Picture speaks for itself. This isn't the first time the portions have been short as of late but this was laughably poor. Especially for $16. Disappointing.

Harvest Bowl

Came here with two friends on a Saturday around 12-12:30 pm. I parked a block over (there is street parking, but it was full when I arrived) and walked maybe 5 minutes to the restaurant. We ordered the harvest bowl using the app, since it was on sale for $10! There is also a QR code on the restaurant door for $5 off your first app order, but I didn't see it in time, unfortunately. Our food came out before the projected time, and the employees were kind enough to give us bread, even though we forgot to check the box when ordering on the app! Overall, the bowl is pretty filling, though it felt a bit dry, hence 4 stars instead of 5. I did enjoy the combination of ingredients though! We had no issues grabbing a table outside (no tables inside at this time, and they only had disposable utensils). I didn't see a place to get water, but I'm sure you could ask!

I was excited to find my favorite salad chain store in Brentwood after being a regular in Boulder! This location only offered a pick up option, which was really inconvenient for the time, however the staff were simply nice. I was definitely craving an Elote Bowl and picked up my Elote Bowl!! My bowl included Roasted corn peppers, my favorite!! The heirloom tomatoes, shredded cabbage, cilantro, were delicious. The goat cheese complimented the spicy sunflower seeds, tortilla chips, warm quinoa, arugula, lime cilantro jalapeño vinaigrette. I love Sweetgreen's motto to have locally sourced greens! The grains that they offer is a menu that follows Mother Nature's lead. Their goal is to make a sustainable impact on the future of food. This location is a lot smaller than the second Sweetgreen location by Santa Monica.

Downloaded the app because my coworker said rewards rack up pretty quickly and pickup is easy. I ordered a limited edition seasonal salad "chicken + brussels" and thought it had very flavorful ingredients. Everything came together beautifully and I've actually never had sweet potato, brussels sprouts, and apples in a single bowl before. Taste is definitely interesting but it works. The total calories added up to less than 420 calories. Overall, very memorable first experience. I'm going again soon and trying the shroomami that everyone is recommending!

Chicken barbecue and squash bowl
Adrian M.

I had the barbecue chicken and and squash bowl, it wasn't even half full. For $17 I was not filled, more like a snack. I was surprised they don't have a tip jar for my spare change. It was tasty but the bad part is they put the plastic sauce container inside the bowl and covered it. So the heat melted and deformed the sauce container as shown in my pictures. This is a health and toxicity concern! I pointed it out to the employee and she dismissed it like it was no big deal and said oh that's also because we use eco-friendly packaging. No your sauce container is made out of plastic! It is not biodegradable packaging. It has melted and probably leached some plastic into my food. She threw the sauce away after I told her to show the rest of her staff so they avoid making the same mistake with other customers in the future. She didn't care. For the price and small serving I probably won't come back here. My friend said at other locations they filled up his bowl as much as he wanted. Also they use disposable plastic forks individually packaged in a disposable plastic wrapper. Will our world ever move away from using so much plastic?

Solid pick up spot for something healthy and tasty. We normally get a tuna and a salmon poke bowl and every time I finish the bowl I always wish there is more.

Fabulous spot for a healthy lunch or dinner! Here's a code for $7 off if you download the ap!! https://www.thelevelup.com/c/EM-TS7BV2PMOA

Got the Korean bbq bowl, could not chew through one piece of steak. It was not eatable at all. Disappointing for a $20 bowl.

Overall great experience, but today noticed a piece of hair in the bowl that I got, pretty short hair so definitely not mine.

I figured I'd give the recommendation a try, and I'm so glad I did. From the outside, it's in a pretty nondescript industrial area, so I wasn't sure what to expect. But once you walk in, it feels like you've discovered a hidden neighborhood gem. The café has a relaxed, beachy vibe with a cozy, homey atmosphere. There are plenty of indoor and outdoor tables, and I noticed a lot of people enjoying breakfast, catching up with friends, or working on their laptops. I ordered the American breakfast with eggs, kale salad, sourdough toast with butter and jam, avocado, and tomatoes. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. I also had a black coffee and one of their Bluey's coconut waters, which was a nice addition to the meal. One thing I really appreciated was the location. Even though it's tucked away from the busy streets, there's plenty of parking, it's peaceful, and you don't feel rushed. It's the kind of place where you can actually relax and enjoy your meal. Overall, this was a 10 out of 10 experience. Great food, great atmosphere, easy parking, and a place I'd happily come back to. If you're looking for a fantastic breakfast or brunch on the Westside, especially if you're coming from LAX, Bluey's Cafe is absolutely worth the visit. Highly recommended!

It's consistently good and the service is always friendly and parking is always easy. Inside is pretty large with plenty of booth sitting as well as tables. Their menu is also pretty big and one of my favorite things is that they have a revolving specials board that seems to change fairly often. Pricing is fair and the portion sizes are large. Also, every time I stop in the food is ready extremely fast so it's a great option if you are ever in a rush. I've been for breakfast and lunch and one of my favorite breakfast options is the build your own omelette and I always choose chorizo and avocado, and then mix it up from there. For this most recent lunch visit, I tried one of their specials which was the green chili enchiladas and thought they were fantastic. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and it's a great option for all ages as well.

The service is great. They can help you and we dinned there and ordered food to take home. They had it hot and ready when we got out check. Milo and Olive uses seasonal, market-driven food which leads to the best ingredients available from local farmers and vendors with sustainable practices. Breakfast has the best handcrafted breads, rustic pastries and morning desserts. They also have a full breakfast men with dishes incorporating a variety of breads, For lunch and dinner they have great salads and pasta. They also have great pizza and I wish we had gotten an extra to take home. Next time we will. You will enjoy this place.

They have metal tables and chairs with loud speakers blasting music that echoes throughout the space. Add in loud crowds and kids dropping utensils, and it makes the whole environment pretty unpleasant. As for the food, we ordered the garlic knots, a croissant, the hanger steak, the peach and hot honey pizza, and the wood-fired vanilla bean pound cake for dessert. We covered a good amount of their key items. The main takeaway is that while everything is cooked well, but the dishes really lack flavor. I dine out to get flavors that are not easily made at home, and unfortunately, I did not find them here. The food lacks depth, and frankly, it needs salt to make it stand out. The pizza dough is actually really well prepped, easily as good as Pizzeria Sei, which is the best pizza place in LA, period. But again, it just lacks flavor. Also, as a small side note, there is a 4% employee health insurance surcharge added to the final bill. I probably just missed it listed on the menu somewhere, but oh well. Overall, it is a decent place, but I would not go out of my way to come back here.
