repair man for not correctly diagnosing the problem, because this was a fairly obscure issue. However, the level of responsiveness and customer service provided by Suzor was very unfortunate and left me without a working dishwasher for a month - for no good reason. read more

They made sure to tell us to call Lowe's who had the warranty back for a different part to be replaced preventatively, and even made sure to come out to us late in the day so we could get it in before a vacation closure. This company used to be decent, however, they have gone down hill. Had them do a washer repair and the unit was worst than before they came and was totally non-functional after the service. Needed to purchase a new washer after since they would not respond to my calls for 3+ weeks. Called many many times and left messages, and only one time did someone actually answer the phone. Stressed the urgency and still nothing. Finally after contacting the BBB they responded, and that still took them forever. Too late at that point since we needed a new washer. Totally unprofessional with no customer service. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN after being their customer for 10 years. I missed a call from Suzor Electronics (my fault) about having my washer repaired. Suzor told Lowe's, that they called me several times. They lied (not good). My missed calls showed they called me once. I called Suzor back the following day, on Saturday, 1/6/18, for an emergency call, because I really needed to get my washer in working order asap, as I explained to Suzor when I left a message. I brought a computer to Suzor after Tech 1 in Orange had "fixed" a virus three times over the course of a week. Suzor actually fixed my computer and had it up and running again a few days later. A little slow - but they had a ton of work lined up and I'd rather wait for the job done right then bring it back over and over. read more

Worst experience ever... they never answer the phone, and take forever to call back when you leave voicemails. Tell you they ordered the parts they should be in in a few days, two weeks later and still no parts or even tracking number for the parts... then proceed to call and tell me the parts will be in on monday so someone will be tuesday to install them, tuesday comes and nothing yet again only to be called back after theyve closed for the day and told the parts wont be in untill tomorrow so they should be able to put them in thursday... never again, never again.... read more

By far one of the most incompetent companies I ever dealt with! The wife is as useless as can be. Oh we're too busy to return messages that are being left and left for months at a time was her excuse. Reported them to Lowe's advising they were over 3 months of not fixing my freezer and they would not be allowed back in my house turns out Lowe's had a ton of complaints about them too... coincidence, I think not! I would have to say these guys are less than competent. My washing machine was having trouble. I was directed to this company by the manufacturer. They sent guys to my house 5 times, including 2 visits by the owner, Bob. (I laughed when I was told he was the owner). They wound up destroying a load of my laundry and never being able to fix the washer. I suspect they did more damage than good. Poor communication, lack of technical ability, and no restoration for damage to my laundry are some of the reasons I will never call them again and cannot recommend them to anyone else. read more

Unacceptable customer service. Washer broke down on Sunday. Called Monday and scheduled repair for Tuesday between 9-11. After several calls and messages I finally got through at 3:30 only to be told that they "dropped the ball" and did not put me in the schedule. The best she could do was reschedule for Thursday between 8:30 and 9. Didn't even try to squeeze me in for the next day! Are you kidding me? I'm in the Real Estate business and if I ever pulled something like this I would not be in business for long. Stay away from these people. Ridiculous! This company was sent to my home by BestBuy. Apparently they are one of the contractors that works with BestBuy. They never showed up for a scheduled service appointment. Furthermore, they did not even have the decency to call. I left several messages on their voicemail and never heard from them. I missed work and lost money and had to reschedule with another company. Their sheer lack of courtesy and professionalism is astounding. I would recommend that you never do any business with Suzor Electronics. Save yourself the time and aggravation. We had a horrible experience with Suzor electronics over the month of July. After reading all the reviews I was a little apprehensive, but Lowes contracted us out to them because our fridge was still under warranty. Our fridge first died on June 26th 2014. I was on the phone with lowes early in the morning and they sent me to suzor. I left a message with suzor (because they never answer their phone). The voicemail said they had a family emergency and would return phone calls asap. They called me back (shockingly) and schedule for the tech to come out that day to see what was wrong. We were off to a good start, tech showed up on time, looked at the fridge, said what we needed to order, said it would be ordered the next day and we could have our fridge fixed the week after. After not hearing back from them the next week my husband and I left a voicemail a day for a week, they never bothered to call back. All we were asking for was an ETA on our products. We finally received a call back 2 weeks after the official appointment. A women stated that our products would be in on Monday and we would have the fridge completed the end of the same week. This woman also stated that there was a family emergency with someone's son who was in ICU. Once again, we never heard back from suzor, after leaving multiple voicemails again asking for ETA. I called daily once, my phone call was answered, the woman stated she would look up our products and call me back. She never called me back that day, when I called her the next day, she huffed when I told her who I was and put me on hold to look up my products. When I asked if it normally takes this long she stated, "When the parts are on backorder it does." So, now my parts are on backorder? How come no one told me that in the 3 weeks I've been calling. She also told me this day that her father was in her living room dying. She stated that my parts would be in on Friday (this was on Thursday), I asked for a Saturday appointment to have my fridge fixed. They could not accommodate that, but gave me an early morning appointment on Monday. Finally, my fridge is fixed, although, we are still waiting on one gasket to come in, I am sure I won't hear from them to fix this gasket. It seems like all I got was excuses and the run around, my personal life didn't affect them, theirs shouldn't affect mine. They still have a business to run and I didn't appreciate being ignored and pushed around. In conclusion, if you are contracted out to this company, ask for another one. If this was an isolated incident I probably wouldn't of been so mad, but when all the reviews lead this way, it's maddening. read more

I purchased an LG refrigerator at Home Depot less than a year ago and have had to have it repaired twice. Home Depot gave me Suzor Electronics information for repair service as that is who they contract through. It took several phone calls with left messages and emails to get anyone to call me back and the phone has never been answered by a person any time that I have called. I was told a repair could be done that week and by the end of the week no one had called to set up an appointment. Several calls later I was told they couldn't do the repair for another week. The only good thing I can say about Suzor is that the actual repair guy is nice and gets the job done but the communication with the clients is horrible. read more

Next thing you know our non-warranteed stuff started to break down and instead of calling anyone else - we called Suzor Appliance. Bill is super helpful, prompt and a very honest. When Bill says he will research something, he does it right away and gets right back to you with specs, additional information, and a reasonable quote.
