What a bad location! It might sound silly but cookies look ugly and smashed. Nobody will welcome you and of course DO NOT expect a smile from staff or a greeting. I was given the wrong order and did not receive an apology nor a single word from the girl making the cookies, instead she just took it out of the box, while my order was at the front counter, and tossed it in the trash right in front of me and without making any type of effort to look professional.. she probably had to do it, but is just THE ATTITUDE. While I understand she probably is super young, she might want to be trained properly to provide a better experience for clients in general. I am a little late to the game, but finally tried these viral cookies. I have to preface this by saying I do not have a huge sweet tooth, but I do enjoy a great chocolate chip cookie, and any unusual flavors. I heard they change their cookie flavors out regularly so was hoping for a selection of customer favorites and some creative flavors. The store decor and concept is adorable. Very clean and modern. I was happy with the self ordering tablets and friendly service. I originally wanted to try the mini desserts to taste more but they ran out of the flavors I was more interested in. I got one full sized skillet cookie. It was a thick chocolate chip cookie with some vanilla cream and chocolate sauce drizzle on top. I just tasted a bit of the cream because I am lactose intolerant. It was delicious with a creamy and light texture. This is mostly personal taste - I prefer some crunchy edges or outside on cookies. These cookies are soft throughout and crumble if you try to break them. The ingredients seem to be top notch and it is way above average in freshness. Came here to get their free cookie today thanks to their CEO. There was only 1 staff member but she was helpful. There are a total of 3 iPads to order but 2 are out of order. The one that is at the "register" is open and you order by yourself. The free items/promotions still need to be ordered through there. It was fast and quick!
