To note, parking here is a bit limited and tight if it is busy, though they have a good amount of seating indoors and outdoors. Anywho regarding the food: The original steakburger came with a 1/3 lb beef burger patty with lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion and Kirk's sauce. I also added a slice of American cheese for extra. The staff member asked how I liked to have my burger cooked and I said medium, when I got my burger it was cooked medium which was nice. The burger patty itself was underseasoned but they had salt, pepper and other sauces for you to season the burger more. The mushroom swiss burger came with a 1/3 lb beef burger patty with grilled mushrooms and onions, swiss cheese and a pub sauce with lettuce, tomato, pickle and onion too. The burger was seasoned well and tasted good, but unfortunately I think with the sauce it made the burger too wet so the bun broke. This was bit messy to eat. However, would get again, but would ask for the sauce to be on the side next time. The onion strings, first time I have had this. It was pretty good, nice seasoning, onion pieces were not too thick compared to how onion rings usually are. They do serve onion rings too - but definitely recommend the onion strings. It reminds me a bit of curly fries but thinner. The steak fries were crispy on outside and fluffy on inside, seasoned well. Overall - would definitely come back again if I want a burger - probably would order from their specialty burgers over the classic one.

This one is on me, but given current events, I only opted for the cooked veggies on the burger. Next time I will definitely add the tomatoes and lettuce. I will also get the regular sized steak burger as big Kirk is more than I need, especially with tater tots on the side. The French bread was really interesting, much better than a bun. The bread ran a tad on the sweet side, though this might have been due to me passing on the tomato.

We were seated outside and I did not get a chance to go to the inside. The outdoor is decorated with fake green plants and heat lamps are installed. It's comfortable. Some of the white chairs looked quite dirty, though. It was a birthday party with a white dress code, so I was a bit concerned. The cocktail menu is beautiful. We tried Butterfly Effect, Espresso Martini, Caffe Al Pistachio, and Thai Strawberry Thing. I found the Butterfly Effect refreshing, but I like my Espresso Martini the most because it's creamy and tasty. The alcohol bitterness was covered up well. If you like sweeter drinks, the Caffe Al Pistachio and Thai Strawberry Thing tasted like candy. The Caffe Al Pistachio did not look like the picture on the menu; there's no layer of pistachio foam on top. We ordered so much food! -Mexican Street Corn: nicely presented and tasted fine. It's a bit hard to cut into smaller pieces however. -Shrimp Ceviche: ok, good portion for a large party to share. The chopped shrimp was a bit too small for me. -Buffalo Cauliflower: Slightly like the Indian cauliflower dish but I love how chunky the cauliflower is and how soft the texture is. -Fried Chicken Sando: good sando, but hard to be bad with fried food. So it's a safe choice if you don't know what to order. -Loco Moco: We were asked how well we wanted the steak to be and our choice of egg; which seems strange to me to imagine having scrambled eggs on top. I like the dish in general; we doesn't like burger patty, eggs and gravy sauce. -Uncle Dave's Chili & Cornbread: Good chili, beany and tasty. The corn bread is also good in texture, dense but not crumbly. Any time there's an actual person's name on the dish picks up my curiosity and interest. -Jambalaya: The right amount of spiciness! The rice is soft, chewy and soaked up all the flavors. Good size and amount of shrimp. -Garlic Noodles with Salmon: The most popular dish on our table. Lots of chopped garlic making the noodles flavorful. Another safe choice if you don't know what to get. -Molten Chocolate Lava Cake: delicious, and the cake is baked just right. Soft in the inside, chocolaty and rich on the cake. -Ube Cheesecake: The most loved dessert with distinct ube flavor. -Churro Waffle: the waffles tasted chewy and it's a good portion with lots of fruit, ice cream, and chocolate sauce. It's a bit too sweet for me. The table provided forks and napkins but no knives. Some dishes came with a service spoon or knife, but we wish there were knives in the utensil holder so we can do more self help. One thing I am pleasantly surprised is the reasonable prices. Most entrees are under $20!

We already knew that we would be going back there as a regular stop for dinner, but we were even more impressed when I realized I could not find my small purse for a couple of days and then the owner of sliders showed up and delivered it to my house with all my things in it. I believe his name was George and I was so happy that there are people with integrity that return property to others. We plan to frequent this place at least once a week if not more often and hope that other others who support good humans running smart businesses will also go to slider burgers

Disappointing First Experience…read more We came in around 7:40 PM, even though the posted closing time is 9:00 PM. It was our first time visiting because we had heard good things and were excited to finally try the food. Unfortunately, the cashier and two other employees told us they were no longer allowing dine-in customers because they were getting ready to close, despite there still being about 40 minutes before the restaurant's posted closing time. We were turned away and never had the opportunity to enjoy a meal. As a business owner in Silicon Valley for decades, I understand that employees need time to clean and prepare for closing. However, if your advertised business hours say you're open until 9:00 PM, customers should reasonably expect to be able to dine in until then or at the very least, until a clearly posted dine-in cutoff time. If the restaurant no longer accepts dine-in customers after 7:40 or 8:00 PM, that policy should be clearly communicated online, on the front door, and in the posted business hours. Otherwise, customers are making the trip expecting the full dining experience only to be turned away. For anyone planning to visit, I'd recommend arriving at least 1-2 hours before closing if you want to dine in. Otherwise, you may not be seated even though the restaurant is technically still open. I hope management reviews this policy because it creates a disappointing first impression and can easily drive away potential returning customers.

I went on a Sunday afternoon post-church, and it was pretty slammed lots of kids and football fans. I actually had to ask someone to wipe down a table for us, so definitely a "help yourself" kind of vibe. My friend and I had a bit of a communication breakdown. I was thinking a light salad; he was thinking beer and pizza. Since they don't do wine by the glass, I ended up with a $17 mini bottle. It was okay, but $17 for a single-serve is a stretch, not exactly a wine lover's paradise. The food was a mixed bag. The pizza was definitely the star; you can tell it's made with love and not some big-box chain stuff. The salad was fresh, but the chicken was pretty bland. I didn't mind it, but my friend was not impressed. Between the wine and the lack of listening on his part, even with my coupon, the bill hit $71 for a pizza, a salad, and a tiny bottle of wine. I miss the days when a casual lunch didn't hurt the wallet so much! Still, the decor is cool and it's a solid spot for a group hangout.
