From the moment I stepped into the door, I was greeted by at least two of their team. I only waited a short time for the doctor, which is typical anywhere. The optician and I had fun picking out glasses but I ended up taking them back and having my new lenses put in my old frames. I didn't like the new frames because they felt heavy on my face. I returned within 30 days and kept the new glasses until my old frames were fitted with the new lenses and it took less than a week. When I picked up my old frames with new lenses I was in the store less than five minutes and a very happy customer. All team members I have seen and heard seem very well trained and very friendly. I went to a different place for my glasses. Three times it was a horrible experience. I had enough of optimize. So I was recommended to try svs by my boss . I went in and was greeted by two people. And then. Paula Wilson was my salesperson. The other place didn't release my records for my insurance to help pay for my glasses. So Paula called them and had them send my script and asked me to talk with them so they can tell my insurance that I didn't get the glasses from them. So they released my glasses from my insurance. Then I was able to buy and upgrade my glasses. Everything went smoothly. And the delivered two days before they said my glasses would be in. So thank you to svs, Paula is professional. I was given a wonderful Christmas gift today. I took a tumble and bent my glasses. The next day I went in hoping they could be repaired. Within 10 minutes my glasses were fixed good as new. I thought parts would have to been ordered. Then on a whim I asked if they had an opening for an eye exam. Luck would have it they had an appointment within the hour. The examiner was very kind and very thorough. She went the extra mile to see that there was no damage to my eyes after I took that fall. She was so compassionate and kind. Your staff rocks. The Jean story threw me..too many beers(if there's a possibility). 2nd trip..this time for a followup order with Cody(Coby). My 50% off sunglasses were ready to try on. I liked the frames we decided on, but not sure of l of color choice. Now I'm told I have just over a month to switch colors if not satisfied with them. WOW! Hopefully I will be happy as the are, and having the option of a satisfactory redo is nothing but AMAZING Frames were adjusted perfectly, and they have another happy patron! Came in by appointment for an eye exam and new glasses. Overall had a delightful experience from start to finish. Staff were super nice and welcoming, the eye doctor (Sarah Ellison) was thorough and made sure everything was correct and comfortable. She was super helpful with a life hack for my tiny sty (don't sleep in makeup), and she was very friendly and sweet. They all helped me choose the pair for me and they were done in less than a week so i'm impressed. I would recommend to a friend. :) read more

Sarah and Kelli were wonderful. My sons got exams and new glasses. Sarah was very patient during the exam which I really appreciated. Kelli also provided great service in assisting my boys in finding their new glasses. We were hesitant to try glasses on knowing they would have to wipe down everything we touched but they really encouraged us to try on whatever we liked. I took my two boys 15 and 11 and myself to see Dr. Roose. I felt he did a thorough exam and explained everything very well. I have had glasses most of my life and have seen many eye Dr. and he was defiantly one of the better ones. I did not feel like he was trying to make a sale. Him and his staff were honest and helpful. The whole staff was really pleasant and incredibly helpful. The receptionist (I believe her name was Dorian) makes you feel like she's an old friend. Dr. Roose is so patient and reassuring, which is exactly what I want in a doctor. And for as apprehensive as I was to pick out frames by myself (thanks covid), Cody made it a thousand times easier. I'm having some Eye issues and I needed sunglasses immediately. They got me in and was able to order my prescription sunglasses within the same day. It's going to take a couple days to get the prescription but I was just pleased to get in and get measured and find the perfect sunglasses. They were very accommodating and very nice. read more

I just really like this place. The staff are nice and a pleasure to do business with. Although there are a few locations close to my house, i don't mind the extra driving to go to this one. Good selection of frames and lenses to choose from. Never had a problem with perscription needing adjustment or frames not fitting right. read more
