    Breakfast wrap

Breakfast wrap is stuffed with avocado, black beans, egg and chorizo. They give you green sauce and sour cream on the side. Wrap was lightly browned. Delicious! Lots of drink choices but I went with Mexican Coke. Lots of yummy pastries and other snacks. Do make sure to scan for free parking. Love the old rustic warehouse vibe. Service was pretty quick for as busy as they were.

This is the perfect spot for a large group with kids to get coffee or enjoy a laid back breakfast. The lattes are top notch and several of our group commented the coffee was good. I recommend the baklava latte for a unique treat. The space is huge with several large tables inside and a few shaded picnic tables outside. We were able to let our kids run around while we enjoyed our food and drinks. Counter service made it easy for members of our group to arrive at different times without the stress of reservations. The space itself is very interesting as it is set in an old cigar factory. Plenty of parking as well. Can't ask for a more family friendly set up in Charleston.

Food tasted OK but I feel like I got cheated on the portions. It's a bit ridiculous to pay $15 for a chicken kebab and receive barely half a chicken breast. I don't understand why they're so stingy.

Breakfast sandwich and coffee - love that they will make it in my reusable mug

Great option to work from or meet with friends! The parking is pretty easy during the day but sometimes does get tight. The staff are kind and accommodating. The coffee drinks come out quickly and the sandwiches are great. Their sourdough is tasty. It gets busy but never too loud or overwhelming. Their music choice is always spot on.

Such a good urban vibe. Coffee/barista/bakery stand; sandwich shop; meat/butcher; artisans market and so much more. This is a place to meet, work, dine, have a glass of wine or a mocha. The true essence is the vibe. A welcoming city feel both inside and outside with seating and the beautiful architecture of the Old Cigar Factory.

First and last time here because it's just not worth the hassle. Great concept and variety on menu and the food was ok but trying to find parking and a table to eat is insane!! I get the concept but they waist so much space and personally I'm not with the community seating. Now I will say my cappuccino was everything but still just not worth the hassle. I Cappuccino!

Absolutely fantastic spot. I thought this was just a coffee shop, but I went with my mom to get her hair done while I was visiting and this place had literally everything that you need. It was awesome. The coffee was absolutely delicious and this is from a Manhattan standard would definitely go back highly recommend.

So glad I found this place on Yelp because it is hands down, the cutest coffee shop I've visited here!! I wish I lived closer but this is a great spot to hangout and do work or chat with friends. The vibes are chill. Food was delicious and very big sized portions, the coffee was amazing! Truly cannot go wrong. OH one tidbit to know, you must order at the to-go looking bar area and then can go sit wherever you'd like..

    Fish tacos

I visited M&M with a friend for lunch. There was a bit of a rush and a line to order, but after a few minutes waiting and deciding what to get, someone opened another line to order and things started moving quicly. I ordered the fish tacos which came with a standard bag of chips. They have all the common brand as well as some different flavors. We chose to sit outside and enjoy the spring day and someone brought the food to our table promptly. The fish tacos were very delicious and not too filling. It was the perfect portion to get back to work without feeling too full. The restaurant inside looked beautiful, so I will probably try to sit indoors next time.

For food, I tried the fried catfish entree and Green apple-cauliflower soup. Both dishes were good. The fish was very tender and juicy. The butter bean succutash, which I never had before, contained butter beans, black eyed peas, corns, green and red peppers and red onions. It was delicious but since beans are of high FODMAP, I only had a little. The fish was topped with tomato jam made with crushed tomatoes, onions and sugar. It was served chilled. Paired well with the fish and succutash. The soup was creamy, silky, and full of flavor from cauliflower. The pistachio added some crunchiness to it. The taste of "green apple" was not obvious; in fact I was expecting there to be some apple slices, which could add extra texture and sourness to this rich soup. I also asked for a side of sourdough. A bit too salty for me. The service was kinda slow, except that food came out in reasonable amoutn of time **after I placed the order**, that is, I waited quite a while to order my food. The same for doing the check. I guess it was because there were not many staff at lunchtime, and most of them were senior thus could move as fast as young ppl.

We started with the Moroccan meatballs, which were so good I forgot to even take a picture before digging in. My friend and I sat at our table for about 20 minutes without anyone acknowledging us. I finally flagged down a waitress, who apologized and explained they were short staffed. She took our drink order, and then a different server came over later to take our food order. I ordered the Mediterranean wrap with no onions, but it came out with onions anyway. Our server was nowhere to be found, so I started picking around them and eating the wrap. A few minutes later, she came back with the corrected wrap, but by then I'd already started eating the first one. The flavors of the wrap were actually good, but the texture of the chicken was awful. It was so off putting that it honestly made me nauseous. I only managed a few bites before I was done, and no one ever asked if everything was okay or why I had barely touched my meal. That said, the restaurant itself is beautiful. The atmosphere is what really stands out. It feels like you're dining inside a church, and I believe it actually is a restored church. Between the stained glass, the artwork, and the writing on the walls, it's a really unique and impressive space. I'd probably come back for drinks because the bar looked like it had a great vibe, and the bartender seemed to be providing excellent service. Next time, I'd definitely sit at the bar, but I don't think I'd order the food again.
