The adjustment was done and out I walked. Sometime later my wife told me that I had an indentation on each side of my head where the arms of the frames went. My glasses kept slipping and they were very uncomfortable. I went back for another adjustment and Michelle was working. Bottom line. The previous "adjustment" damaged the frame and Michelle replaced the frame and fit them perfectly to my head. I will keep going there but will make sure Michelle is working when I go. Unfortunately, this has been one of the most disappointing experiences I've ever had with any business. Within one year, my lenses have cracked three separate times -- always in the same spot and always within 1-2 months of getting them replaced. I have never dropped or damaged my glasses. This has never happened to me before, and I usually keep my lenses for 3-4 years without issues. When I went back to the store to address the problem, the manager was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of helping me understand why this keeps happening or offering a real solution (like checking or replacing the frame), he told me there was nothing more they could do and that after this remake, I'd be "on my own." When I said I might dispute the transaction since I wasn't getting the service I paid for, he told me to leave the store and sarcastically said, "good luck with the dispute." It was humiliating to be treated that way, especially in front of my wife and kids. I paid over $600 for what I thought would be quality lenses and customer service -- and instead, I left feeling disrespected and disappointed. I've always supported local businesses, but I cannot recommend Fraser Optical after this experience. Quality products mean nothing if the management doesn't stand behind them or treat customers with basic respect.
