I really love the food and vibes at this place! It's counter style ordering - however on this particular day they only had one person taking orders so we stood in line for quite some time to place our order. They did offer samples of their iced cinnamon biscuits while in line which was a nice touch. As a fun thing instead of numbers, you gave them your favorite love song to call out when your order was ready. I will say it was SO LOUD in there if you were seated further from the counter it was difficult to hear when your food was ready, so we didn't hear them. By the time we got our food it wasn't hot anymore. The taste was great, though! Overall, I really like this place and I'll definitely go to another one when I see one.

I had the squawking goat and hash browns and I believe the berry fields mimosa! This combo was delightful! They asked you a question and your answer was your order name which I thought was so fun! Would definitely go back if in Atlanta.

Came for the Chicken and Waffles....it was about what I expected...the waffle was cut up into 4 pieces, that was cooked perfectly, it wasn't really hot but that didn't matter...the chicken left a bit to be desired..there were 3 small chicken tenders...they had a nice breading, but were just average at best..the staff here was exceptional.. Although I didn't have a biscuit here, it is the name sake of the place, and from what others were seen eating, looked good. I liked Maple Street Biscuit Company...go, you'll like it too.

Maple Street Biscuit Company, did not disappoint. The food? Absolutely delicious. Comforting, traditional Southern flavors done just right. Flaky biscuits, and savory sides. The coffee was also a standout--thoughtfully crafted, rich, and perfectly balanced. Service was top-notch--genuinely friendly and efficient, without ever feeling rushed. The whole vibe of the place felt warm and welcoming. It was a great brunch spot with friends. If you're in Atlanta and looking for a brunch spot that delivers on flavor, friendliness, and feel-good food, go here.

Really enjoyed my breakfast biscuit sandwich. But the coffee was not good. They need to have an option without maple flavor. The staff was very welcoming.

This place was such a great find. I got a Five and Dime and coffee. To say it was delicious would be a gross understatement. This was simply the most amazing food I ate during my recent short trip to Atlanta. Wow And the service was great too! I will be coming back for sure.

Didn't like the "This way to biscuits" the whole finding your own seat after ordering was a mess!!!! If you were outside waiting (the only available seating left) you don't hear your name called for drinks/food being ready!!! Therefore your food seats on the counter getting cold people standing over it possibly things touching it/flying over/onto your food!! The food was good for the most part ! Chicken-6/10 Waffles-10/10 Bacon Egg & Cheese Biscuit- 8/10

We didn't get to eat here, even though we really wanted to. We came in on a Sunday early afternoon, with two little ones claiming to be very very hungry (even though they'd been previously fed). The line was backed up to the game table, which is just inside the front door. Thus, I had to get creative to keep the children distracted. About halfway through the line (maybe 10-15 minutes into our wait), my husband took the children to grab a table while I waited to order our food. To keep them distracted, I suggested they grab a jenga-equivalent game from the table. As I finally got to be next in line to order, the gentleman in front of me turned around from the cash register and said to me "they want me to tell you all (gesturing to the line behind me) that there will be at least a 30 minute wait after you order." I alerted the people behind me who all immediately began negotiating whether the wait was worth it. For our family, we decided it was not worth the wait and we should head home. We figured we could be home about the time that we'd get food...so with one child offering to help me cook once we got home and the other in complete shambles (tears, tantrum, etc.), we left. We just wish the wait time had been passed back before we waited ~25 minutes to order. We may have been able to avoid a meltdown.

For a restaurant good homemade quality tasting biscuits. Nice texture and fluffy. Step in and place order and find your own seat. All you can drink of their coffee line. Various flavored latte's as well. Biscuits as well as breakfast entree items. Bacon egg/cheese and chicken biscuits were good (give 8/10 on both). Outside seating available. I do wish they had jelly/jam other than a liquid form jam. The tables could be kept up better with the cleaning rotation as customers leave.

Such consistently fabulous biscuits. Maple Street, right around the corner from Georgia Tech has so many breakfast options. Their classic biscuits are a fan favorite and the best way to eat them is smothered in sausage gravy. The coffee is pretty standard, diner styles, but I do love their selection of roasts available. The music was kept at an appropriate volume as I was able to jam but still hold a conversation with my lunch mates. I do find the service to be a bit slower, especially around lunchtime, but the welcoming vibes make up for it!

Title: Maple Street Biscuit: A Culinary Delight Worth Raving About Nestled in the heart of West Midtown, Maple Street Biscuit beckons food enthusiasts with its mouth-watering array of Southern-inspired dishes. My recent visit to this charming establishment left me thoroughly impressed, from the refreshing fresh-squeezed orange juice to the indulgent Biscuit French Toast with vanilla custard, and everything in between. Let's start with the beverages: Maple Street Biscuit's fresh-squeezed orange juice is a revelation. Served ice-cold and bursting with citrusy goodness, it's the perfect way to kickstart your morning or refresh your palate during a leisurely brunch. Each sip is a symphony of flavor, reminding you why nothing beats the taste of freshly squeezed oranges. Moving on to the star of the breakfast menu: the Biscuit French Toast with vanilla custard. This decadent dish takes the classic French toast to new heights, with thick slices of fluffy biscuit soaked in rich vanilla custard and cooked to golden perfection. The result is a melt-in-your-mouth indulgence that's as comforting as it is delicious--a true must-try for any breakfast aficionado. And let's not forget about the sides: Maple Street Biscuit's cheesy grits are a delightful accompaniment to any meal. Creamy, cheesy, and perfectly seasoned, they're the ultimate comfort food that pairs perfectly with any dish on the menu. But perhaps the crown jewel of Maple Street Biscuit's offerings is The Sticky Maple--a mouthwatering biscuit sandwich featuring fried chicken, pecan wood-smoked bacon, and drizzled with house-made maple syrup. The combination of savory and sweet flavors, coupled with the satisfying crunch of the biscuit, makes for a culinary experience that's nothing short of heavenly. For the little ones, the Lil' Retro menu offers adorable and delicious options, like the Lil' Retro biscuit with egg and cheese, guaranteed to put a smile on their faces. While not every item on the menu lived up to expectations--the Caramel Toffee Latte and Maple Vanilla Latte fell short of the mark--the overall dining experience at Maple Street Biscuit is one that I would highly recommend. From the friendly service to the cozy atmosphere and, most importantly, the delectable Southern-inspired dishes, Maple Street Biscuit is a culinary gem that's worth seeking out. Whether you're a local or just passing through, be sure to add Maple Street Biscuit to your list of must-visit restaurants. You won't be disappointed!

One thing I really loved was the photo booth outside in the parking garage--it was such a fun touch and made the visit even more memorable. The only downside was the parking. Unless you're lucky enough to find street parking, you'll have to park in the garage, which wasn't my favorite. Other than that, everything was great. The bartender was incredibly kind and patient, especially since I'm very picky about drinks. She helped me choose one that I ended up loving. The atmosphere inside was also really nice, with a fun and welcoming vibe. I'd definitely come back!

SUPER unimpressed with my visit here…read more Based on the decor, especially the photo area in the parking deck and the fake flower arch outside, my first impression was that this was going to be a "TikTok trap": a restaurant focused more on aesthetics than food or service. Unfortunately, that impression ended up being accurate. It took forever for our food to come out. The parties around us were clearly frustrated as well. I watched one table become visibly irritated, while another guest stopped a server to ask if the food being carried out was theirs because they had apparently been waiting over an hour. As the wait dragged on, I started paying closer attention to the decor, which I personally found tacky and gimmicky, especially the fake greenery hanging across the ceiling. The fried green tomatoes and sweet heat wings were really good, and I started to rethink my initial assessment of the restaurant. Everything went downhill from there. My "Rich Boy" sandwich itself was good, but it came with completely unseasoned fries. When I mentioned that I was supposed to have the "Rolex" fries, the server told me the plain fries were what I got. After clarifying with another server, they brought out the actual "Rolex" fries, which appeared to just be fries with a little parmesan and parsley on top. Supposedly they were truffle fries, but there wasn't even a hint of truffle flavor. My partner ordered the veggie sausage, which was overcooked and dry. Their eggs came out over easy instead of over medium, and the "signature grits" were more like cream cheese with a little bit of grits mixed in. We were told more grits would be brought out, but they never came. Another person in my party ordered the Southern seafood pasta, which had literally one piece of spinach in it. When she asked about it, the server responded that there was "more spinach coming." At that point, it became clear that Barney's is selling the illusion of luxury in order to justify premium prices for subpar food and service. It really was a TikTok trap after all. To make matters worse, when the check came, we were charged an additional $1.50 for eggs that already came with the meal. The explanation was that the eggs "came from the shell." Others in my party were also charged extra for liquor on top of the listed menu price for their drinks. Overall, I absolutely did not enjoy my experience here, and I will not be returning. Oh, and that other party that was visibly irritated with the wait had to wait even longer because there was a hair in their food.

The cucumber mint lemonade was AMAZING. Too bad it's $4 for a small glass with no refills. Now for the rest... they were out of fries, which normally come with the burger, but I was charged an extra $3 to substitute Brussels sprouts. The server never mentioned there would be an upcharge. I only found out when I got the bill. When I questioned it, she basically said she couldn't control the system. My issue isn't even the $3. If you're out of the side that comes with the meal, customers shouldn't have to pay extra for a replacement. And I definitely don't appreciate surprise charges on my bill. I had my child with me, so I wasn't about to go back and forth over $3. I paid it and kept it moving. Another surprise was that they don't offer free water. If you want water, you have to buy a bottle. Between paying for parking, paying for bottled water, and no drink refills, the little charges started adding up. I felt "nickled and dimed." The music couldn't decide what vibe it wanted. One minute we could talk normally, and the next minute we were basically at a concert. There was also a leak in the ceiling, and near the restrooms there was a smell that reminded me of old wet towels. On the positive side, the host was amazing. He was super personable and welcoming. They also turn those tables over FAST. By the time we paid, our dishes were gone and the table was already cleaned and ready for the next group. The food is what saved this review. There were just too many little things that took away from what could've easily been a 5-star experience.
