They actually have two apple pies. The one I like has the special crust. They have a variety of cheesecakes, cheesecake on a stick and cookies! The staff was very friendly, especially considering it was early in the morning of what would be a very busy day, and they were still getting everything ready. In my opinion they taste a bit better once refrigerated for a few hours. The tres leches and strawberry matcha cakes are good as well, again, not too sweet. I'd like to try the soft serve sometime. A bit on the more expensive side so I only go there when the craving for the Asian style puffs are there. The limited edition summer osmanthus series caught my eye, so I went for an osmanthus milk shaved ice, infused with condensed sweetened milk and osmanthus syrup, a cloud of almond tofu pudding on top, with mochi balls, red beans, and lychee jelly tucked around the base. The flavor of the cool fluffy shaved ice is subtly sweet, lightly creamy, with just a hint of floral, and the snow melts on your tongue. The osmanthus flavor is not very strong or fragrant, however, though I've never had successful encounters with commercial osmanthus-flavored things outside of Asia, as it's a very distinctive and delicate taste that's also one of my favorite scents and culinary condiments, so I'm very particular about its faithfulness. With all the different toppings, it reminded me of the delicious shaved ice I used to have in Taiwan. The Chocolate Chip Deluxe Waffle paired perfectly with the vanilla ice cream, although it was a little on the sweeter side for my taste.
