This review is for the owner. The behavior I witnessed was completely unprofessional. An employee was actively helping customers while the owner repeatedly tried to speak to her on the phone in the middle of service. Interrupting staff while they're assisting customers is inappropriate. Employees should be supported, not put in uncomfortable situations. Treat your staff better! Tons of flavors, a good assortment of fat free and sugar free plus many flavors overall. Place was very busy on a Sunday night. Friendly employee greeted us and asked if we had found everything we were looking for. I chose mint, cheesecake and red velvet (weird combo but it worked!), hubby did his standard vanilla ;) Lots of toppings and the topping bar was very clean and neat. Hot fudge, marshmallow, caramel and lots more syrupy toppings. It's pricey - $20 out the door! Rare treat for us and it was worth it. Hectic shopping center and very busy area in general. Loved loved loved it. It's my very first tome coming to this place and I fell in love with the horchata flavor, a little bit sweeter than I was expecting but nothing to be sick of. The chairs are pulled aside to contribute to covid, but was not a biggie. Visited sweetFrog yesterday with my girlfriend. Very tasty frozen yogurt (including a variety of Dole Whips) with a variety of extensive toppings you add yourself. One point docked for the latter; though it was nice adding a variety of toppings, customers were not the best at keeping things super clean and staff could have been a little more on the ball cleaning up (there were a lot of children there, it's very child-friendly, and it's possible staff cleaned up when there was a lull in customers). After a long and stressful afternoon we came here for some well deserved Froyo. Upon arriving today we were greeted by the employee who was on register. I was impressed because the store was packed. She continued to acknowledge everyone walking in while swamped on register. Mental note, little league children are in abundance on Saturdays. We go to look at flavors and well, I'm a creature of habit, as is my daughter. I get the caramel gelato and she gets the strawberry, where as my husband just got a mixture of random flavors. What's frustrating is when so many people are in the store, like today, and you struggle to find an employee to help you try flavors. Unlike other Froyo establishments, the employees keep the sample cups in their reach so you have to ask them to help. The toppings area is clean, easy to reach and well stocked. There are a variety of gummies, chocolates, nuts, fruits, you name it. They also have sprinkles, graham cracker crust (yum!), and a selection of different syrups. When checking out, there is a sign on the wall that says "free wifi" but when I tried to log on it required a password. Being swamped today, I just didn't bother going up to ask. When you get to the actual payment, you can enter your number on their iPad if you are signed up with their reward program. I believe every 10 visits earn you a reward. Overall it's a nice clean establishment with friendly staff. It's right next to a target, so why not make a pit stop after. read more

The communication was great from Adil and Christine, who ensured all of my questions were answered before booking the party. The staff accommodated all of our needs, and the party host, Christine, was a big help in making sure things ran as smoothly as we planned. We also had a visit from "Cookie," one of Sweet Frog's mascots, who joined us to wish my daughter a happy birthday. They had 3 non-dairy options: Green Apple, Mango, and Pomegranate Raspberry when I went. My favs were the first two. The consistency of the sorbet was nice and frozen and didn't come out half-melted. They also have nice topping options. The little ball poppers were at first off-putting because they look like fish eggs but they burst in your mouth and are delicious. I've been a loyal customer for almost a year. During covid this place was super clean and employees were nice. Now it's just always trashed in the outside of the building and inside. The employees were pushing the dirty topping back in the bins with a dirty paint brush. Also half the machines weren't working. Many are fat free, and a few are sugar free. I am not a fan of fat free, sugar free, low fat, or things that say diet, I am a fat boy, but these taste good. My brother's flight to BWI was delayed, so I came here to pass some time. The variety of froyo flavors here isn't so large as to cause anxiety and everyone should find something to enjoy. There are also many different toppings and syrups to choose from. The standard tart yogurt flavor is a bit different than what I've been used to in the past. Not bad, just different. Be sure to sample some flavors if the opportunity allows. The staff is very friendly and eager to help. I strolled in a few minutes before closing and everyone working inside was great. As I ate my yogurt outside, a large group of kids walked up to the door a bit after they had locked their doors, and the girls inside still let everyone enjoy frozen goodness. I definitely like this location of Sweet Frog. It was incredibly bright and inviting. The manager was constantly out making sure the seating area was clean, and he made small talk with everyone. It's rare to see that from higher-ups, but you could tel he actually cared. The selection was expansive in both yogurt (dairy/non-dairy) and toppings. Nothing looked picked-over, and they were constantly refilling toppings. I also like that while there's plenty of indoor seating, there's also a lot of outside seating. I love the fact that the owner is always always around to answer questions, clean up or lend a hand to the kids that work there.
