It appears they have local art on the walls, and it's also well air conditioned. Additional information: parking is a bit of a hassle in this area. I ended up paying for a one day parking pass, which is ten bucks and having to walk about two blocks. I did not mind the short stroll but do recommend to look up neighboring businesses to get the best out of the one day pass. It doesn't come sweetened at first, but as the dalgona slowly melts into the coffee, it adds the perfect amount of sweetness.
