I came here with my girlfriend and some friends. We'd been wanting to try this place for a while. We ordered the rosemary and caprese katsu sando, the curry plate, and the curry udon with katsu. Unfortunately, the food was pretty mediocre and not quite what we expected. The katsu was just ok, a bit dry, and the bread on the sandwiches was also dry. The curry and udon was alright but nothing special. We weren't sure if we just got an off batch or if the food is usually like this at this location. On the positive side, the service was quick and the staff was friendly. There's not a lot of seating inside and it's a bit tight, but there is one table outside which was kind of nice. Overall, I wouldn't come back, but I appreciate the friendly service.

Came here on a busy Sunday while visiting LA for KCon, deciding to stop by before heading back north. My boyfriend and I ordered the Shrimp Katsu Bowl ($10.99) and the Chicken Bowl ($10.99), plus a spicy tuna yubu pocket ($4.50). We originally came in craving the sandos but changed our minds once we got here. The Shrimp Katsu Bowl was simple but satisfying--generous in portion and definitely worth the price. It came with seaweed and crab salad, fresh greens, and a bed of rice. I could barely finish mine! My boyfriend enjoyed his Chicken Bowl, though he wondered if there was any real difference between it and a Chicken Katsu Rice Bowl--maybe just more chicken? Our friend ordered the curry katsu udon and agreed that the chicken's texture and flavor were practically identical, so if you're on a budget, the Chicken Bowl is the better value since it's $6 less. The spicy tuna yubu pocket was absolutely stuffed to the brim--100% worth the $4.50. On the flip side, another friend tried the egg salad sando and felt the bread tasted stale. I took a bite and noticed the same, so I'd probably skip that next time. This spot is located inside a small food hall with a few other stalls. There's both indoor and outdoor seating--indoor seating is a bit cramped, but it works. Overall, I wouldn't mind coming back next time I'm in the area. I still want to try their Shrimp Katsu Sando and Strawberry Sando!

I have mixed feelings about this place! I had it maybe a year ago or less and really loved it. but this meal was pretty disappointing. I can't speak to service or ambiance since I ordered from uber eats. The katsu curry was pretty good, and tasted fresh. But the egg salad sandwich was not good. Last time I had it it was delicious and fresh with seasoning and dill (as advertised). But this was flavorless and bland, and did not have any seasoning at all. More like a grocery store sandwich. Overall my meal was ok but I don't know that I will be back.

Some of the best deep fried food I've had in a while. Absolutely loved the juxtaposition between the wet curry with the crispy pork katsu. Food came out quick and it is a great place to go on a solo date!

If you are looking for a quick casual bite to eat, I highly recommend eating here. The Katsu was perfectly crispy on the outside and tender inside, packed with rich flavor in every bite. We also got the spicy rice cakes, which had a nice medium level of spice and a chewy texture that paired perfectly with the Katsu. The portions were generous, and everything tasted freshly made. There is limited seating, but the cozy atmosphere makes it a great spot to dine in if you can find a table, and it's also perfect for takeout if you're on the go.

Chicken Katsu with curry on the side. This was tasty I would come back and have it again.

Katsu Bar was a small place with some seating. Service was fast and the gal taking orders was very nice. The food was tasty I will come back and try the sandwhich next time.

Fast casual spot serving katsu sandwiches and noodles. Came here for lunch on Saturday with my boyfriend, who wanted to try the Palms n'Patties next to it. There is indoor and outdoor seating. The restrooms are located in the building next door. You pay at the counter first and then receive your food. I had the katsu eggplant with udon noodles. Each piece was perfectly fried and the thick udon noodles complemented it perfectly. The food came out piping hot. They have lunch specials and credit cards accepted. Metered street parking.

I've been here a couple of times already throughout the year and am surprised I never shared my love for this establishment! My favorite dish here is the Tteokbokki with chicken katsu, it's so yummy, so much so that I have not been able to try many of the other great dishes they have haha! It is a tad spicy but nothing too crazy. For breakfast every now and again I like getting the egg sando! The seating is a tad limited, I feel as there is more seating outside, or just spread around in general, as there are other food and drink spots next to this place. With every visit the service is awesome, staff is attentive and friendly, I have no complaints about this place, and will keep on visiting as usual :)

This is a new location, but they have a lot of different spots. I was so impressed with this place. I did not know what to expect when I was looking at the menu. The cauliflower temper is absolutely amazing and it is lightly battered. It comes in a huge box that's literally shareable for maybe up to 2 to 3 people depending on how hungry you are. It comes with a salad with vinaigrette, macaroni, salad, Cauliflower, tempura, delicious, sticky, white rice, and a cup of gravy that is so well seasoned to dip all of your items in. Absolutely loved it and I can't wait to get Moore and I have been reading about it since I've had it. They give you a bunch of waffle fries with your chicken sandwiches. I got the Nashville, hot chicken and it was very great with flavor and just spicy how I like it. Waffle fries - Maybe a touch more seasoning. Would've been best, but everything was fried to perfection. The chicken cutlet bowls are also very packed and flavorful. I cannot wait to go here again and try something else. I did take out, so I'm not sure how the experience is inside the restaurant but the pictures definitely make it look very clean and spacious.

My first time here, Katsu was recommended by the Big5 workers across the street, so I went to try it. I got a chicken sandwich and a chicken bowl, we really enjoyed both. Katsu was clean, no waiting, lots of seats inside and outside. Great customer service even though there was a kiosk screen to order from. Ample parking, they do accept Apple Pay. Overall great experience, would highly recommend to others and I will return so I can try the rest of the menu. Katsu has the BEST waffle fries I have EVER had! Delicious.

Best Korean food place in Los Angeles. Everything we tried was really tasty and fresh. The place is clean and cozy, with a relaxed vibe and friendly staff. I tried a few dishes, and some flavors were unusual for me personally, which made the experience even more interesting and enjoyable
