Went here for a business meeting at 830a on a Monday. Street parking was easy to find but there is also a garage. Indoor or outdoor seating. Decor is more post than a typical breakfast place ... but the prices definitely align. There have much on the menu under $25 but the food did not disappoint. Got the hojicha. They have matcha and some other lattes as well. It was delicate, smooth, and perfectly sweetened. Then came the food. Was tempted to get the blueberry fresh toast when I looked at another table, but decided on the stone pot , and glad I did. It was delicious, and the portion was generous. Not a place I'll eat at regularly because it exceeded our copper breakfast budget LOL. But definitely worth it when I want to treat myself or someone special

The food was a fun twist on breakfast with Asian influences on American classics. Phuket coffee and the Millionaire Mary were delicious, and the stonepot and ramen were flavorful, hearty, and an entertaining experience for breakfast. Bright and indulgent, Sweet Maple certainly excites for Brunch goers.

Luxe brunch with scenic sunny windows encapsulating what is a bright, elegant yet cozy indoor diner. It's essentially a charming cafe serving up breakfast and lunch classics with lovely Asian inspired plates with household ingredients. Their menu is solid, creative, and delivers! They offer reservations, which Id recommend if possible for your plan as their weekend line could build a small wait as they also have seating offered outside. I've been twice and enjoyed both meals a lot. Most recently we came for a friend's birthday to celebrate early and were all in fans of each of our plates and cocktails. I'd highly recommend it if you're visiting the area and need a rich brunch experience for reasonable price considering the chic experience and great bites and sips to back it up.

The hostess here was super kind when we popped in for a weekend brunch! We ordered the bacon brussel sprouts, omurice, and croissant. It was a nice brunch vibe with very picturesque plates. On the pricey side, but a nice Santa Monica experience.

I finally made it to Sweet Maple in Santa Monica after hearing so many people rave about it, and it definitely lived up to the hype! My husband, some friends, and I went for Sunday brunch. When we arrived, the line outside looked like people were waiting to get into a nightclub, so I was expecting a long wait. To our surprise, we were seated in less than 20 minutes. We started with the bacon flight, and it was absolutely delicious--definitely a must-order. We also went with the bottomless mimosas, which are served family-style for the table. Just a heads-up: everyone at the table has to participate if you want the bottomless option. It was worth it, though! They offered four different flavors, and the rosé mimosa was my favorite. I ordered the noodle dish after spotting it on a nearby table--it looked too good not to try. It was a fun, elevated take on Cup Noodles and tasted great. While I'm glad I ordered it, next time I'd probably try something different because there are so many other dishes on the menu that looked amazing. Our server was friendly, attentive, and knew the menu inside and out, which I really appreciated since I always ask for recommendations. Overall, we had a fantastic brunch experience, and I'll definitely be back. Great food, great drinks, and great service. 4 out of 5 stars!

Still a great experience the food is really good and always busy! I always make a reservation now bc the line is soooo not worth it! Early grey croffle sooo good The ramen noodle dish great French toast is so sweet! The burrata salad is huge little too much dressing tho Came in quick and left quick

This place is so good. I was a bit upset because the line was super long then after waiting for nearly an hour to just put my name down they only had bar seating available and a table would've taken another 30 mins. They had like 6 bar seats available too so it was pretty irritating that you couldn't just walk in and find a seat at the bar. First I ordered fresh squeezed orange juice and it was the best I've had in years. I also ordered the Blackstone, which was the best eggs benny that I've ever had. This is my favorite brunch item and I've had it at just about every LA establishment. This one is truly up there. The bar area is a bit of a disaster. Dishes being cleaned by the same people making drinks. Dirty sponges. Freshly made drinks near used drinks. It's absolutely disgusting and couldn't possibly be up to code. Hopefully they find a better system. TIP: Free parking with validation

On return a second visit, we had a much better experience. I don't like special treatment so I declined to tell the staff about the prior experience, to be more objective. We had a really nice time. The food was delicious all around. The service was polite, and prompt. We were seated immediately. They were very kind with a birthday celebration. The bright, airy environment was nice an clean, inviting and chic.

I would recommend reservations if you don't wanna wait in line. My friend and I ordered the millionaire bacon, which was excellent, the blueberry fried French toast, which was OK, and the Gardena skillet, which I personally did not really like. The service was prompt and fine although we did sit a little while without any water refills. restaurant was busy there was nothing particularly excellent or bad about the environment.

What a fun place for "brunch with your girls" type place! Their food is so scrumptious and it's the perfect fusion from a gamut of Asian mixed with American breakfast dishes! Sweet Maple has a plethora of sweet and savory choices like the Marnier French Toast and Angelino Scramble. They also have flavorful drinks such as the Ube Latte and the underrated Blue Lychee. I suggest to make reservations especially on Saturdays! It's that good that the line wraps around the corner!

The food here was sooo good. There were so many options on the menu, which means I will definitely be back to try more dishes. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, even offering great recommendations to help narrow down the options. Very well lit interior and plenty of outdoor seating (although you are pretty close to pedestrians which is why we chose to sit inside). If you plan on visiting, making a reservation is highly recommended. I was seated very quickly, whereas the line for walk-ins was extremely long. The biggest downside to the experience is the parking situation, which is both expensive and overly complicated. The garage is located downstairs and requires you to scan a QR code, preselect and pay for your duration on a website, and then call a phone number just to get the entrance gate to open. It makes no sense why they do not use a traditional paper ticket or post-payment system, and there was no obvious way to get the parking validated. Sorry, I just get really annoyed when people take a perfectly fine system and just ruin it. It's not the restaurant's fault but like $25 for 45 minutes of parking is incredibly ridiculous.

Walked in but was seated by the door which was on a chilly day, that was super close to the door. Comfortable seats though! Service was attentive and food was delicious. Fulfilled me, and their plates are super cute. $$$ get ready to spend on brunch.

The bacon here was seriously delicious. I highly recommend getting a flight. I also really enjoyed the earl grey croffle. It was sweet but not overly sweet. The coconut coffee was okay. Not something I would get again for $10. I also got the rice dish with egg. It was okay. The slow roasted beef was the highlight.

We agreed to outside patio seating at tall seats which is more than fine. but we were sat at a shared table with a family which is fine when you have context that you are doing so, but i spent the beginning of the morning listening to two different children play of their phones blasting the sound. additionally both the seats we were in were directly in the sun which for me is fine but my bf burns very easily. but okay fine, it is what it is. We politely waited until the table next to us emptied, and then told the waitress we would like to move because the sun. She said we would need to wait and she would need to check. And then came back and told us they were too busy. We watched the seat we wanted to sit in be empty until we asked for boxes for our food. We watched another table stay empty until we left. The waitress never introduced herself either. Additionally, no one checked up on us during the entire meal. Usually any sit down restaurant would ask how your meal is. No one did. we weren't even given silverware when our meals arrived. we had to go get them ourselves. We had to ask for boxes after sitting and waiting for anyone to check in. We separately had to call out to the oblivious waitress to even pay, as she was standing out there just looking around. The food was great, like i wish we would have had cash to tip the cooks themselves bc the food was really good. But Ive attached photos of the food (great!) and photos of the many empty tables that made them sooo busy they cldnt accommodate the paying costumers that already ordered. my boyfriend and I have both worked in the service industry before. But i would just say that they had horrible service which can ruin a perfectly good meal. I hope if the owner is the one I met at the door, he considers getting new waitresses .

A little on the watery side. Chicken bites came out in about 15 minutes. The coating had a very satisfying crunch, very saucy, but fell off the chicken easily and was a bit salty. This is a messy dish for sure. You will get your hands dirty! Chorizo Benedict came out about 30 minutes after order. Not great honestly. Portion size was generous. The eggs were poached decently, still runny, but the chorizo itself was bland and rather dry. The potatoes were room temperature. The bread a bit too chewy. Not AT ALL spicy. Super light on the pico de gallo. The service was rather slow for not being very busy. They didn't appear to be understaffed either. The location itself is cozy and not too loud, which is nice! If you're going to close your restaurant at 9 o'clock you must stay open at least an hour after that so people can sit down take their time order their dinner and eat their dinner and then an hour after that you close the kitchen, but you leave it open for dessert for another half hour then people can order their dessert in a calm manner have their dessert and still enjoy their dinner and sit around. This business of having a close time and then telling people they have two minutes to order is a bunch of crap. This doesn't happen in Chicago. It doesn't happen in New York and it doesn't happen at high in restaurants. So if you do this, you're not a high-end restaurant you're a low restaurant. It probably is having trouble staying alive anyway. So don't do this. I will always give you a one or two star review. I have enough followers and you should take my word for it that you can't do this. If you're open till 10 o'clock be open till 10 o'clock and give people time to enjoy their dinner.
