Though I found sweetgreen to be tasty, it was overpriced and the employees included smaller portions of everything other than the grains which tend to be less expensive. The employees did work hard managing to prepare food, as well as, assisting the large crowd with differing orders. It was clean also.The juices were amazing at a great price too. Typically, I would spend up to 10+ dollars on juice in which taste the exact same at places that specialize in specifically juice. Though at sweetgreen I was able to purchase my juice for only $2.50 with unlimited refills and endless possibilities of mismatches of all the flavor combinations you could create. The tangerine and lemon clover juices mixed were great. (Sorry I forgot their specific names) However, due to the expensive prices and small portions I feel that 3 stars is appropriate. read more

If I was basing the review on food alone - 4.5 stars. I went into this location today at 9:10 pm. There was no line and 4 or 5 employees behind the counter. No one greeted us as we came in, as we approached the counter or after we had been standing there for at least a minute. I heard someone say "you got them?" and saw the girl nod and walk towards the bowl to start our food (still without saying anything or looking in our direction) and then went to the sink instead to wash her hands (thank you) --until that is she turned the water on, stuck her hands under, removed them and grabbed gloves - that is not washing your hands. She then continued to take her time making her way back to the beginning of the line where we were, talking to her coworkers. We turned around and left before she had made her way to us and still had not spoken to or acknowledged us in anyway. read more

Delicious! I love that they use locally sourced ingredients. Some people find it pricey, but in comparison with other options I disagree. You can spend $10, get a fresh and tasty salad and not regret it. I've spent more than that at the Whole Foods salad bar and didn't enjoy it half as much. Plus, they don't skimp on the avocado and ask how much dressing you want, definite pluses. The guacamole greens is my go to. I swap out the onions for cucumber and it's perfect. The dressing is phenomenal. I wish I could buy bottles of it and have it always taste that fresh. A must try. read more

After countless times of debating if I should battle the crowded restaurant I decided to give it a try. After waiting in line for upwards of 20 minutes I built my own salad which was based on one tong of romaine. As I moved down the line, I was up-charged for cheese crisps among a half a scoop of hummus. When I asked for the cheese crisps the staff dumped the remains of the crumbled crisps from the bottom of the bowl and mixed it into the salad after I requested for it to be put on the side. Unfortunately, it had ruined the entire salad and I left hungry as I had to throw it away. I was not pleased with this experience. read more

The waitress was very helpful in going through the vegetarian-friendly options (there are several) and the specials for that moment. I love sweetgreen but this Lynnfield location's quality is very inconsistent. I was there today and they have new items on the menu. We tried the new items, but the staff clearly aren't familiar with what ingredients go in it. My husband end up getting his salad missing several ingredients. The salads are good, but the customer service is bad. No one looks like they what to be there. I asked for a bag and was given the WORST attitude. If you don't bag items for customers, then you can say, "I'm sorry unfortunately we don't bag." The girl literally said, "you have to bag it yourself" in the worst tone. I said, "oh, you don't bag," she said "no!" How about, "unfortunately we don't." There's a way to talk to customers and a way not to talk to customers. I love sweetgreen...I work in Wakefield once a week and always come here for lunch! Their Harvest Bowl is a staple. (I switch from the rice to quinoa just to get the extra protein), and the new Hot Mezze salad in a favorite. I pre-order most of my lunches from their app, which 90% of the time has been reliable, however there have been a few occasions where my lunch hasn't been ready at my pick-up time. The Lynnfield staff is very prompt and apologetic when this does happen and they always give you first priority if there has been a mistake. read more

I absolutely loved it. I'm not kidding when I say this, but I ate the by far best tasting salad ever tonight for dinner. The Earth Bowl salad is top notch. The flavors really mix well together. It did get a little pricey for a "salad," as I wanted to add a couple of things and one of items I did not want could not be substituted with one that I did want. But whatever...not a deal breaker. They have an app and I guess you get points and stuff...we shall see, I was also told I would have $3.00 of my first order by using the app and that did not seem to be the case. I love the selection of restaurants at Lynnfield Marketplace. I was in the mood for a hearty salad so I ordered online. The online ordering system is great. You can add extras or even subtract from the salad. In fact, picking it up is super easy. There's plenty of parking nearby and they have the food waiting at a pick-up counter so no need to wait in line. The salads were underwhelming. I ordered a Caesar salad for myself and there was a top layer of interesting stuff and then basically a bag of spinach salad greens. My friend's salad had a lot more stuff and was far more interesting. I thought the price for the Caesar was a rip-off. I also thought my friend's salad was a bit overpriced but he was very happy with the taste. I could probably go to the store and put together my own salad for less money so I don't see myself returning any time soon. read more

Hands down the worst ordering experience I have had in 35 years of life. To say that the online ordering is frustrating, is a gross understatement. A few coworkers and I tried ordering on the website. After about twenty minutes of frustration, one of us tried to call the order in to the store. They don't take phone orders. To be fair, it was 1130 on a weekday. So, I'm sure they are busy. When we finally thought we were wrapping up the online order, one of us left our office in Woburn and began to drive to the restaurant. While trying to pay, the session "timed out" and we were forced to go through the entire process for a third time. My coworker got there and it was obviously busy. He waited for 30+ minutes before finally getting 4 salads/ bowls. He comes back for me to discover that they did not put CHICKEN in the "CHICKEN parm pesto bowl". I'd estimate that my blood pressure was somewhere between Brittany Spears shaving her head and OJ when he was brutally murdering his wife and her lover. I will not eat there again.
