Superb meal. You hear sweet green in the news all the time about how they are a corporate unit in terms of sales growth and longevity. However when you actually visit a restaurant you start to understand the decisions they make. The place is very millenium and Gen z coded on healthy living and technology as a way to improve lives, the inside describes it. However it felt like something was missing from the meal and place. One of my coworkers described it as a l meal without the soul which was interesting because it tasted phenomenal. I understand that sentiment though because for $15 it seemed very much that sweetgreen is maxing profits yet still trying to balance value. I liked it however and their mission. Would I go here again? Probably not because $15 for a base meal can add up pretty quick, however if someone asked me about it I'd say im ambivalent and if you are trying to get a quick healthy fresh lunch this is the place but if you are trying to get a meal with soul, love, and ambiance like a hole in the wall place this is not that. Overall if someone took me here for lunch it'd be great!

My coworkers and I were definitely excited when we saw a new sweetgreen location was coming to Longwood. I visited on day one of opening around lunchtime and it was definitely popular! I'm glad I decided to order ahead online. Online and delivery orders have a clearly designated space that was not disruptive to in-person ordering lines. The bowl I got was well prepared with fresh ingredients and very neatly packed. I have to give credit to the staff as it seemed like they had a good system down on the first day. This location seemed to have plenty of staff to handle the line and orders, which was great to see (hopefully stays this way as they get settled into LMA!) Definitely nice to have a new healthy option in this area of Boston.

This sweetgreen is a nice addition to Longwood's mostly fast-casual dining scene. As expected, the salad here is fresh, tasty, and a whopping $13. It makes you wonder, is "sweetgreen" named for its salad, or for its annual revenue? Price aside, this barely 1-week-old location is efficient and well-run. In-person ordering took just 10 minutes during the huge lunchtime rush. Employees are friendly and quickly fixed an issue with one of my salad toppings. The interior is clean, spacious, and bright. This location edges out the Fenway sweetgreen in both ambience and service. Looking forward to seeing how it evolves over the coming weeks and months.

Not a big fan of their salad; portion is good; that's probably the only thing I would recommend

Sign on the door and online states they are open until 10pm. At 9pm, they were turning customers away without any explanations.

I love the green goddess salad, it's so filling yet doesn't make you sleepy, as most other lunches do, which you do not want at work!

To me, whenever I think about Boston, all I know is its strong seafood presence. However being in…read morethe suburbs of Boston, it gave me the opportunity to try other cuisines, and I was excited to see this authentic Turkish restaurant not far from my hotel. Ironically, I found this place when I was looking up ice cream. They serve authentic Turkish ice cream, and it's been something I've been wanting to try. In addition to the ice cream, I ordered Manti (Turkish dumplings) and Uludag soda (which they say is a Turkish ginger ale). I loooooooooved the Manti. While the dumplings were filled with meat, the dish overall felt light since each dumpling is like the size of a quarter. The dumplings had a nice chew, and the sauces made the dish rich yet creamy. The Uludag soda was definitely much lighter than a ginger ale. Tasted like a light citrusy drink, and it's less sweet than American sodas. The ice cream had a nice pull and chew, although it didn't look as stretchy as Turkish ice creams I've seen. Nice amount of pistachio flavor throughout. I came on a weekday lunch, so there was ample seating inside. Ordering is done via a QR code on your table or on a tablet stand in the middle of the restaurant. Service was quick and friendly, making it a great experience overall.

Friendly and helpful staff. I rate 4.5, but will give 5 as no intermediate option. Improvements would mainly be timing of different courses delivered at table (was fast, but more time between mezzo and mains would be better). I believe that this small business has even greater potential.

While I was waiting for my food, one of the cooks (Latino gentleman I think, didn't get his name) called me over from across the room and asked me if I wanted greens in my bowl. I couldn't understand if he meant in addition to the quinoa that I ordered or instead of the quinoa so I just said ok. I was surprised later to find that my bowl did not have the quinoa that I ordered. Why would he ask if I want greens instead of just reading my order? I called to report the issue and dismissed it as a miscommunication. The second time, I submitted my order online. It was about a $45 order (two bowls). While waiting for my food, I asked one of the girls (Latino girl, kind of big with curly hair I think) if my order was ready. She said no and asked me if I wanted chicken in my bowl. I said that all of the information was already in the order that I submitted online and paid for. By the time I got home, I noticed the protein in one of the bowls was missing: teriyaki seitan. I went all the way back to the restaurant and asked to speak with the manager. She seemed to already know that the food was missing and asked, "chicken"? And she said that I could not speak to the manager. She offered me a free dessert but I declined. Again, I asked her to read my order instead of confirming with me what I wanted in my order. She said ok and handed me a container of food. On my way to the car, I checked the container and it was buffalo chicken, not seitan. I told her that it was seitan missing, not chicken, and she apologized. She handed me the seitan and I went home. When I got home to eat my bowl, I noticed not only was the seitan missing but the chicken was missing. So both bowls were missing protein. Fortunately, I still had the chicken she incorrectly handed me the first time. To recap, I paid $45 for two bowls. Both were missing the proteins (the most expensive and substantial part of the meal). I went back and she failed to fix my order and refused to put me in contact with the manager. Overall, there seems to be a major communication gap and maybe an English comprehension gap in the staff where they are unable to understand what's being ordered, causing major inconvenience and incorrectly making what is priced as a premium meal.
