The first first time I went I loved the full set. The lash technician did an amazing job on my lashes and said she trained all her technicians. However, the second time I went in for a fill (by one of her "trained" technicians) they were done horribly and messy, after being told she trained all her technicians. So....either she's a liar or a horrible trainer. Regardless, I will never go back to this place and I recommend you don't either. read more

Worst Brizilian Wax Ever! I figured I'd try Sweet Samba as they are open on Sunday...don't make that mistake. This was the most HORRIFIC experience. The wax was unable to be removed easily (other waxing places I've never had an issue.) The technician tried, but it was so painful. Then she kept going over the same spot...I think I'll be sore for months down there. I had bought a Groupon for this service, which I asked for a refund from Groupon. At least Sweet Samba didn't have the nerve to charge me for the service torture. Sweer Samba is new to Alpharetta, I don't think they'll last long. read more

I've been to this location of Sweet Samba a few times now and I've always had a good experience. All of the ladies that work here are friendly and courteous. I'm always greeted upon walking in. They've always been timely with my appointment. The only issue I've ever had is that they couldn't find my appointment one time, but they kindly accommodated me and didn't make a fuss about it, which I appreciated. The parking can be a little tight since the location is small so you may have to maneuver your car a little. All in all, fantastic place and I will continue to be a customer. read more

I would not recommend this business. The lady that did my waxing was nice but she talked about her personal issues a bit much which made me uncomfortable. She commented on how much I tipped which I feel is my own personal choice. She did not know what she was doing in terms of the execution of my wax. I have been getting waxed for years so I have a good idea of the process. I left red, in pain and only half done. I had to finish grooming myself at home. I did talk to the corporate office about my experience. They were friendly but were unwilling to give me a refund as the process had already been "completed". Instead, they invited me to visit a different location. Either train your staff or do not stay open. read more
