The service here is a huge issue for this place. I really feel for the franchise owner, because the girl working the window is rude as hell and they're going to lose business over it. No courtesy, except saying "have a nice night" and shuts the window after she gets my order wrong and then hands me a dipped cone that is dripping chocolate off all over me, my hands and my pants. Not even a napkin around it. It really was like she did it on purpose out of spite or something. While this is happening I look at her until she comes back and knowing there's chocolate all over me from that ice cream she just handed me, gives me some napkins with no apology and shuts the window.
