I had the rainbow cookie bar which was delicious and huge! You can tell them use the real type of jam here and not Smucker's. Smells like heaven inside if your version of heaven includes lemon bars. What a wonderful bakery! From being extra precautious with only 2 individuals allowed in the store at the same time, mandatory masks and hand sanitizer available to the wonderful bakers behind the counter, me and my little one had a great experience here! My little one even walked out with a free cookie because of the pure joy and excitement he had when seeing a Sponge Bob cookie on display. Everything we got was out of this world! The mini carrot cake, crumb rainbow bar and cinnamon raisin bread each had something special to offer! My little one scarfed down the Sponge Bob cookie so fast I didn't even get a taste! What a delicious bakery! My mom and I got two cakes from Sweet Surrender for my dad's birthday party. They were both so delicious, all our guests told us the same! Helen (the owner) is very difficult to do business. She does not return calls and her workers are clueless and unhelpful. I had a monthly delivery of 100 varied cupcakes. They were overly sweet and packaged poorly with different frostings combined on cupcakes. After three deliveries they raised the price significantly making it almost impossible to work with them. Ordered a customize cake for my nephew and I couldn't be happier. We sent them a picture of the cake we wanted and they aced the job. FYI cake toppers were from Amazon. If you havent had a crannoli, you have to try it! It's a cronut (croissant donut) with cannoli filling and topped with cannoli chips. The strawberry Cheesecake cronnoli is absolitely delicious! I had wanted a strawberry shortcake but didn't want the strawberry filling with jam / liquid. Order from here again for my son's baptism. The cake tasted really good but there was wayyy too much raspberry filling so slicing it was difficult because the layers of cake were just sliding around. Also the cross was really off center and didn't really look like the photo I asked for. In the picture the cross had different size roses and everything was white but on our cake the roses were all the same size and had green leaves which I did not like at all. This used to be the Levittown Bake Shop years ago and I guess they were bought by the current owners. In my opinion, their quality has improved and they have a wide variety of baked deliciousness to chose from. They make some great custom cakes and awesome pastries but my favorite item they sell is just a plain old pound cake. My mom loves this bakery. She stops every time she's in Long Island for their French crullers. We wanted cinnamon donuts and found out with yelp offers bogo donuts! Unfortunately not available for their infamous crannolis. My girlfriend said her donut was very dry. I got a jelly donut which was great and the crannoli was awesome. Well, there are a lot bakeries out there - but - this little Gem in the heart of Levittown cannot be compared to. An old fashioned bakery with charm and that has been around forever. Their Strawberry Cheesecake has mounds of fresh Strawberry's on top and has such a creamy texture - diet completely out the window with this one!! Probably every possible pie imaginable is made here and loaded with fillings. The Apple Pie, well, speechless on this one. I always buy 2 for the Holidays because there never seems to be enough and believe me, these pies are not made small!! Even the Italian items are incredible and prices are far less than the other Italian Bakery in town!! Every Birthday Cake I have ordered has been spoken about and made exactly the way I wanted. There must be some artist in the back doing the decorating because they come out so beautiful it's a shame to cut into it. There are lines out the door around the Holiday time and they start to form early. This is the only time that special orders are not taken and items are not put aside - BUT - it doesn't matter!! Pies and Cakes are constantly being made as fast as they are going. There is always a fresh pot of coffee available as a courtesy. Smart!! Always need that bakery item to go with that coffee!! Yum! After all the hype of the cronut, hearing about the crannoli just didn't really do it for me. But since I was here, I figured why not. I am so glad I tried it! You have no idea what you're in for. From the looks of it, you'll think it's just another specialty pastry. Cut into it and you'll find that it is filled with cannoli cream and my goodness, who can resist that. Between the crispy outside, soft cakey inside and gooey filling, I couldn't stop eating these. I also tried their crumb cake and it was delicious, so I think it's safe to say that everything here is great. The staff are super friendly and super patient. I grabbed a box of donuts on a Sunday morning for a group of students I teach. The line was shockingly long. It's a very small place and everyone was picked in there like sardines. However, the staff was pretty efficient in getting everyone's orders and pumping out the pastries. I had a hard time choosing between the varieties of donuts that were there and asked them to just give me a random mix. A lot of the donuts that made it into the box skewed towards the chocolate frosting side. I thought it was a tad expensive per donut when I was paying at the store but when I opened the box with my class later, the size and quality of the donut was much better bang for the buck compared to Dunkin or Krispy Kreme. I found it a little bit heavier on the sugary side than I prefer but the dough was fried perfectly. One of the girls in my class insisted she didn't like donuts and then proceeded to finish an entire raspberry jelly donut and devour a quarter of a chocolate donut. I didn't get to try the crannolli but I look forward to visiting in the future and trying other pastries from here. read more

This is for a 1st birthday party and cake smash. So I was told day of that they accidentally forgot to dye the cake blue and I could get a refund or come later. I went with my son and came back later. When they showed it to me for $212 or more not sure even I am shocked. This is not like the pic this is amateur.
