Stopped in to cool off while walking around downtown Franklin. Excellent selection of frozen yogurt flavors and toppings. Loved their pricing structure. You could either get a large cup which is weighed, or a regular cup at a moderately set price. Perfect. For once I didn't feel like I was spending a fortune on a sweet treat. The initial Sweet Cece's concept started off really good, but as the locations quickly increased the customer service quickly decreased. I live near two Sweet Cece's locations, one in Cool Springs and the other one in Franklin. During recent conversations with friends, we all agreed that the customer service at the location in Franklin on Main Street has declined. Perhaps, it has something to do with my most recent visit about 5-7 minutes before closing time. Grant it, I know we cut it close, but I'm still a paying customer looking to purchase a good/product. The two employees barely greeted us as they hurriedly peeked around the corner from cleaning and breaking down the toppings station while letting us know they only accepted debit or credit cards, NO cash. Despite feeling unwelcome, we proceeded to get our sweet treats. Well, after 10 minutes of searching the Sweet Cece website I was unable to locate an email address or phone number to submit feedback to Sweet Cece's corporate office. Although, this interaction happened last week, I still felt like that my experience or lack their of needed to shared and it ended up on Yelp. In my opinion, I think you should always give good customer service because you never know how you could impact that person's overall experience. I've heard that it generally only takes one person's bad experience to share it with at least seven people and it has a domino affect with people spreading the news about the unfriendly Sweet Cece's in Franklin on Main Street. Hopefully, Sweet Cece's will review their overall customer feedback on social media, Yelp and other outlets and use it as a tool or resource to improve a customer's experience. I am a huge fan of Fro Yo! Great stuff! Sweet CeCe's has changed my life since it came to downtown Franklin. This place is always poppin! People our always flooding it. One of the best things they do is 2 Punch Tuesdays. Every Tuesday when you purchase some yogurt and have them punch your frequent visitor punch card they give you 2 punches! Which means if you go every Tuesday you will get to your free one even quicker! I am often at CeCe's each Tuesday... I am all about the fruit flavored yogurts with fresh fruit toppings, gummy worms, rainbow sprinkles, and a few chunks of cookie doe and don't forget some whipped cream on top with the cherry! What has happened to Sweet Cece's. You need to clean up your act. The window and door window were dirty. The floor was dirty. The workers chatter with each other and don't bother to offer samples or keep the place clean. I understand it was sold - the new owners better open their eyes. The 2 stars is a gift. read more

LOVED the concept and frozen yogurt at Sweet CeCe's! Choose one, twist or a compliation of flavors for your frozen yogurt experience - sweet cream, peanut butter, raspberry, etc... Then choose items to mix in - cheese cake, Reese's cups, brownie, etc.. And of course, toppings! Chocolate fudge, caramel, Reese's pieces, m&m's, strawberries, blackberries, etc... anything you can think of and they probably have it! Perfect idea for "small town" Franklin. Plus, the employees were extremely friendly (think constant smile) and talkative! And, samples of each flavor makes the experience more personal and enjoyable. I love these kind of frozen yogurt stores where you can create your own masterpiece. They have a variety of crazy (and traditional) flavors to choose from. The sweets you can add in range from cereal (Lucky Charms, Coco Puffs) to fruit (strawberries, blueberries) to sweets (peanut M&M's, chocolate chips). They only had a few options for frozen yogurt but the wonderful attitude of the young lady working made it a worthwhile stop for an afternoon treat! I've taken my daughters here four times in the last 3 months. Each time hoping that our experience would be better. Disappointingly, after four visits, the service, quality of their ice cream, and toppings are just not good. The ladies who work there don't acknowledge your presence with hellos or goodbyes. They don't even smile. They seem miserable. It's just not a "sweet" place to go. You can get ice cream somewhere else close by where the establishment actually values your business and the quality they sell. read more

Paid $19 for three ice creams and they would not let my 6 year old use the restroom due to covid. It's funny because none of the 18 year old girls working in the store had face masks or gloves. They also have an unprotected buffet of condiments. If you can't keep your bathrooms clean and open due to covid then you should just stay closed. My 6 year old almost had an accident on the floor and the teenage girls operating the place could care less. I will not go back. read more

Horrible experience, my friend and I came in to get some ice cream, no greeting, just two young girls sitting behind the counter watching Netflix. We went to grab our cups and then we saw a chocolate ice cream lever and we pulled it and chocolate went everywhere. Our shirts, pants, and all over our shoes. I went and told one of the "employees" and they said "that one doesn't work." And says nothing else, walks away and brings a mop out and doesn't offer to help us clean off ourselves. Ridiculous. So, my shoes are now ruined and that easily could've been avoided by a simple sign that said "it doesn't work." And the employees need to treat their cuustomers like humans. Me and my boyfriend went to this sweet CeCe's instead of the one we usually do because we were closer to this one. We walked in and there were only a couple of flavors which isn't a huge deal but still. We both were getting our treats and noticed a lot of the toppings weren't labeled which could affect a lot of people because of allergens. Lastly, this one worker was on her phone even when checking me and him out and was super rude. I have worked in an ice cream store before and this is not good. Being from California frozen yogurt shops are not a novelty to me like they seem to be here. I am still amazed when I see the number of people piling into and hanging around the store front at 5 points. The concept is great if you are the owner because you are making money hand over fist, but if you are a family going out for ice cream expect to drop about $30. The reason, it is serve yourself. There is one large cup that you pick up at the beginning of the line and a row of machines filled with different flavors. Then the topping bar is full of those acrylic containers that pour out the topping when you pull the handle, hard to control. When you finally come to the end of the line you are faced with "the scale" which should be called the paycheck cash-er because the weight of your cup is what determines your price, not the items you put in it. Being fiscally conservative, I tend to only put in a 1/2 cup of yogurt and no toppings and I still walk out of there paying around $5. A family of four in front of me had a bill of $42 because they let the kids handle their own cups (BIG MISTAKE). They do run happy hour specials, and I heard that they also have a day where prego's get free yogurt. If you plan to go there on more than one occasion make sure to get a punch card to make up for the cost. read more

I used to love this place but recently they do not have many flavors and do not change flavors often. Also I see so many huge horse flys around the store and in the cookie case. I tried a cookie here once and it was soooo stale. And on top of that the $4 ice cream was a tiny scoop and I found out it was blue bunny, the brand they sell at the gas station. This place is what a frozen yogurt place should be! Easy to read signage, flavors above each machine, toppings galore, and wonderfully helpful (and kind) workers that were eager to offer samples of every flavor (the wife, mother-in-law, and sister-in-law are famous for trying everything before setting on something that they will only ever half finish...). Coupled with seating inside and out, it's quite different from the places in NYC that I'm used to. One other thing, one of the workers, who probably noticed I wasn't too "comfortable" with Southern hospitality really, really, REALLY made me feel welcome. We went in last night & there were 3 girls working. 1 was ok at register but not very friendly. One girl was working hard cleaning. 1 girl was bent over the counter on her phone. There were only 3 yogurt choices out of all the machines. By the time we left there were other kids behind the counter & all of them were on their phones. I recently visited the Sweet Cece's in Franklin. Upon entering the Shop. I noticed it was very noisy. However, loved the decor of the shop. I tried the Hershey's Chocolate Kiss and the Vanilla. Neither flavor blew me away but I can't say that it wasn't good. When I put on the toppings. I could never get the right portion to come out of dispensers. A new family favorite and overall great regular treat for kids and adults. I love the variety of frozen yogurt flavors from traditional - Hershey's Chocolate Kiss or Peach, to unique - pistachio or dulce de leche. Anything anyone has ever put on a frozen dessert is available as a help-yourself topping. And many things you may have never thought of, like Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal or Hot Tamales candy. The corner lot at Hillsboro and Main St downtown is a fantastic location to window shop the local boutiques or find a comfortable spot, inside or out, to enjoy your treat. This place is SO cute!! I love the way it is decorated, and everyone that works here is super nice. If I lived in Franklin or anywhere nearby I would come here every day! They denied a 75 year old man who happens to be a war veteran and volunteer Doctor a second tiny scoop of sprinkles on his all you can eat cup. He had spent $20 on 4 yogurts for his family. He went back to get a little extra on his cup and spoon in hand he was scolded by the salesman who stopped him and said "NO sir only one time!!" Are you kidding me?!! This was so sad and disturbing I will never ever go back. One little spoonful of sprinkles cost them hundreds of dollars of years I might have returned with my family. I can't live without the vanilla yogurt with peanut butter cup topping. Everyone in the family can find something they love. This place is delicious! I wish I could go everyday. Awesome "make your own pile of heaven". This is not a desert place but more of a meal. You start off with a little frozen yogurt and end up with a five pound sundae because everything looks so good.
