Food was decent. Aside from the pancakes being dry, the food was not bad at all. The waiter was very friendly and helpful.

O-M-G is the first thing that comes to mind when I think of Strawberries Cafe! We drove up from Dallas and decided to swing into SC for a quick bite and couldn't be more pleased - the food is amazing! If you came in and could only get one thing - get a homemade BISCUIT - they are HUGE and sooooo YUMMY!? The breakfasts we had were also delish but I kid you not that biscuit was everything!

Stuffed crepes, chicken fried steak breakfast, 3 egg omelette.

The food tastes so good, and it's good size portions for the cost. Lots of places have continued to charge the same amount and end up sacrificing size or quality, but not this place. Myself , husband, and son just love coming here anytime we're in the area. The waitstaff is also friendly and even if it's busy, they stay on top of the customers requests.

I ordered the berry bliss waffle, and my daughter had a cinnamon roll pancakes. We also had to have a side of hash browns. I typically do not order anything sweet for breakfast, but the berry bliss waffle with the mascarpone and whipped cream was incredible. My daughter ordered the cinnamon roll pancakes and she love them. The restaurant is extremely clean and the staff was fabulous. There was a wait when we arrived, but we were seated within 10 minutes. I will definitely recommend this place to all of my friends. On another note, they have gluten-free options. My husband was not with us, but he is gluten and dairy free and I wish you could have been there with us! He can often find gluten-free options on a breakfast menu, but it is so wonderful to have pancake and waffle options that are gluten-free!

Super yummy! Will be back! Down home service and fresh food. Just what you want in a breakfast place. I knocked off a star because the coffee wasn't that great. I'm pretty picky, but when my man giant said the coffee wasn't so good (and he isn't picky) well, it's good for you readers and management to know that. Veggies seemed fresh, Swedish pancakes were on point. Maybe get some fresh lingonberry instead of jar ones. The overwhelming preservative taste took away from the chefs fresh cooking. Will be back and definitely will recommend!

Customer service was perfect! Friendly staff, quick to be seated, and everyone was happy and kind. The food was okay, my entree was flavorless but the biscuits and omelettes were plentiful. My entree as mentioned above was the French toast....it tasted like egg toast. Wasn't pleased with that.

OK as a backup for any other breakfast place. Nothing surprising and nothing special. But it is local.

Located in downtown Sherman you might miss the coffee house if you haven't been there before,…read morealmost like a speakeasy. The shop is located on the 2nd floor of the building and you can take the stairs or the elevator. Service was excellent. The drink I went in for was not available, but the barista recommended an exceptional substitute. The espresso could be stronger but the flavor of the syrup was great and they offered filtered drinking water. The location is well lit, and is a good place to gather with friends or for an intimate coffee date. There is art showcased on the walls that add to the shop's appeal. They also carried a small amount of merchandise and had board games available to play if you choose to stay and enjoy your coffee. All in all, I would recommend The White Rabbit Coffee House and will be returning.

Free water and bottomless coffee refill in the corner. They sell balms, stickers, clothes, and more. Prices are a little steep, especially with a farmers market across the street, but options are always a good thing. I ordered a large latte. The menu states flavors are an extra .50 in the menu book, but I was charged $1. (Just an observation that the prices may not be correct on yeh menu book) They ask for tips, but I wouldn't. They don't clean up, you take your cups and plates to the trash area. We ordered the tacos. It did take 25 minutes to get it and it was not busy. Our coffee was ready pretty quickly. I presume (wild guess) that the food fixer dude is not good with multi tasking, or his desire to serve is lacking. Anyways, the serving size was good! The tacos were warm on top, but the eggs were cold on bottom. Plus they really had no flavor. My latte was warm at best and the coffee was not strong? I would suggest switching brands. The hot cocoa my husband got WAS delicious and stayed hot in the travel cup... so maybe that would help in the latte arena. The coffee server was by far very friendly. Thank you for Truly not being ugly, just an honest review. If I come back will try a coffee and a food item to see if it improved.

Small interior offering 4 tables and a line up of bar stools. The kitchen and pantry are fully exposed. We were greeted by a gent opening the door for us and friendly hellos! Inside, the atmosphere is small-town comfort at its best -- casual, welcoming, and the kind of place that instantly makes you feel at home. I ordered the Chicken Bennie, and it was absolutely outstanding. A homemade biscuit served as the base, soft and fluffy on the inside with just the right touch of crisp on the outside. On top of that came perfectly fried chicken tenders, a runny egg that tied everything together, and a generous pour of rich, savory sausage gravy. It all came with a side of crispy fried potatoes that were cooked just right -- golden and flavorful without being greasy. Every bite was pure comfort food perfection. The coffee was smooth and satisfying, the kind that pairs perfectly with a hearty breakfast. Service was excellent as well -- friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind, which made the whole experience even better. You can tell the staff really cares about their customers and their food. Overall, 1836 Café is exactly what you hope to find in a small-town spot: great food, great people, and an atmosphere that keeps you wanting to come back. I'll definitely be returning, and I highly recommend it to anyone passing through or nearby.
