Been once for their coffee love the fun menus of different drinks and her shop is simple so cute but the main reason I'm writing a review is for the Harry Potter dessert's my man surprised me for my birthday and being a Harry Potter lover I was in tears and loved all the treats so cute I didn't want to eat but they were all so good

We drove about 45 mins to check out this spot and the service and the food was amazing. We will be back to try more and let me say the iced strawberry shortcake latte was hands down one of the best coffees I've had and that chicken cutlet croissant is something I will be dreaming about. As far as the pastries we have only tried a few but the blueberries so far are the family favorite. Do yourself a favor and stop by and check them out.

I keep seeing this place on social media and so I was in the area today so I stopped in. Everything looked delicious I did get a blueberry lavender donut, tiramisu donut and a Biscoff cinnamon roll with black current and blueberry. Also a cinnamon biscuit latte with a mini cinnamon roll on top. They were good but not in my opinion the hype social media is saying. My latte was great but my disappointed was in the donuts I couldn't taste at all the blueberry or lavender nor the tiramisu in either donut.they are super sweet. The donut itself was soft and moist but just tasted like a glazed donut. I will come back for the coffee and maybe next time try a breakfast sandwich.

The cases were almost empty around 12:30 pm! Get here early if you want some treats. The peach fruit pastry had a slice of cake and mouse in it. It is dyed and has some glitter, so it will slightly stain your fingers.

Wow! Very unique. Not at all what I expected. My sister dragged me here and made me try a handful of items. Everything I tried was so yummy! I'm a chocolate lover so the tiramisu and the coffee bean was my absolute favorite. Their cinnamon rolls look bigger than my face. The service is so friendly, happy to answer any questions. They also allow you to hold pastries for pickup which my sister and I love to do! It's a cute little shop and now I see why it's busy. A unique place indeed!

This is how she packed my items. Broken and stacked.

I visited Sweet Dee's Bakery today hoping to purchase a birthday cake, but they were sold out, which I completely understand. Unfortunately, the customer service was very disappointing. I was greeted when I walked in, but the employee who helped me seemed bothered by every question or request I had. I wasn't being difficult or overly picky--I simply wanted a pretty dessert for my cousin's birthday and was hoping for some recommendations or enthusiasm. Instead, I felt like my business was an inconvenience. In the end, I spent $40 on eight macarons because I felt like I had already made the trip. Looking back, I probably should have walked out. After driving nearly an hour to get there, I left feeling disappointed. The experience didn't match the reputation I expected, and I won't be returning.

I can't believe how long it's been since I updated my review. I still adore Sweet Dee's and stop every time I can. This visit was no different than the rest. Great as always. Service was friendly, treats were delicious and I loved the seasonal Gingerbread Latte. The cookie on top was the perfect touch. By far my favorite was the cake pop. They're always so delicious and hard to eat because they are adorable.

I found Sweet Dee's about 6 months ago & it's my favorite. The staff is always super friendly & they make me feel welcome. I haven't been able to do much because of health problems this past year & walking to Sweet Dee's has given me something to look forward to. Danielle is super sweet & she makes the best pastries. I worked in bakeries most of my life & never understood the appeal for macaroons but I definitely get it now! The donuts are fabulous, I'm obsessed with the cinnamon muffins & poppy seed bread. I think the strawberry & apple cider donut are my favorite. They have different items every day so go check it out, you won't be disappointed! Everything is very reasonably priced & it's a beautiful cafe. I haven't tried the drinks yet but I bet they are amazing because everything here is amazing.

I paid $157 for a custom birthday cake that was completely RAW on the inside (photo attached). The texture wasn't just slightly off, the entire cake was undercooked and INEDIBLE Despite this, the business refuses to issue a full refund, citing the cost of the decorations and edible image, even though those sit on top of a HEALTH CODE VIOLATION! When I brought this to their attention, I was met with dismissiveness. Lynda claimed this has "only happened twice in seven years," but even once is unacceptable, especially when you're dealing with food safety. After the fact, I saw TikToks (after the fact unfortunately) from their own staff and customers including one where the pastry chef, Danielle, openly admits she was exhausted and ready to go home while prepping cakes, that just adds to the carelessness in my ruined order. They even had complaints about undercooked pastries during Butter Week, so clearly, this isn't a one-time issue. Cute bakery but horrible service. My birthday was ruined, my money was wasted, and the business refuses to take accountability. Unless you want a raw cake and a bad attitude, avoid Sweet dee's bake shop. https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZP8khUHed/ https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZP8khauQf/

The employees were super sweet!! Got some pastries for my friends birthday and he loved them!!

I totally agree with other reviewers that Sweet Dees is all looks little substance. The cookie latte was soooo bland. While I appreciate that it wasn't a sugar bomb as someone who doesn't love really sweet things, I would never have guessed it was cookie flavor if I hadn't ordered it off the menu. I actually didn't even finish it - it just wasn't good. I also tried an eclair and a crème brûlée donut. The latter was the best out of the two. It was a little dense, but it was really well balanced. Sweet Dees has AMAZING marketing! Having seen it on TikTok, I was hyped to go. There was also a decent line when I went too so I was truly excited. But it just didn't live up to the hype.

We came here on a Saturday late morning. It was not busy at that time so we were able to pick out what we wanted. I decided on a sandwich, a pastry and a coffee. It did take quite a bit of time for our sandwiches but it was worth it I had the chicken and bacon jam sandwich which had great flavors. I did order a cold foam pumpkin spice latte which really didn't have too much pumpkin flavoring. The pastry that I ordered also was lacking flavor, it looks really cute but just tasted like a sweet cake. I would like to come back and try some more items like the cookies because I've heard great things about them. It is in the heart of old town and there was lots of parking available you can also sit outside as they have their own tables outdoors.

Apple pie cinnamon roll - flavorful, nicely cooked apples but the sticky bun was on the dry side.

Disappointed with the selection available. We arrived on Tuesday morning around 11:00 AM. If you want what you see on IG, wait for the weekends or special event themed days. What we tried tasted okay but not what we expected. The service wasn't that good either and the server could have been more friendly, enthusiastic, and took more care in packaging up our treats. The macarons should have been separated from our Apple pie sticky bun. But! We glad we came and tried it. Just a small shop decorated nicely with ample seating outside.

I was proactive and made reservations from their website. It was same day so we got in for 1:30 PM which was great when you want a lazy morning. Upon arriving, the location is in a shopping plaza but nothing else appears to be open or even in business. There's plenty of free parking in the lot but we took a ride share. There's nearby retailers like Costco but in this complex it looked dead except for Sugar Jam. When you enter, people were waiting to be seated and you can hear the music from outside! This is a lively, DJ friendly atmosphere with lots of activity happening from the bar to the dining room. The hostess checked us in, we walked around and took pictures, admired all the beautiful people dining and it's an open kitchen where you see the orders coming up. Mom and I were seated maybe 10 minutes after our reservation time. We were greeted by Vante - such a nice young man who was patient and helped us decide on what to order. We settled on the margarita flight, the watermelon hibiscus whisky smash, wings & waffles and the French toast and chicken. I also got blessed with a shout out from the DJ and a free shot for my birthday! The food came out quickly (however not together), was plated nicely and the flavors were present. The brown sugar butter and warm syrup on my French toast was a hit. The only complaint I'd note is the heat inside the establishment. I left my fan and desperately needed it. They did eventually bring out some industrial fans to cool the dining area off. The a/c needs to crank harder with all the bodies plus open kitchen. Otherwise, a great spot to eat, sing along, vibe a little and enjoy great breakfast food.

Love the decor, the space, & the live DJ. We got sat in the back room, and the table we were at was extremely warm. We couldn't feel the AC (no ceiling vents in that back space) & the fan they had in the room wasn't reaching our table. Luckily, our server Vonte was helpful getting us moved to the table along the wall once the previous guests left so we could at least feel the fan. But this was really one of the only negatives of the experience (along with there only being 1 toilet for how many guests can be in the space). I was beyond excited to see vegan options on the menu!! I didn't check ahead of time because I always assume I will just have to get avocado toast or a salad when I go to brunch spots with friends. So when I saw there was a little corner with 2 items for us, I was thrilled. I got the sweet potato veggie hash bowl, and I'm excited to come back to try the pancakes next time. The bowl was the perfect portion and filling. The sweet potatoes were a little harder than I like, but they were still delicious and the whole dish was well seasoned. I ate every last bite it was so damn good. My friends ordered the Salmon Croquettes & grits meal and the flapjacks N' fried chicken tenders. They were both generous filling portions (so much so they both had to take food home), and they both enjoyed what they ordered. It's super far north for me, but it's totally worth the drive for the weekend brunch vibes. Can't wait to come back again!

I have been wanting to come here to see for myself if the goods are worth it, and they most definitely are!! There's seating indoors, but not a lot of tables, so you may have to just take your order to go. The line was moving pretty fast and we came around 11 in hopes that we would catch the special collaboration sandwich made possible by Loco Style Grindz and J.L. Patisserie. Thank you, Instagram for the heads up on the collab! We were so relieved to see there were 2 left when we got there. The employee asked if we wanted them heated up, and we said yes please! Of course, I had to grab some sweets for later and my friend chose the Lemon Meringue Pie for her birthday treat. I like the packaging and that there are multiple staff members to assist with checking out customers. We thoroughly enJOYed the sandwiches and the amount of pork in them was filling! They weren't stingy, and they were packing that smokey flavor! The sandwich kept me full for hours! Our drinks were refreshing and had just the right amount of sweetness! I love that they have a variety of baked goods to choose from including various quiches, muffins and specialty items. The air conditioning may have been broken because it was pretty warm inside. The tables are a tad small for two people, but we made it work. I will definitely return soon. The ambiance is super casual and prices are average. You will get your money's worth, that's for sure!

Ambiance (4/5): The Sicilian Baker is connected to The Sicilian Butcher. It's a small bakery, with only a few seats. More of a grab-and-go type of spot or the source of your dessert if you're dining at the restaurant. While small, the decor and ambiance is nice. Service (3/5): A little bit of bad luck, but on my most recent visit, they were having trouble with their refrigeration so no gelato was available. While interacting with the staff, it was an average experience. I will say that the service was much better in the restaurant.
