Instead, I went over to jitter bean on Harris across the street from Safeway. There, I was behind three other cars, and even with three cars in front of me, I waited less than 10 minutes. At one point, one of the employees actually came out to the line, asked me what I wanted, took my reusable mug inside and then when I got to the window, my drink was ready.
