Long story short a couple small payments were made and the balance of $300 or so had been forgotten by me. One day I remembered so I contacted them and set up a auto deduct from my checking account. Only I never noticed that they were not taking the monthly payments out. I just realized it and it has been several months since that was set up. They sent me to collections!!!! I have worked my a-- off trying to build up my credit for the past two years and they sent me to collections stating they tried getting ahold of me several time. That is an outright lie. I never missed a call from them, got any messages from them nor any email or mail. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE IN THE BILLING DEPARTMENT THEY ARE LAZY AND THEY ARE LIARS AND THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CREDIT!!!! HERE IS THE PROOF!!! They took out the first payment earlier than they were supposed to and then I guess they just stopped. And who is going to notice that $25 was not taken from their account. The terms and conditions of this payment plan can be found UPDATE: Radia did get in touch with the collection provider and went ahead and took the account back even though this would appear to be a mistake on my part. I assumed that the payment plan was an auto debit however after reading closely it is just a payment plan with me being responsible to send a payment in. So my apologies for this terrible review and will now change this to 5 stars. The reason for the change is that they have gone out of their way to take that back from the provider (even though I immediately paid that in full to the provider) and allow me to resume the payment plan. This is something they did not have to do so thank you very much for that. Now I am just hoping that the funds that were used to pay that off are on record and I will be back in good standing with them.

In long A scrape on my leg had gotten infected, so I was hoping to get an Rx for some antibiotics and hurry home for the Hawks game. They checked me in in minutes, and found my insurance that had just taken effect a couple days earlier. Nice! The system texted me some info to fill out, and she told me it would list me as being seen in about 25 minutes, but it would be much sooner. The PA came out within 60 seconds to say that they didn't house one piece of equipment I'd need as part of a full eval, and I should go around the corner to the ER. He definitely felt bad delivering this news, and explained it even more thoroughly than he really needed to. I got it right away. He was quick to say that they would cancel the visit and not charge me. Even though I ended up missing the whole game, he was spot-on about what the ER would do to evaluate the infection. I got great care there, thankfully much of it in front of a fuzzy, dim TV showing the game. So I can't really complain about anything other than my own procrastination for leaving the trip until late afternoon.

I was told that I "looked fine" and advised to continue using the same topical medication, despite my concerns. My visit was also incorrectly documented with appointment notes about whiplash, a condition I never reported or had. After following their guidance, my condition got significantly worse to the point I couldn't open my eye and had to seek care elsewhere. Another provider immediately told me to stop the medication and prescribed a different treatment that worked almost overnight. I formally contested both the care and the incorrect documentation, but their medical review team still determined that everything was "appropriate" and refused to adjust the charge. I will never go back and cannot recommend them.

I felt welcome and…read morecared for at every appointment and even when my toddler threw a tantrum the staff was nothing but understanding and positive (even allowing her to sit next to me on the table while I got my ultrasound which was above and beyond any care I've ever received before) As a breastfeeding mom who only had one cycle since conceiving my first baby I was unsure of how far along I was and couldn't be seen by my midwives for quite some time. Next step was able to put my mind at ease with an appointment within a week to confirm where I was in pregnancy. Because my last cycle and the original measurements didn't match as expected Barbara followed up with me to schedule another ultrasound two weeks later to make sure baby was progressing correctly. After the second ultrasound everything was great and now I am in my second trimester with a healthy baby boy! I owe so much thanks and gratitude to Barbara for her care and compassion through this early journey. And none of the spots are a very far walk from the door. There are plenty of handicap spots and a few spots reserved just for the pharmacy. I am disappointed that all dermatology moved from here to the Everett building. I used to also come here to see my dermatologist. I like all the doctors that I have seen here. They don't run behind a lot. If they are running behind, there is a board that indicates that. I feel well taken care of here. There are a lot of people on the first floor to help you. There is usually someone at a desk near the self check in and there are also people you can talk to that have computers to access your info. There is never a long wait time to talk to them.
